  This research is a class action research (Classroom Action Research) which was carried out at SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng and aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes through the use of matrix modules in class XI students of SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng. The subjects of this study were 15 students of class XI SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng in the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques used are learning outcomes tests and observations. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive analysis using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of the analysis showed an increase in mathematics learning outcomes. The results of quantitative analysis show that the average score of mastery of students in the first cycle of 70.53 is in the high category with the percentage of completeness reaching 60%, this indicates that students have not achieved classical mastery. And the average score of mastery of students in cycle II of 78.27 is in the high category with the percentage of completeness reaching 87%, this shows that students have achieved classical mastery. The results of qualitative analysis based on observations showed an increase in student activity in accordance with learning, namely the increase in students attending the learning process, who actively asked questions about material that was not clear in the matrix module, who exchanged opinions with other students in solving problems in the matrix module, which actively respond to other friends' questions, who are working on practice questions in the module given by the teacher, and there is a decrease in student activity that is not in accordance with learning. Based on the results of the analysis, it appears that there is a change that the use of the module is quite effective in improving mathematics learning outcomes in class XI students of SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng on matrix material. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Reseach) yang dilaksanakan di SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika melalui penggunaan modul matriks pada peserta didik kelas XI SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng pada tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 sebanyak 15 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar dan observasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar matematika. Hasil analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata penguasaan peserta didik pada siklus I sebesar 70,53 berada dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase ketuntasan mencapai 60%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik belum mencapai ketuntasan kelasikal. Dan skor rata-rata penguasaan peserta didik pada siksus II sebesar 78,27 berada dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase ketuntasan mencapai 87%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik sudah mencapai ketuntasan kelasikal. Hasil analisis kualitatif berdasarkan observasi menunjukkan peningkatan aktivitas peserta didik yang sesuai dengan pembelajaran yakni meningkatnya peserta didik hadir dalam proses belajar, yang aktif bertanya tentang materi yang belum jelas pada modul matriks, yang bertukar pendapat dengan peserta didik lain dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan pada modul matriks, yang aktif memberikan tanggapan terhadap pertanyaan teman yang lain, yang mengerjakan soal latihan dalam modul yang diberikan oleh guru, dan terjadi penurunan aktivitas peserta didik yang tidak sesuai dengan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, nampak adanya perubahan bahwa penggunaan modul cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika pada peserta didik kelas XI SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng pada materi matriks.

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah penerapan model pembelajaran fun learning dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karangan narasi pada murid kelas V UPT SPF SD Inpres Parang Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran fun learning dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karangan narasi pada murid kelas V UPT SPF SD Inpres Parang Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Class Action Reaserch) yang terdiri dari dua siklus dimana setiap siklus dilaksanakan sebanyak empat kali pertemuan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah 1) Keterampilan menulis karangan narasi dan 2) Penggunaan model pembelajaran fun learning di kelas V UPT SPF SD Inpres Parang Kota Makassar. Prosedur penelitian meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah murid kelas V yang berjumlah 16 orang. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif.  Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Pada siklus pertama diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar murid Kelas V UPT SPF SD Inpres Parang Kota Makassar yaitu 58,7 (2) Pada siklus kedua diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar murid kelas V UPT SPF SD Inpres Parang Kota Makassar lebih tinggi yang mencapai 82,5. Ketuntasan belajar  murid kelas V UPT SPF SD Inpres Parang Kota Makassar juga mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I, dari 3 (18,7%) murid mencapai ketuntasan belajar, sedangkan pada siklus II sebanyak 14 (87,5%) murid mencapai ketuntasan belajar dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal tercapai. Hal ini berarti ketuntasan belajar pada siklus II tercapai secara klasikal karena jumlah murid yang tuntas lebih dari 85 %.

The issues of legal regulation and the first experience of law enforcement of class actions on the example of chapter 22.3 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation are considered. Despite the generally unified legal regulation of class proceedings in arbitration and civil proceedings, in the practice of courts of general jurisdiction there are specific issues that need to be addressed. In article value of unity of all conditions of qualification of the declared requirements as the class action is underlined, and also consequences of non-compliance of conditions of certification are revealed. Attention has been drawn to the necessity of application of the general rules of action proceedings along with the special rules of chapter 22.3 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation in consideration of class actions. Also within the framework of this study the author concludes that each new legal institute raises a number of controversial issues in the process of law enforcement. And that is why it is very important to refer to the general provisions of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, developed under the guidance of Professor M.K. Treushnikov, which allow to find the best solution for this or that problem of legal regulation and law enforcement.

The aim of the study was to improve the students' ability to understand Belief In God And Believing The Apostle Of God phrases through sort-term learning. The method used is class action research. The study population was 72 second graders at SDN 01 Haduyang Natar with the sampling technique using multistage random sampling, so the research sample was 24 students. Data collection techniques using tests and observations. Qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study are that sort card-based learning methods can improve students' ability to understand Belief In God And Believing The Apostle Of God In Islamic Religion.

Abstract Relying on examples from international, EU and comparative law and drawing on insights from the class action literature, this article argues that important advances in minority rights protection can be achieved without the revision of substantive legal provisions and the full-scale embracing of collective rights. Allowing minority members to present their claims on behalf of a larger group (collective procedure), even when such claims ultimately rest on the rights of individuals as opposed to those of the group, strengthens minority rights and can transform our vision of them. An overview of eight interrelated benefits shows not only how these advantages occur, but also why the procedural approach avoids the issues that motivate negative critiques of group rights.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Class Action Room) yang terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus dilaksanakan sebanyak dua kali pertemuan. Prosedur penelitian meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kelompok B Taman Kanak-kanak Bukit Permai Agang Je’ne Kelurahan Empoang Kecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto sebanyak 15 anak. Hasil penelitian anak kemampuan berhitung anak pada kelompok B dilihat dari hasil observasi kemampuan anak pada siklus I ke siklus ke II mengalami peningkatan, dimana anak yang mengalami peninglatan sebanyak 15 anak didik pada kategori baik dan 1 anak didik pada kategori cukup. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dijelaskan diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berhitung anak pada kelompok B TK Bukit Permai Agang Je’ne Kelurahan Empoang Kecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan penggunaan media kartu angka.

The learning outcomes of class VIB SDN Landungsari 1 student did not reach the specified Minimum Completeness Criteria (MCC). Apart from the effects of the post-covid-19 pandemic, the cause of the low student learning scores was the learning model. The learning model must be following the times. One of the learning models is the mind mapping model of cooperative learning which is an innovative learning model. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of the mind mapping model of cooperative learning to improve student learning outcomes. This research was conducted in 2 cycles using the class action research method (CAR) with steps were action planning, action implementation, evaluation, and reflection in each cycle. The learning outcomes of cycle 1 showed the mean of affective, psychomotor, and cognitive values were 79.80, 62.50, and 73.84, respectively. The learning outcomes of cycle 2 showed an increase compared to the learning outcomes in preliminary observation and cycle 1 with the average values ​​of affective, psychomotor, and cognitive were 98, 93.75, and 86.92, respectively. The results of this study indicated that the mind mapping model of cooperative learning could improve student learning outcomes.

This Classroom Action Research aims to determine whether there is an effect on the success of student learning scores by using the Contextual Teaching Learning Learning Method at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang, precisely in Class XI BDP 2. This type of Class Action Research uses a descriptive method. That is, starting from collecting data, analyzing the data and then interpreting it. The data obtained were taken from students of SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang Class XIBDP 2, in the Retail subject. Which was formed into 6 study groups, each group consisting of 6 students. This is done in Odd Semesters. This Classroom Action Research was carried out in two cycles, where each cycle started from the stages of planning, implementation, observation and finally reflection. The results of this study illustrate that by using the contextual learning model, the percentage of student learning mastery can increase well, even achieved in accordance with the KKM score. This can be proven in the first cycle seen 51.72% completeness level and 41.28% incomplete. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, 89.66% of students' learning mastery levels were achieved and 10.34% were incomplete. Therefore, it can be concluded that a change in the learning model will result in a change in the mindset and absorption of students, so as to obtain the expected results or better results. ABSTRAKPenelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh terhadap keberhasilan nilai belajar siswa dengan menggunakan Metode Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching Learning di SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang tepatnya pada Kelas XI BDP 2. Jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dengan menggunakan metode Deskriptif. Yaitu dimulai dari pengumpulan data, menganalisis data kemudian menginterpretasikannya. Data yang diperoleh diambil dari Siswa Siswi SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang Kelas XIBDP 2, pada mata pelajaran Ritel. Yang dibentuk kedalam 6 kelompok belajar, masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 6 orang siswa. Hal ini dilakukan pada Semester Ganjil. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus, dimana setiap siklus dimulai dari tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan terakhir adalah refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kontekstual, persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa dapat meningkat dengan baik, bahkan tercapai sesuai dengan Nilai KKM. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan pada siklus I terlihat 51,72% tingkat ketuntasan dan 41,28% yang tidak tuntas. Sementara pada siklus II tercapai 89,66% tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa dan 10,34% yang tidak tuntas. Maka dari itu dapat dismpulkan bahwa dengan adanya perubahan model pembelajaran akan mengakibatkan suatu perubahan pola piker dan daya serap siswa, sehingga memperoleh hasil yang diharapkan atau hasil yang lebih baik.

This study aims to determine the implementation of Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted by Japanese language teachers in Indonesia at this time. A qualitative descriptive research method was used in this study to describe the questionnaire result from 193 participants in the first session of webinar, and 203 participants in the second session. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was found that most of the participants had never done CAR at all or had never done CAR in a structured manner. Participants who have done CAR mostly use it for promotion and only a small number use it for teaching development. This research cannot represent the overall field conditions but is expected to provide an overview of the current CAR implementation by Japanese language teachers in Indonesia, and the development of teaching materials that can be developed through routine CAR.
