The study aimed to prepare rehabilitation exercises using some rubber ropes for people with partial rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament, to recognize their effect on the recovery of motor tides and to reduce the pain of those with partial rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint, and adopted the experimental method by designing the experimental and controlled groups on a sample of those with partial rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament of men (30-35) One year of those who attend the Physiotherapy Center/Rafidain University College of 12 injured were deliberately selected from their community of origin by (100%), and after determining the measuring tools and preparation of exercises applied with rubber ropes per week at a rate of (4) units per week, the total time period for the application of rehabilitation exercises with rubber ropes (12) A consecutive qualifying week, bringing the total number of sessions (48) rehabilitation units, and (4) rubber rope rehabilitation exercises were applied in one rehabilitation unit and the researchers verified the results of their study using the social statistical bag system (SPSS) to be conclusions and application The application of rehabilitation exercises using rubber ropes helps people with partial rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint to improve the motor range of this joint in the cases of tide and bending, and to reduce the degree of pain V.A.S)) in the cases of joint extension and bending, and outperforming their peers who received Exercises in the rehabilitation center, and the need for physiotherapy centers to focus on developing the experiences of their therapists on how to apply rehabilitation exercises using rubber ropes in light of the findings of this study, and to suit the degrees of rubber ropes to suit the level of pain in the injured when used in rehabilitation exercises.

Objective. This study uses statistics to analyze the diagnostic significance of ultrasonic exploration for rotator cuff injuries. Methods. For this study, 50 patients with rotator cuff injury or shoulder impingement syndrome admitted to the hospital from September 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the targets of this discussion. The general clinical materials of the patients were retrospectively analyzed, and ultrasound was performed for them. The results of the examination and arthroscopy are compared with the final pathological results. Results. The diagnostic sensitivity of ultrasound in the diagnosis of partial rupture and complete rupture of the supraspinatus tendon was 100%, and the specificity was 55.55%. The diagnostic sensitivity of partial rupture and complete rupture of the subscapular tendon was 100%, and the specificity was 42.8%; there was no significant difference compared with the joint mirror examination, and there was no statistical significance. Conclusion. The thesis adopts ultrasound exploration for patients with rotator cuff injuries with high diagnostic sensitivity. It is a reliable and effective clinical diagnosis method, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.

Neglected Achilles tendon ruptures are becoming more common. The etiologies are numerous, often complicating acute ruptures of the undiagnosed calcaneal tendon, whether by ignorance of the pathognomonic signs (loss of the physiological equine in prone position and Thomson’s maneuver) or by erroneous diagnosis of partial rupture often induced by an ultrasound. Also, it can be due to an iterative ruptures or ruptures on a pathological tendon. The treatment is always performed by a surgery. However, techniques are numerous and depend on the indications. We describe in this work the surgical technique of repairing neglected Achilles tendon ruptures according to Bosworth, performed in the Department of Traumatology-Orthopedics and Reconstructive Surgery of the Ibn Rochd University Hospital Center in Casablanca, Morocco.

Abstract Background Sagittal-oblique technique clearly shows partial rupture because its’ double angulation follows the specific course of the patient’s ligament, due to approximate orientation of the external rotation of the foot. Sagittal-oblique technique provides a higher number of slices presenting the whole course of ACL Objective To value the role of sagittal- oblique technique of MRI adding to the standardized MRI technique in the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament injuries. Patients and Methods The study was approved by the hospital ethical committee and all patients agreed to participate in the study. We prospectively evaluated 20 patients with MRI examination of the knee. Patients presented with painful knee joint due to trauma of knee soft tissue structures. They were 9 females and 11 males, ranging in age from 26 to 67 years. Mean age is 39.80 years. Results Accuracy of standard MRI protocol of the knee comparing to additional technique is identical in detection of a complete ACL rupture. Presentations of the partial ruptures of ACL using sagittal-oblique technique were more sensitive than presentation using standard MR protocol. There was statistically significant difference between MRI detection of the ruptured ACL between additional techniques. Sagittal-oblique technique provides a higher number of MRI slices showing the whole course of the ACL and requires a shorter scan time. Conclusion The addition of oblique sagittal technique to the standard MRI imaging improved diagnostic accuracy for detecting partial tear of the ACL. However, oblique sagittal technique is just as precise as the standard MR technique for the evaluation of a complete rupture of the ACL, so it should be used in cases of suspicion of partial rupture of the ACL

Hydramnios is an excessive accumulation of fluid within the amniotic compartment. It is a rare condition in mares, often associated with fetal anomalies. Hydrops of fetal membranes predisposes to the rupture of the prepubic tendon, and many authors suggest the induction of parturition to preserve mare’s reproductive career. This report presents the case of a 15-year-old multiparous Quarter Horse mare, referred at 268 days of gestation for suspected hydrops. Repeated ultrasonographic exams confirmed an increase in the depth of the amniotic fluid and reduced fetal viability. During the hospitalization, the mare developed a partial rupture of the prepubic tendon. In this case, a conservative approach was elected, and the mare was treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and an abdominal support bandage. At 327 days of gestation, the mare gave birth to a foal with APGAR score 1. The resuscitation attempt was unsuccessful, and the foal died immediately. A post-mortem examination diagnosed a congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) with pleuroperitoneal diaphragmatic eventration.

Abstract A 61-year-old man developed rupture of the left forearm after cupping 1 year ago, which was partially improved after surgical dressing change. However, the lesion site recurred repeatedly since then and no cure was found. In the recent one month, he came to the hospital for treatment due to the increased area of skin rupture. The lesions involved subcutaneous tissue, reaching deep to the fascia layer, with large black mildew spots on the surface and necrosis like bean dregs in the deep part. The lesion was irregular in distribution, with different sizes and unclear boundaries. Blood blisters and papules could be seen on the skin at the edge, with partial rupture and hemorrhage.

The current research aims to design a rehabilitating exercises program using the aqueous medium with massage for partially ruptured calf in soccer players and to identify its effects on: Degree of pain accompanying the injury - Muscular strength of the injured muscle - The range of motion of the affected joint - Muscle circumference of the injured muscle. The researcher used the experimental approach (one-group design) with pre- and post-measurements. Sample included (8) players purposefully chosen from soccer players (18-30 years) with partial rupture of the calf muscle from Assiut sports clubs. The researcher also used interviews, the questionnaire "expert opinion on the proposed rehabilitation program", the sample data collection form, Data collection of search variables, visual analog scale (V.A.S) of pain, electronic dynamometer for measuring muscle strength, goniometer for measuring the range of motion as data collection tools for research. Results indicated that: 1. Rehabilitation exercises program using the aqueous medium with massage improved pain significantly. 2. Rehabilitation exercises program using the aqueous medium with massage improved muscle strength of the calf significantly in participants. 3. Rehabilitation exercises program using the aqueous medium with massage improved range of motion and the functional efficiency of the affected ankle in participants with partial rupture of the calf through improving muscular strength of the working muscles on this joint.
