The electro-hydraulic servo pump control system (EHSPCS) is a volume control system that uses a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with a fixed displacement pump to directly drive and control the hydraulic cylinder. The energy transmission law of the system is very complicated due to the transformation of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic energy as well as other energy fields, and qualitative analysis of the energy transfer efficiency is difficult. Energy transfer analysis of the EHSPCS under different working conditions and loads is proposed in this paper. First, the energy flow transfer mechanism was analyzed, and the mathematical and energy transfer models of the key components of the system were established to explore the energy characteristic state transition rule. Second, a power bond diagram model was built, its state equation and state matrix were deduced, and a system simulation model was built. Finally, combined with the EHSPCS experimental platform, simulation experiments were carried out on the dynamic position following and steady-state position holding conditions of the system, and the variation rules of the power of each energy characteristic state and the system energy transfer efficiency under different loads were obtained. The research results provide a foundation for the study of power matching and energy-saving mechanism of the EHSPCS.

The results of numerical and experimental research conducted in the Laboratory for Hydraulic Machinery Construction of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University are presented. The research is aimed at studying the effects of an impeller radial clearance and rim on the energy characteristic of low-pressure axial pumps of the specific speed ns≈600. It is shown that these design features of a flow duct have significant effects on stage parameters, and they have to be accounted for when verifying design and experimental characteristics of axial pumps.

The paper deals with the calculations of heat capacity of quasicrystalline decagonal Al69Co21Ni10 and icosahedral Al63Cu25Fe12 quasicrystalline phases of Al–Co–Ni and Al–Cu–Fe alloys, respectively. According to the Gruneisen law, heat capacity is an energy characteristic, which reflects the phases’ resistance to failure. For calculations of the heat capacity, structure of quasicrystalline phases is considered in the model representation of anisotropic crystals. As a result, it is found that the heat capacity of quasicrystalline phases at high temperatures is the excessive one, i.e. it exceeds the Dulong-Petit value. Therefore, quasicrystalline phases at high temperatures are more stable, than the crystalline phase. For the decagonal quasicrystalline phase, heat capacity is more than 3R in the temperature range of ~480–1500 К, and for the icosahedral quasicrystalline phase – in the temperature range of ~380–1120 К. It follows that decagonal phases remain stable at high temperatures at which the icosahedral phases are destroyed.

Relevance and methods. A food security is determined energy value of food (calorie) . Being a energy characteristic of food, calorie is determined necessaric energy reserve of lifework . Using calories as some energetic criterion fof food security let to do simplest and availiablest assessments of forecast. Assessing and comparing a price dynamics of animal and plant calories may use for modeling a mechanism of food security. Purpose of research - analysis of price of food calories in Russia.Results. Based a energy methods and Rosstat data caloric value of food produced and consumed iwas calculated for period 1990-2017 years of the Russian Federation . A food safety criterion is proposed. Showed double reserve of caloric for consumation of Russian population. Rubles caloric value equivalent was proposed, price calculations and analysis of price dynamics by type of food are carried out.
