Organoids are a new 3D ex vivo culture system that have been applied in various fields of biomedical research. First isolated from the murine small intestine, they have since been established from a wide range of organs and tissues, both in healthy and diseased states. Organoids genetically, functionally and phenotypically retain the characteristics of their tissue of origin even after multiple passages, making them a valuable tool in studying various physiologic and pathophysiologic processes. The finding that organoids can also be established from tumor tissue or can be engineered to recapitulate tumor tissue has dramatically increased their use in cancer research. In this review, we discuss the potential of organoids to close the gap between preclinical in vitro and in vivo models as well as clinical trials in cancer research focusing on drug investigation and development.

Considering a complex set of interplay with its host, Salmonella needs numerous genes for its full virulence. These genes responsible for invasion, survival, and extra intestinal spread are located on pathogenicity islands known as Salmonella pathogenicity islands (SPIs) that are thought to be acquired by horizontal gene transfer. A total of 17 SPIs (1–17) are recognized so far. The type III secretion system (T3SS) encoded by SPI-1 is considered as the most important virulence factor for Salmonella that delivers effector proteins necessary for invasion and production of enteritis. Among various SPIs, the role in virulence is well proven for SPI1 and SPI2 and further insight into the complex regulatory network of SPIs can contribute to drug investigation and prevention of infection.

General purpose financial statements to meet the information needs of all user groups. As such, government financial reports are not designed to meet the specific needs of each user group. However, since the government's financial statements act as a form of accountability in the management of state finances, the report components presented at least include the types of reports and information elements required by statutory provisions (staturory reports). Research Objectives To find out the results of the analysis of the influence of Competence on the quality of financial statements in the Directorate of Drug Investigation of the South Sumatra Police, To find out the results of the analysis of the influence of Organizational Behavior on the quality of financial statements in the Directorate of Drug Investigation of the South Sumatra Police and Also To find out the results of the analysis of the effect of commitment to the quality of financial statements at the Directorate South Sumatra Police Narcotics Detective. The type of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from first sources, both individuals or individuals, such as interviews or questionnaire results. In this study primary data were taken using a direct questionnaire on primary data sources, namely the National Police and the South Sumatra Police Narcotics Investigation Directorate. While secondary data is data obtained indirectly from the source or is primary data that has been further processed and presented either by the primary data collection party or by other parties in the form of tables and diagrams for further processing. Results and Discussion. The results of statistical calculations are presented in descriptive form to describe the data description by using inferential analysis to find out the relationship and influence between the research variables. In conclusion, Competence has a partial effect on the quality of the financial statements of the Directorate of Drug Investigation of the South Sumatra Regional Police. Organizational behavior does not have a partial effect on the quality of the financial statements of the Directorate of Narcotics Police Investigation in South Sumatra. Competency, Organizational Behavior and Commitment simultaneously influence the Financial Report Quality of the South Sumatra Police Narcotics Investigation Directorate

South Jakarta Metro Police for Drug Investigation Unit is an agency that has a firm duty to investigate and combat drug cases in the South Jakarta area. The use of the Qlue application through the program Dare to Eradicate Narcotics Based on IT is an innovation initiated by the South Jakarta Police Narcotics Unit in collaboration with Qlue Performa Indonesia Corporate in an effort to provide a drug-free area. This study examines Qlue as a social media for the community to participate in fighting the dangers of drugs. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The paradigm used is the constructivist paradigm and is based on the Diffusion of Innovation theory, AIDDA, and the Elaboration Likelihood Model and also community participation theory. The technique of collecting data is done by in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data triangulation with the case study method. The results of this study indicate that the Narcotics Unit of the South Jakarta Police has accepted the adoption of Qlue technology as a media for reporting drug abuse and buying and selling. The key remains in Indonesia Police which is proactive in building communication bridges which according to the Elaboration Likelihood Model theory involves peripherals. In order to attract a response from the community, the South Jakarta Metro Police for Drug Investigation Unit uses more peripheral routes after considering the behavior of the people of South Jakarta. The persuasion messages used by this institution are made so simple and entertaining for the community using routine events involving the public at large, and this is in accordance with the principle of interpersonal discrimination theory where the sender tries in such a way that the receiver can be believed that the information or message received is not false information or news.
