The study of Philosophy of Law is developing rapidly from time to time as we know that there are many schools of Philosophy of Law that are believed and used in a particular place, time, and adherents. Philosophy of Law, nowadays a school growing very fast is Postmodern Philosophy of Law. The postmodern flow of legal philosophy as a reaction to the flow of Positivism Legal Philosophy. Postmodernism's thinking about law is that legal truth is not particular, absolute, and objective, but relative, plural, consensual. This thinking often raises the pros and cons among experts. Therefore, this study tries to increase the flow of postmodern philosophy as a form of human reaction to legal positivism concerning the criminal justice system in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. The results of the study indicate that the criminal law system in Indonesia is unable to accommodate the purpose of the law, namely justice, because the criminal law system in Indonesia always considers justice based on the fulfilment of written law in which everyone applies a rule of law that is ultimately the same. Therefore, the author expresses Postmodern Philosophy as a creative legal justice breakthrough that is heterogeneous or combines various elements in everyday human life such as social, legal, cultural, psychological, political, educational, etc.

Our habits constantly influence the environment, often in negative ways that amplify global environmental and health risks. Hence, change is urgent. To facilitate habit change, inhibiting unwanted behaviors appears to be a natural human reaction. Here we use a novel experimental design to test how inhibitory control affects two key components of habit change in healthy humans: acquisition of a new habit-like behavior and the simultaneous unlearning of an old one. We found that, while the new behavior was acquired, the old behavior persisted and coexisted with the new. Critically, inhibition hindered both overcoming the old behavior and establishing the new one. Our findings highlight that suppressing unwanted behaviors is not only ineffective but can even further strengthen them. Meanwhile, actively engaging in a preferred behavior appears indispensable for its successful acquisition. Our design could be used to uncover how new approaches affect the cognitive basis of habit change.

The E-commerce websites have been emerged in a high range of marketing benefits for the users to publish or share the experience of the received product by posting review that contain useful comments, opinions and feedback on the product. These days, a large number of clients acquire freedoms to look at comparative items in online sites and pick their top choices in computerized retailers, like Amazon.com and Taobao.com. Client audits in online media and electronic trade Websites contain important electronic word data of items. Sentiment Analysis is broadly applied as voice of clients for applications that target showcasing and client care. Sentiment extractors in their most essential structure classify messages as either having a good or negative or once in a while neutral supposition. A typical application of sentiment investigation is the programmed assurance of whether an online review contains a positive or negative review. Subsequently, in this paper, with the use of the strategies on sentiment analysis, obstinate sentences alluding to a particular element are first recognized from item online audits. We have proposed deep learning strategy as a classification model for discovering the condition of review. The outcomes showed suggested site for the client dependent on the early audits, past reviews and answer given to inquiry audit for the client. Additionally, it is seen that the proposed strategy can ready to answer every one of the reviews with a superior closeness like a human reaction to the client.

The current pandemic situation has completely altered our lives. In this context, it is imperative to look back at the history of human civilization to see how the ancient faced such situations. Works dealing with the horrors of plague have been written in various regional literature across India, the famous being Rabindranath Tagore’s Puraton Bhritto, Ahmed Ali’s Twilight in Delhi and U.R Anandamoorthy’s Samskara. The article focuses on a Malayalam novel, Vasoori, written by Kakkanadan (1968) which revolves around the lives of common village folk caught in the jaws of smallpox. The novel focuses on the lived in experience of a community forced to face the disease almost every year. It is enlightening to go through the novel in the current Covid-19 pandemic as it concentrates on the first human reaction to pandemics – fear. By using the motif of smallpox, Vasoori pushes the reader to reflect on the ancestral fear of humans to infectious diseases and how it completely shatters the body’s internal perceptions. Thus reading Vasoori in the current pandemic situation is one way of understanding how the human race dealt with a disease for which there seemed no solution in sight.

Confinement and restriction of movement are a reality for most dairy cows. Providing outdoor access is one method to increase movement opportunities. However, leading cows to an outdoor exercise area increases their exposure to manipulations different from those of an indoor housing system. These situations have the potential to induce fear reactions, which can lead to injuries for the cow and danger or economic losses for the farmer. Our aim was to evaluate the development of the human-cow relationship and general reactivity of cows after a 12-week period of outdoor access provision in winter, summer and fall. A total of 16 cows in the winter, 16 in the summer, and 15 in the fall were enrolled in the study and either allocated to the treatment (Out) or stayed in the tiestall (NonOut). A human reactivity test and suddenness test were performed before and after the 12-week treatment period. In winter and to a lesser extent in fall, Out cows had a better human reaction score compared to NonOut cows, suggesting that cows with outdoor access during the winter associated human approaches with positive events. Conversely, no difference in the human reaction score was found between treatments during the summer. For summer and fall, Out cows did, however, show a decrease in their reaction score to the suddenness test compared to NonOut cows. The results of the human reactivity test in the summer suggested that cows with outdoor access did not associate the manipulation with a positive event. Interestingly, this result is not due to the cows being more frightened, since the suddenness test suggested that the Out cows were less fearful than NonOut cows. The way in which cows were led to the outdoor area could explain the differences in cow responses. Here, summer cows faced greater movement restrictions during trips to the outdoor area than in the winter, which may have been negatively perceived by the cows. We conclude that, besides the provision of outdoor access, the manner in which cows are handled during these events may have significant impacts on their reactions and could facilitate future handling.
