Introduction. Fractures of the distal radius epiphysis are the most common fractures of the upper limb, present both in the general population active following major trauma and in the elderly population in minimal trauma due to osteoporosis. Among the adjuvant therapies for orthopedic treatment of distal radius epiphyseal fracture we can list Super Inductive System (SIS), a therapy based on the interaction between the electric field and the human body with the improvement of the healing process by acting on the pathophysiological stages of bone callus. Material and method. A clinical case study was performed on a 28-year-old patient, hospitalized and treated in the neurosurgery department of the Constanta County and Emergency Hospital for a polytrauma by road accident (passenger) with amyelotic cervical vertebral trauma, thoracic trauma and trauma to the right upper limb, subsequently performing 12 SIS therapy sessions at the Balneal and Rehabilitation Sanatorium of Techirghiol. CT examination of the cervical spine reveals fractures of C4 vertebra (the blade and pedicle) and C5 vertebra (vertebral body, lamina and pedicle). Right forearm radiography reveals fracture of the right radial styloid. After conservative treatment of the cervical injury and orthopedic treatment of the upper limb injury, the clinical evolution is favorable, allowing the patient to be discharged and allowed to do 12 sessions of SIS therapy, 3 times a week, within 4 weeks. The subsequent clinical and paraclinical evolution was favorable for the outpatient orthopedic ambulatory reevaluation performed at 5 weeks. Results and discussions. Due to the type of fracture of the radial distal epiphysis (linear fracture without displacement), absence of comorbidities and young age, led to the indication of orthopedic treatment with immobilization in the antebrachio-palmarcast, which allowed subsequent physiotherapy. Keywords: radial fracture, callus, polytrauma, cervical spine, lamina, Super Inductive System,

AbstractWe present a rigorous renormalization group scheme for lattice quantum field theories in terms of operator algebras. The renormalization group is considered as an inductive system of scaling maps between lattice field algebras. We construct scaling maps for scalar lattice fields using Daubechies’ wavelets, and show that the inductive limit of free lattice ground states exists and the limit state extends to the familiar massive continuum free field, with the continuum action of spacetime translations. In particular, lattice fields are identified with the continuum field smeared with Daubechies’ scaling functions. We compare our scaling maps with other renormalization schemes and their features, such as the momentum shell method or block-spin transformations.

Introduction This study investigates the profiles of 25 faculty members of the area of Social and Legal Sciences, from seven Spanish universities, who were selected by students with disabilities. Specifically, the aim of this paper is to understand why, despite their lack of pedagogical and disability training, they are considered to be inclusive faculty members. Objective For this purpose, we analysed the professional characteristics of these academics, their conceptions about disability, what actions they carry out to provide an inclusive response and how they consider that the current situation of university students with disabilities could be improved. Methods Semi-structured individual interviews were used to collect the data. Subsequently, a progressive analysis of the data was performed, using an inductive system of categories and codes. Results and conclusions The results show that these faculty are responsible, involved and committed to their teaching performance. Moreover, they regard reasonable adjustments as a fundamental requirement to handle the different needs of students with disabilities. This paper–which can also be useful for faculty and researchers in other areas of knowledge–comes to the conclusion that training is relevant for becoming an inclusive faculty member. Nevertheless, good will and eagerness to do one’s job properly are even more important aspects.

Currently, new and updated tools for controlling personnel as specific methods of personnel management are being used with varying degrees of success. The subject of the research is the essential aspects and content features of management relations that develop during the formation and development of controlling personnel of processing organizations. The purpose of the research is to provide theoretical justification and instrumental support for the processes of personnel controlling based on the use of the advantages of the divergent approach for the full use of the creative component of management decisions. The methodological basis of the research is the methods that reveal the logic of the presentation: General scientific – dialectics (deductive, inductive), system; private scientific – historical, matrix, comparison. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the development of provisions aimed at substantiating the conditions that contribute to the formation of divergent thinking in solving managerial control tasks of the organization with the tools of personnel controlling. In contrast to the existing functional approaches, it is recommended to apply a process-oriented approach to personnel control, which contributes to the implementation of synergy and emergence in the course of displaying the creativity of human capital to ensure the competitiveness of a developing processing organization.

This study presents findings that can pose an advancement in the development of inclusive teaching practices in the university scope. The aim of this work was to understand the methodological strategies that inclusive faculty members use in their classrooms and the difficulties that they find in the implementation of such strategies. A total of 119 faculty members from different fields of knowledge of 10 Spanish universities participated in this study. The data were gathered through semi-structured interviews and later analysed using an inductive system of categories and codes with computer software MaxQDA 12. The obtained data show the actions that these faculty members take to interact with their students, the methodologies they use to teach, the strategies they implement to promote their learning and the difficulties that hinder their inclusive practice in the classroom. This study concludes that there are faculty members who are committed to designing teaching projects based on the principles of Universal Design for Learning. They developing active methodologies in the classroom and attending to the diversity of the students through the necessary support and adjustments, from the approach of inclusive pedagogy.

In order to precisely determine the magnesium level in a titanium reduction retort by inductive methods, many interfering influences have to be considered. By using a look-up-table method, the magnesium level can be reliably identified by taking into account the interfering effects of the titanium sponge rings forming at the walls with their unknown geometrical and electrical parameters. This new method uses a combination of numerical simulations and measurements, whereby the simulation model is calibrated so that it represents the experimental setup as closely as possible. Previously, purely theoretical studies on this method were presented. Here, the practical feasibility of that method is demonstrated by performing measurements on a model experiment. The method is not limited to the production of titanium but can also be applied to other applications in metal production and processing.

Social networks have positioned themselves in today’s society as the means through which teachers interact, communicate and share knowledge. The aim of the present study was to explore the format and contents present in Twitter publications that Spanish “educational influencers” use in their interaction with their followers. This investigation presents a qualitative design with a sample of 10 Spanish influencers of the educational scope, who were selected for having over 15,000 followers and over 5,000 tweets published. A qualitative analysis based on an inductive system of categories revealed that the topics that are most frequently addressed by these influencers are the complaints, concerns and reflections of teachers in online teaching, teaching strategies, activities and learning resources.

The aim of this article is to analyze, from the academic staff’s perspective, the training needs they require to provide an inclusive education to students with disability. Academics from a Spanish university participated in this research. We used a qualitative methodology. We collected the information through semi-structured interviews and open-ended written questionnaires. We analyzed data using an inductive system of categories and codes. Three topics were addressed in the results: profile of academics according to their previous training, the importance of such training for them and the reasons for training, and the contents considered essential for training. In the conclusions section, the need for universities to design and implement training policies was addressed. In addition, the participants stated that they would be more sensitive and better prepared if they received training on disability-related issues. A clear conclusion of this study is that inclusive universities require the involvement of everyone.

The article deals with the potential of financial security, which forms the system of financial protection of vital interests of subjects of agricultural business. It is proved that under the pressure of the external environment, leverage and financial mechanism tools that trigger the potential of financial security of agriculture can change, risk manifestation and economic depression of enterprises continue or stop. The importance of forming the aggregate value of the potential of financial security in the region is due to its component, which is capable of performing actions to mobilize the real and hidden possibilities of financial resources in a limited time period, to overcome the threats to a safe environment for the functioning of subjects of agricultural business. The priority of financial support of agriculture of Ukraine according to indicators of intensity and efficiency of use of financial resources is singled out. A differentiated approach to the clustering of the k-medium method – indicators of the use of financial resources as interdependence of the factors of the formation of the aggregate magnitude of the potential of financial security of subjects of agricultural business of Ukraine was used. With the help of inductive system analysis, a model of a stable level of potential of financial security capacity based on net profit has been developed. The model is adequate, its statistical quality, significance and reliability are sufficient for forming the forecast level of potential of financial security of subjects of agricultural business of the region. The developed methodology is based on the components of the protection of financial system of economic entities in the conditions of the restrictions of the choice of alternative sources of formation and distribution of financial resources, as well as the likelihood of their use.
