The survival mode of the font design has been changed to the mode of imaging design by the new-media technology. The Chinese character image could achieve different image effects of fonts including flow, page turning, rotation, and scrolling. Streaming media technology achieve the streaming playing approach to discuss the composition and dynamic effect of Chinese character image streaming. Based on the characteristics of digital-streaming media, particle and fluid technology, and Chinese character image streaming, this paper will analyze and sort out the formation and techniques of Chinese character image based on streaming media technology. This paper proposed the new concept of ‘Chinese character image streaming’. Since there is no systematic theories and no summarized experience about the practical works regarding the Chinese character image streaming, this paper compared and analyzed this new concept with above-mentioned technologies to provide new materials for the researches of Chinese character designs in the future.

Today, Smart Grids (SGs), as the goal of the next-generation power grid system, span extremely wide aspects from power generation to end-user utilities. In smart grids, Energy and Information flows are mutually dependent and performance degradation of one side may have a high impact on the other side. In this work, we introduce our architecture for monitoring of Wind Turbine (WT) farms in smart grids. In our proposed system an industrial camera is embedded on a Wireless Cognitive Radio node for each WT to capture appropriate images and stream videos to the cognitive coordinator. Any packet loss in transmission between an embedded cognitive node and the coordinator can degrade peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) of the received images. The image streaming is a delay sensitive transmission which should be done in harsh environments in SGs. To tackle these challenging issues, we introduce our efficient model, called JOPSS, for joint optimization of both packet size and Number of Spectrum Sensing Iterations (NSSI) during image transmission in time-restricted conditions. We define our proposed objective function as the quotient of the Overhead Time and the Effective Transmission Time (ETT). In addition, we introduce our methods based on the Minimum of Overhead Time Channel Selection (MOTS) for the efficient channel selection along with Dynamic Parameter Updating Procedure (DPUP) to benefit different strategies in Mandatory and Proactive Handoffs (MHO/PHO). The obtained results show that noticeable improvements in both PSNR and feature-similarity (FSIM) can be achieved on our models JOPSS and JOPSS-SAFE, respectively.

Over time, students consider learning Sundanese in school increasingly difficult, especially in writing poetry learning material. The purpose of this study was to describe students poetry writing abilities before and after using the Image streaming method and the difference in students poetry writing abilities before and after using the Image Streaming method. This study uses a quantitative approach, the method used is quasi-experiment with one group pre-test and post-test research design, and the technique used is poetry writing ability test. The data source of this research is the ability to write poetry of class VII-E students at SMP 2 Lembang in the 2018-2019 school year, with 34 students. The results of this study show that: (1) the ability of students to write poetry before using the Image Streaming method with an average value of 57.56; (2) the ability of students to write poetry after using the Image Streaming method with an average value of 72.88; (3) differences in students poetry writing ability before and after using the Image Streaming method with an average initial ability score of 57.56, final ability of 72.88, then the average value of students poetry writing ability has increased by 15.32. Hypothesis test results show a significance value = 0,000. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the value of Sig. 0,000 is smaller than 0.05, meaning H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the Image Streaming method can improve the poetry writing ability of VII-E class students at SMPN 2 Lembang in the 2018-2019 school year. AbstrakSeiring berjalannya waktu, siswa menganggap pembelajaran bahasa Sunda di sekolah semakin sulit, khususnya dalam materi pembelajaran menulis sajak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan menulis sajak siswa sebelum dan setelah menggunakan metode Image Streaming dan perbedaan kemampuan menulis sajak siswa sebelum dan setelah menggunakan metode tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode kuasi eksperimen disertai desain one group pre-test and post-test. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik tes dengan menggunakan soal tes kemampuan menulis sajak pada siswa kelas VII-E di SMP Negeri 2 Lembang pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) kemampuan menulis sajak siswa sebelum menggunakan metode Image Streaming dengan rata-rata nilai 57,56; (2) kemampuan menulis sajak siswa setelah menggunakan metode Image Streaming dengan rata-rata nilai 72,88; (3) perbedaan kemampuan menulis sajak siswa sebelum dan setelah menggunakan metode Image Streaming dengan rata-rata nilai kemampuan awal 57,56, kemampuan akhir 72,88, maka rata-rata nilai kemampuan menulis sajak siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 15,32. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan nilai signifikansi = 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, nilai Sig. 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, artinya H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Oleh sebab itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode Image Streaming dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis sajak siswa kelas VII-E di SMP Negeri 2 Lembang taun ajaran 2018-2019.

The data analysis technique used the model descriptive analysis to measure the ability to write the test results of the study (1 time giving the test) every cycle by using the distribution frequency of and the percentage of the first is that there is an increase in the quality of the learning process to write a paragraph of narrative once held a class action learning model IMAS ( Image Streaming). The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes. The average score of the first cycle of 69.59 with classical completeness 16 (55.17%) completed, are in the low category and increased in the second cycle 83.13 with classical completeness 29 (100%) completed. This is supported by the increase in activity and creativity of the students in the learning process of the first cycle increased in the second cycle.
