ANALYSIS AND TRENDS OF THE CHANGES IN THE GRAPHIC INTERPRETATION OF THE QUALITY COSTS MODELS

This paper presents four approaches to the graphic interpretation of the quality costs structure definition models: classical, modern, modified, and visionary approach. These give rise to theoretical graphic quality costs models and illustrate the relationship between the quality costs categories, as well as the relationship between the quality costs categories and the total quality costs and the quality level. The paper comparatively analyzes the underlying assumptions, existing knowledge, and principles characteristic of each approach. This contributes to the shaping of the quality costs categories curves and the overall quality cost curve in the theoretical models. The conducted analysis in the paper will enable forecasting the trend of development of theoretical graphic models and identification of potential stakeholders that contribute to changes in the structure and the behavior of the quality costs categories, and thus the behavior of the overall quality costs.

An Assessment Approach to Urban Economic Resilience of the Rust Belt in China

Urban economic resilience provides a novel perspective on the sustainable development of urban and regional economy. Selecting 37 prefecture-level cities in the Northeast China that also known as the rust belt in China as a regional study sample that has experienced significant economic decline and out-migration in the last 20 years compared to many other regions in China, this study aims to construct an index system using the data collected in 2005, 2010, and 2016. This study evaluates urban economic resilience including five socioeconomic aspects: diversity, capabilities related to revenue and expenditure, innovation environment, trend of development, and openness. We analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of urban economic resilience, explore the key factors contributing to urban resilience and then provide decision-making suggestions to enhance it. We find the following: (1) urban economic resilience in the Northeast China has gradually increased over time, but spatial heterogeneity of resilience was prominent. Specifically, coastal cities were more economically resilient than inland cities. (2) Urban economic resilience in the Northeast China is significantly contributed by the diversity of an economic system and the trend of development, which contribute to resilience with weights of 0.214 and 0.216, respectively. The dominant factors contributing to urban economic resilience are different among diverse urban economic types and size. (3) To enhance urban economic resilience, comprehensive economic cities need to focus on increasing the diversity of economic structures. Resource-based and old industrial cities should focus on raising the innovation environment. Coastal cities should focus on increasing the diversity of their economic structures and creating positive trends of economic and social development. Agricultural cities should focus on creating positive trends of economic and social development.

Drawing on the example of the work of biggest museum institutions of the today’s Russia, the author of the article describes peculiarities of open keeping of museum stock, interprets actual trend of development of Russian museum sector that lies in reverse a prohibition on open showing of most valuable part of museum items and collections. It is noticed that while maintaining keeping conditions and instrumentation of museum depository with engineering and technical means and systems, long-term safety of the most valuable museum items is beyond danger.

A Study on Green Banking Trends in Uttara Kannada District

Green Banking has emerged as a new trend of development in response to the current scenario. New Aspects of Leisure Agriculture within Smart Tourism Era

With the development of China's economy, tourism has become an essential necessity of ordinary people's lives, and rural tourism has also been receiving more and more attention from all quarters. The development of leisure agriculture is a market need, a development need of the times, and human civilization, as well as the inevitable trend of development. Therefore, this study aims at providing some recommendations based on literature reviewed previous studies related to smart tourism and leisure agriculture. Findings report that the prospects of technology for farm manager, the technicalization for facilities and equipment, and the immediate response should be concerned by the owners of the farm and managers of farm business of leisure agriculture within smart tourism era.

Modernization of Russian education allocates to some of the priorities education informatization in which focusis put on creation of the digital educational environment, giving to the student in the conditions of information society an opportunity to optimize necessary information. A main goal of this article is the analysis of problems and the prospects of formation of the modern electronic training environments. Information society is fundamentals of digital economy that play a crucial role in modern information space.
