Antigen detection provides particularly valuable information for medical diagnoses; however, the current detection methods are less sensitive and accurate than nucleic acid analysis. The combination of CRISPR/Cas12a and aptamers provides a new detection paradigm, but sensitive sensing and stable amplification in antigen detection remain challenging. Here, we present a PCR-free multiple trigger dsDNA tandem-based signal amplification strategy and a de novo designed dual aptamer synergistic sensing strategy. Integration of these two strategies endowed the CRISPR/Cas12a and aptamer-based method with ultra-sensitive, fast, and stable antigen detection. In a demonstration of this method, the limit of detection was at the single virus level (0.17 fM, approximately two copies/μL) in SARS-CoV-2 antigen nucleocapsid protein analysis of saliva or serum samples. The entire procedure required only 20 minutes. Given our system's simplicity and modular setup, we believe that it could be adapted reasonably easily for general applications in CRISPR/Cas12a-aptamer-based detection.

AbstractThis research focuses on exploring the marketing and supply chain integration strategy at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Holding Company. The status of the state-owned enterprise (SOE) cement industry has dominated the cement market share in Indonesia after the holding strategy, but the data shows that the market share of Semen Indonesia sales has continued to decline. Another problem is that the accumulated cost of revenue has increased sharply, especially since the income growth is not significant, so that gross income has decreased. This research presents integration activities that occur at the corporate and functional level in the marketing and supply chain directorates. The case study method is used in this research to track the integration of marketing and supply chains as an effort to improve the company's sales performance. Data was collected through in-depth interviews in the Marketing Research & Analysis section of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and secondary data in the form of company annual reports. The results of this study indicate that PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk integrates marketing and its supply chain through a strategy of unifying the two functions in one directorate. The marketing and supply chain functions at each Operating holding have been revoked, all of them directly managed by the Holding Company. The supply chain is centrally integrated in the form of transportation, distribution and procurement functions. In the marketing aspect, the Holding Company integrates the marketing planning and marketing control and marketing functions as well as the sales function. This research is an approach to connect creativity and multicultural experiences (MCEs): we give insights into how and what type of MCE influences people’s perceptive abilities such as creativity. We offer one of the first empirical examinations that links the perception of creativity concept to strategy of acculturation. This study addresses an often-mentioned research gap by examining laypersons’ ability to perceive different levels of creativity. For this, a sample of 195 participants from 26 countries with and without MCE was researched. Findings indicate that attitudes as well as personal and professional goals apparently influence people’s creativity perception. The acculturation strategy integration seems to be a determining factor in this respect. As MCE has become a firm part of many people’s CV, the present paper adds to an omnipresent phenomenon in today’s society, which is worth studying.

In the printing business, brokers are experiencing fierce competition. Many problems always face by the broker because in the production, brokers do not use their own resources, but integrate with service providers. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the relation of the attributes of flexibility, dependence, relationship quality and integration strategies toward the printing brokers performance. The research is done to the 133 respondents, which all of them are printing brokers who do production in the Semarang area. Methods of data collection by using questionnaires. The method of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 20 software. The results showed that the flexibility and relationships quality had a positive effect on strategy integration. While the dependence does not affect the strategy integration. And the strategy integration variables have a positive effect on the broker performance.

The influence of liquidity risks on the sustainable development of a company is analyzed in the article. Herewith, the stages of financial strategy integration and sustainable development strategy are singled out. The first stage presupposes the maintenance of current financial sustainability. The second stage concerns long term financial sustainability. At the third stage we propose to consider the category of financial sustainability in the context of sustainable development in the process of value creation of the business. In doing so, we suggest considering the maintenance of financial sustainability as a complex notion in accordance with the demands of the main stakeholders including the satisfaction of the business owners. On each stage of the financial strategy integration we single out certain liquidity risks. In doing so, we describe the interconnection between the liquidity risks and the sustainable development of an economic entity with help of the category of financial sustainability. We suggest an analytical instrument which enables us to analyse the influence of liquidity risks on the sustainable development of an economic entity on each stage of financial strategy and sustainable development strategy integration. The methods suggested in the article are based on quality and quantity estimates. When working out the analytical instrument we took into consideration the fact that the appearance of liquidity risks is explained by investments in sustainable development of a commercial organization as well as by neglect of investments in different types of sustainability. The quality method was worked out on the basis of the criteria of sustainable development in accordance with the GOST (All-Union State Standard) ISO 26000–2012 and GRI. The analysis methods we suggest to measure the influence of liquidity risks on the sustainable development of a commercial organization are complementary to the existent methods of estimating and managing risks, known as the ERM methodology. Moreover, the methods we suggest in the article follow the concept of the ERM methodology, which is based on the assumption that risks do not only constitute a threat to the continuity of economic activity but also to the opportunity of further development with effective risk management. The analytical instrument in question is presented in an aggregative form therefore can be used by outside users of financial reports.
