Abstract The coefficients of reflection, transmission and absorption are calculated in the framework of the kinetic approach, when an electromagnetic E-wave interacts with a thin conducting film located between two dielectric media. To account for the surface scattering of charge carriers is used a model of mirror-diffuse boundary conditions, assuming that the specularity coefficients of the upper and lower surfaces of the film differ from each other. The electromagnetic wave falls on the upper surface of the film at an arbitrary angle. The case of an anisotropic isoenergetic surface of a conductor having the form of a three-axis ellipsoid, one of the main axes of which is parallel to the magnetic field strength of the wave, and the other is perpendicular to the film surfaces, is considered. The impurity scattering of electrons (holes) is dominated in the volume of the conductor. The dependence of the absorption coefficient on the parameters of the isoenergetic surface of the conductor is analyzed.

Previous film studies focusing on gender stereotypes have been sufficiently conducted, yet what remains understudied is the study of film audience about dynamic gender stereotypes shown in one film. Conducting film audience study with the issue of dynamic gender stereotype allows discussions about audience�s perceptions, awareness and underlying knowledge of gender stereotypes. This study attempts to unravel responses collected from thirteen audience of Nancy Meyer�s �The Intern� (2015) and formulates two research objectives i.e. first, to discuss how the audience of �The Intern� perceive the dynamics of gender stereotype depicted in the film and, second, to examine the underlying insights of their perceptions. The incorporated theories are film audience study, serving also as methodological approach,�and the discourse of gender stereotype and its changing perspectives. The finding and discussion show that the audience of �The Intern� perceive the inclusion of gender stereotypes and its dynamic change in the film, and their perceptions are followed by several reasons and insights: the story-line of �The Intern� and the audience�s prior knowledge about gender stereotypes. Awareness and sensibility of gender stereotypes are also revealed after watching �The Intern�. Lastly, discussion about the intersection of the audience�s prior knowledge with the exposure about gender stereotype from various resources is also carried out.

<p><em>Dye sensitized solar cells</em> (DSSCs) merupakan teknologi alternatif fotovoltaik yang menguntungkan. DSSCs menunjukkan harga yang murah, efisiensi yang tinggi dan proses pembuatan yang sederhana. Dalam aplikasi DSSCs, fotoanoda memiliki peranan yang penting untuk mengumpulkan elektron-elektron yang tereksitasi dan dye berfungsi untuk menyalurkan cahaya elektron-elektron ke <em>transparent conducting film</em> (TCF). Fotoanoda mempunyai <em>band gap</em> yang lebar pada semikonduktor logam oksida (contoh: <em>zinc oxide</em> (ZnO) dan <em>titanium dioxide</em> (TiO<sub>2</sub>)) yang dilapiskan pada TCF. Counter electrode (CE) adalah salah satu komponen yang penting dalam proses kerja DSSCs. CE digunakan sebagai mediator untuk membangkitkan <em>sensitizer</em> setelah masuknya elektron. Bahan CE yang ideal harus mempunyai resistansi yang rendah, biaya produksi yang murah, konduktivitas listrik yang tinggi, aktivitas elektrokatalitik yang bagus dan stabilitas yang tinggi. Bahan-bahan CE yang umum digunakan untuk aplikasi DSSCs yaitu seperti platina (Pt), karbon, <em>carbon nanotubes</em> (CNTs), grafin dan polimer konduktif. Review ini dikembangkan untuk mempelajari sifat-sifat bahan fotoanoda dan CE yang bagus untuk aplikasi DSSCs. Review ini juga digunakan untuk memberikan informasi untuk perkembangan bahan-bahan fotoanoda dan CE pada penelitian selanjutnya dalam aplikasi DSSCs. Dalam review ini, pengaruh bahan-bahan yang digunakan untuk fotoanoda dan CE dalam aplikasi DSSCs didiskusikan.</p>
