This paper presents four approaches to the graphic interpretation of the quality costs structure definition models: classical, modern, modified, and visionary approach. These give rise to theoretical graphic quality costs models and illustrate the relationship between the quality costs categories, as well as the relationship between the quality costs categories and the total quality costs and the quality level. The paper comparatively analyzes the underlying assumptions, existing knowledge, and principles characteristic of each approach. This contributes to the shaping of the quality costs categories curves and the overall quality cost curve in the theoretical models. The conducted analysis in the paper will enable forecasting the trend of development of theoretical graphic models and identification of potential stakeholders that contribute to changes in the structure and the behavior of the quality costs categories, and thus the behavior of the overall quality costs.

The paper explores the possibilities of the structural and functional transformation of blocks in the historical center of Zagreb as a part of modernization after many years of neglect as well as earthquakes in 2020. The research aims to determine how the existing block tissue corresponds with the needs of today’s residents and the possibility of its improvement. The historical circumstances in which the blocks were formed and underwent the most significant changes and modern processes that affect the state and value are determined. There is a special focus on the interior of the block (courtyards), as well as on the spaces on the ground floors of street facades, where numerous, unexplored changes can be observed. The findings provide starting points for desirable structural–functional transformations of blocks and stem from the synthesis and interpretation of knowledge from four interrelated parts of the research. The characteristics of blocks have changed during city development stages, as depicted by an analysis and graphic interpretation of historical maps and urban plans (1864–2021). Influences of modern processes on changes of the city are determined on the basis of the synthesis of previous research from different interdisciplinary points of view; a detailed analysis of the structural–functional changes is conducted on the example of three selected blocks. Transformation models for three selected blocks are proposed.

The article provides a classification of centers of competence, which e subdivided into corporate, university, regional, industry, as well as excellent scientific and educational centers. The features of the work and areas of activity of each of the centers presented according to the classification are considered. In addition, the analysis of possible models of the competence center: value chain, digital integration platform and ecosystem carried out. The advantages and disadvantages of each of the models considered, their graphic interpretation presented. Based on the results of consideration of each of the models of competence centers, a justification made for the choice of one or another model of the competence center, depending on the specifics of the organization. In the course of the research, the main digital competencies (soft skills and hard skills) also considered. In accordance with these competencies, an analysis was made of the compliance of these competencies with each of the three models of interaction between participants in the creation of products (services) (value chain, digital integration platform and ecosystem). Because of the analysis, the choice of each of the considered models realized, depending on their compliance with new digital competencies.

The features of the effect of wind on a prismatic-type building with different methods of determining the coefficient of wind pressure along the height are considered. The study was carried out on the basis of studying the main provisions of regulatory documents governing design and development activities in the Russian Federation, as well as current publications of domestic and foreign scientists, corresponding to research in this area. The research method is structural and analytical analysis using the correlation dependences of the factors under study. Analytical dependencies for determining the wind forces for various methods of assigning the wind load coefficient along the height of the building and their graphic interpretation are given. The work is based on the provisions of domestic building codes and relevant information contained in other domestic and foreign sources. For prismatic buildings with a height of up to 80 meters, there are areas where the forces from the main wind load significantly depend on the method of its determination. The conducted research indicates the ambiguity used in the practice of designing the parameters of the wind load, allowing the possibility of excess or underloading of structures or individual elements.

We analyze the graphic commentaries of Alexander Alexeieff, the illustrator and the first wave emigrant, made for The Russian Fairy tales published in the USA in 1946. We believe A. Alexeieff to have been the second to illustrate The Russian Fairy tales in the USA as Ivan Bilibin, the eminent Russian painter and book illustrator had preceded him. A. Alekseev brought his vision of artistic images to the illustration of The Russian Fairy tales, combining ancient Slavonic motives with Christian symbolism. We assume the publication also to be unique as Roman Jakobson, the well-known philologist an ancient Slavonic and Russian folklore explorer wrote the foreword to the book being cited in Russian for the first time. Having briefly considered R. Jakobson’s life and creative work, we presume it to be quite logical Jacobson to have been baptized according to the Russian Orthodox tradition, as well as to have backed up the theory of Eurasianism. From this point of view, the analyzed edition of The Russian Fairy tales is holistic in content, harmoniously combining the traditional values of the cultural heritage of the Russian world and the work of outstanding figures that developed and propagated its values and enduring significance through their works.

Formation of a production program is a time-consuming variable problem. To solve it, many conditions and constraints must be taken into account. Computer power allows one to quickly and accurately solve problems with many variables, unlike a person who relies on his intuition and experience. The following materials and methods were used: collection and analysis of data from construction companies of various sizes, mathematical modeling of the processes of distributing labor resources, graphic interpretation of information, computer modeling. The stages of the problem statement: description of the organizational and technological problem of distributing labor resources, mathematical formulation, modeling and algorithmization using well-known metaheuristic approaches. In the course of solving the problem, a genetic algorithm was used that allows one to quickly find solutions in equations with many variables. The following constraints were determined: deadlines, maximum and minimum number of workers at the facility, minimum number of transfer of resources, minimum involvement of a subcontractor. As a result, all the necessary mathematical models and initial data for the development of a computer program for the automated distribution of labor resources among the facilities of the production program of the construction and installation organization were obtained.

The article presents the results of studies of the process of electrostatic fumigation of seeds of leguminous crops with an ionized fumigating agent in a drum-type installation by methods of mathematical planning. A complete factorial experiment of type 23 is implemented. An equation is obtained that adequately describes this process, and its graphic interpretation is given. Practical recommendations are given for the development of regimes for industrial fumigation of seeds of leguminous crops, allowing to predict the conditions of the process.

In the article on the material of the mapped dialect phenomena of different structural levels in the dialects of settlements of Nadvirna district, Ivano-Frankivsk oblast areological processes in the northern zone of Nadvirna are described, in particular, identified zonal and island areas of the northern zone and the distribution of Pokutia areas are studied. With the help of descriptive, comparative, linguistic and geographical methods it was revealed that for a hundred years Pokutia dialect has significantly reduced its territory of functioning in the Nadvirna region. The article states that the post-graphic interpretation of Pokutia areas fully confirms the opinion of Yu. V. Shevelyov about the transitional status of Pokutia dialect between Hutsul and Transnistria ones. It is determined that border line drawn between the Gavrylivka – Parysche – Lisna Velesnytsia – Strymba – Loyeva dialects is apparently the main dividing line between the Pokut and Transnistria dialects, from it to the northwest to the Strymba River and north-east to the Kolomyia district. mixed-transitional dialects of the Pokutia – Transnistrian type. The conditional line between Loyev – Krasna – Dobrotiv – Lanchyn – Sadzhavka dialects distinguishes between Hutsul and Pokut dialects, and dialects to the north of it can be considered mixed-transitional dialects of the Pokutia – Hutsul type, which confirm the observations of predecessors.
