This article examines the positioning effect of integrated navigation after adding an LEO constellation signal source and a 5G ranging signal source in the context of China’s new infrastructure construction. The tightly coupled Kalman federal filters are used as the algorithm framework. Each signal source required for integrated navigation is simulated in this article. At the same time, by limiting the range of the azimuth angle and visible height angle, different experimental scenes are simulated to verify the contribution of the new signal source to the traditional satellite navigation, and the positioning results are analyzed. Finally, the article compares the distribution of different federal filtering information factors and reveals the method of assigning information factors when combining navigation with sensors with different precision. The experimental results show that the addition of LEO constellation and 5G ranging signals improves the positioning accuracy of the original INS/GNSS by an order of magnitude and ensures a high degree of positioning continuity. Moreover, the experiment shows that the federated filtering algorithm can adapt to the combined navigation mode in different scenarios by combining different precision sensors for navigation positioning.

In this paper smart shield panel electrical operating parameters meters of energy generating facilities functionality is analysis. The list of functions of measuring instruments supplemented, which allowed increasing their operational characteristics. Methods and results of realization of these functions given for the panel board intellectualized voltage meter of alternating current. The structural scheme of the developed panel board intellectualized meter is described and its main technical characteristics are given.A method of mobile calibration of the device is proposed, in which a calibration signal source with a separate fixed value is used, and the calibration process itself is controlled from the device keyboard. A modernized detailed and simplified calibration algorithm is present. Ref. 12, fig. 5, tabl. 2.

Abstract The theoretical bases of a method of carrying out calibration of microwave radiometric system on a noise signal of the external noise generator are analysed, the parameters setting value of gain of antenna temperature at introduction in structure of system of such external source of a calibration signal are determined. The questions of technical realization of an external source of a calibration signal for microwave radiometric system are considered, the structural scheme is presented, the place of its arrangement in structure of the antenna is determined. The necessity of using a horn antenna to create directional radiation towards the mirror antenna emitter is shown. The data on the design of such a calibration signal source for the case of its use in a three-band microwave radiometric system with the reception of a noise signal at the common antenna aperture and a sequential separation of the input signals of the three bands in the feeder path of the common mirror irradiator are presented. The influence of the design and, accordingly, the directional properties of the horn antenna of a microwave radiometric system calibration signal source on the coefficient characterizing the radiation divergence created by the noise generator horn, as well as the frequency properties of this coefficient are analysed. The results of measurements of radio-thermal radiation by a three-band microwave radiometric system when two calibration periods with reception of a radio-noise signal from an external calibration signal source located at the base of the antenna mirror are presented.

Synthetic aperture radar systems operating with satellites in geosynchronous orbits (GEO-SAR) can provide a permanent coverage of wide specific areas of the Earth’s surface. As well as for primary applications in remote sensing areas such as soil moisture and deformation monitoring, the wide availability of the signal emitted by a GEO-SAR on a regional scale makes it an appealing illuminator of opportunity for bistatic radars. Different types of receiving-only devices located on or near the Earth could exploit the same signal source, noticeably already conceived for radar purposes, for applications in the framework of both military and civil surveillance. This paper provides an overview of possible parasitic applications enabled by a GEO-SAR illuminator in different operative scenarios, including aerial, ground and maritime surveillance. For each selected scenario, different receiver configurations are proposed, providing an assessment of the achievable performance with discussions about the expected potentialities and challenges. This research aims at serving as a roadmap for designing parasitic systems relying on GEO-SAR signals, and also aims at extending the net of potential users interested in investing in GEO-SAR missions.

In order to solve the problem of large signal acquisition error caused by radio wave multipath effect in indoor environment, firstly, the signal source carried on the motion platform is collected for spectrum signal, and the signal processed by wavelet threshold denoising algorithms extracted and stored for spectrum feature extraction. Then, after data training and identification, the signal source is input into the system in random mode for identification. The experimental results show that the improved fuzzy clustering algorithm (FCA) is 12.7% higher than the spectrum envelope extraction method (SEEM) in the recognition rate of spectrum characteristics of different modes of signal source.

In order to migrate over large distances, cells within tissues and organisms rely on sensing local gradient cues. These cues however are multifarious, irregular or conflicting, changing both in time and space. Here we find that single cells utilize a molecular mechanism akin to a working memory, to generate persistent directional migration when signals are disrupted by temporally memorizing their position, while still remaining adaptive to spatial and temporal changes of the signal source. Using dynamical systems theory, we derive that these information processing capabilities are inherent for protein networks whose dynamics is maintained away from steady state through organization at criticality. We demonstrate experimentally using the Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) signaling network, that the memory is maintained in the prolonged activity of the receptor via a slow-escaping remnant, a dynamical ghost of the attractor of the polarized signaling state, that further results in memory in migration. As this state is metastable, it also enables continuous adaptation of the migration direction when the signals vary in space and time. We therefore show that cells implement real-time computations without stable-states to navigate in changing chemoattractant fields by memorizing position of disrupted signals while maintaining sensitivity to novel chemical cues.

Vulnerable outsiders obsess García Márquez. Each of the three books of tales he published between 1962 and 1992 offers more than one telling of a newcomer’s reception in a community to which he does not belong. “La siesta del martes” and “Un día después del sábado,” in Los funerales de la mamá grande (1962); “Un señor muy viejo con unas alas enormes” and “El ahogado más hermoso del mundo,” in La increíble y triste historia de la cándida Eréndira y de su abuela desalmada (1972); and nearly all of the Doce cuentos peregrinos (1992) narrate the indignities, outright violence, and, occasionally, kindness with which new arrivals to a community are met. García Márquez’s “outsider” stories not only rehearse one of his most emblematic plot lines but also show his fascination with what this article calls “monstrous innocence.” Especially in his magical realist and later work, he conjoins the physically or morally grotesque with innocence, understood now as childlike vulnerability, now as the premodern “inexperience” of Caribbean folk beliefs. This article analyzes how, in the course of his career, García Márquez comes to relate the motifs of the vulnerable outsider and monstrous innocence. Drawing at times on García Márquez’s autobiography Vivir para contarla (2002) and detouring briefly to show how Cien años de soledad invests a whole community with monstrous innocence, the article concludes by showing that, in his final tales, García Márquez identifies in death itself the signal source of vulnerability and casts the artist as monstrous, his work as innocent.
