With the development of China's economy, tourism has become an essential necessity of ordinary people's lives, and rural tourism has also been receiving more and more attention from all quarters. The development of leisure agriculture is a market need, a development need of the times, and human civilization, as well as the inevitable trend of development. Therefore, this study aims at providing some recommendations based on literature reviewed previous studies related to smart tourism and leisure agriculture. Findings report that the prospects of technology for farm manager, the technicalization for facilities and equipment, and the immediate response should be concerned by the owners of the farm and managers of farm business of leisure agriculture within smart tourism era.

his paper is based on a 2009 case study research on the role and impacts of rural initiatives in Dimitrovgrad, South-eastern Serbia region. This area is of interest, because of local efforts to conserve autochthonous livestock breeds,andtheworkofsmallholdersandindependent professionals involved farming and rural tourism activities. The research used participant visits to initiative places, drawing on farm visits, meetings with stakeholders and analysis of secondary information. The study highlights that local organizations are running without link to initiatives.Although, Serbia country has well structured rural developments programs, those still are harmonising.Thus, throughActor-Network approach is suggested which turn around a farm manager. This may represent to all stakeholders with initiatives (on-farm and non-farm). Besides, local food products issues from initiatives may reconnect providers and consumers, revaluing local food products. However, is necessary the institutional and organizational involvement to encourage the initiatives. Furthermore, to promote touristic places, by an integrated rural tourism approach it may involve all stakeholders to promote local products and issues from initiatives. Indirectly it may create local employs.

One of the measures of the Sectoral Operational Programme Agriculture and Rural Development is focused on the diversification of agricultural activities. The analysis of the measure showed the greatest interest in financial support among the subjects aimed at agritourism and rural tourism. The field of tourism dominates also among the number of the approved projects. The share of other diversification activities is very low. The analysis of other profitable activities in the Farm Structure Census and Farm Structure Survey by the type of activities shows that the total number of agricultural enterprises with other profitable activities decreased in 2005 compared to 2001 and 2003. The total amount of agricultural enterprises with other profitable activities in the Slovak Republic reached 3 219 in 2001, 4 465 in 2003, and 2 066 enterprises in 2005. In 2005, the number of the enterprises increased in the field of craft industry, wood processing, fishery, generating energy from renewable resources and contracted work.

This study aims to analyze the income of the BUMDes “Mandiri”  layer chicken farm and partner farms, as well as the size of the income earned by BUMDes “Mandiri”  and breeder partners from the profit-sharing system carried out together. The research respondents were the BUMDes “Mandiri”  farm manager and two breeder partners. Operating income is calculated by finding the difference between business revenues and total business costs incurred. The share received by BUMDes “Mandiri”  and partner farmers from partner farm income is determined based on the percentage agreed in the partnership agreement, namely 51% for BUMDes “Mandiri”  and 49% for breeder partners. The results showed that the income of the BUMDes “Mandiri”  livestock business in one month was Rp. 3,668,890.00 or Rp. 3,668.89/head, while the partner's husbandry business income was Rp. 6,404,505.00 or Rp. 12,809.00/head. The portion of the partner's husbandry business income that belongs to BUMDes “Mandiri” is Rp. 3,266,295.00/month and that which belongs to breeder partners is Rp. 3,138,210.00/month.

Tourism in rural areas is considered small-scale tourism, which represents a strong potential for growth of areas traditionally characterized as agricultural areas. Rural tourism tends to be heterogeneous with many different and scattered stakeholders, making the efficiency and effectivity hard to achieve. Many ICT technologies have found their way into smart tourism. Even though there are plentiful user generated data and smart tourism applications, they represent a very heterogeneous sources that are challenging to integrate in one scalable system. The aim of this research is to propose a model for information system that will increase efficiency of the rural small-scale tourism by using both internal and external systems, such as social networks, local services, geotagged resources, sentiment analysis, and data- and text-based mining systems. The goal of this information system is to gather a rich database that will allow users to identify their next destination and to identify most valuable assets for each location in the region.

With the continuous development of China's economy, the level of science and technology has been improved to a great extent. The advent of the era of Internet and cloud computing has brought a major change to China. However, with the advent of the era of big data, a bigger technological change is coming. The arrival of the era of big data has brought a certain impact on China's enterprise management and decision-making, and put forward higher requirements for China's enterprise management and decision-making. Therefore, enterprises need to constantly strive to improve themselves so as to better adapt to the era of big data. In order to keep pace with the development of The Times, major companies and enterprises need to constantly change their internal management methods in order to achieve sustainable and stable development in their own fields and make their management decisions smoother. Among them, optimization and reform of the application of big data are particularly important. Starting from the characteristics of big data and its role in enterprise management decisions, this paper analyzes the current situation of big data management within enterprises and discusses the influence of big data on enterprise management decisions from five aspects, namely, environment, data, participants, organization and technology. And this paper analyzes the construction method and design idea of enterprise decision support system based on artificial intelligence.

The tourism industry has become an essential way for many people to enjoy leisure and entertainment. The traditional tourism model can no longer meet the current needs of different consumer groups. Rural tourism is more and more admired by people. The rural tourism economy has become an important industry driving local economic growth. This article analyzes the rural tourism market and finds out the problems in the rural tourism industry. This article analysis the problems existing in the rural tourism industry, and provide more paths for optimizing the rural tourism economic industry under the background of China’s rural revitalization.

With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology, network trade has emerged and broken through the traditional trade boundaries in the rapidly developing information technology. Therefore, with the advent of the information age, network trade has had a series of impacts on China’s economy, which has given wings to the take-off of China’s economy, but also made the development of China’s economy face a new environment and new challenges. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the connotation of network trade, and analyzes the impact of the network trade era on China’s economy.
