The goal of this article to reveal the topic of the importance of using different content`s types for complex business promotion in social networks. The role of each of the following content `s types for the content marketing strategy formation in frame of SM marketing is analyzed. Based on this analysis we offered the model how to combine these types of content for business promotion depending on the sphere of activity and general marketing goals. Nowdays content marketing is an important tool for establishing a constant and interactive connection with a target audience for all areas of business. Due to high quality content and a clear content strategy companies create their own image for their audience. This research explore the topic of content marketing analyzing of the content`s types that companies use to communicate with social network users. All of the above content`s types were described in details from the point of view how to use them for solving certain marketing problems. Advices of combination all these content`s types for different business directions have been proposed.

The article deals with the essential features of harmonization and characteristic features of the program of harmonization of organizational and information support of crisis management of agroformations, outlines the principles and tasks of its formation, defines the stages, structure, content and features of its development and implementation, proposes a methodological approach to its evaluation. It is argued that the synthesis of targeted and systematic-dialectical approaches to the development and implementation of the program of harmonization of organizational and information support of crisis management of agroformations is appropriate and effective. The availability of such a program allows to determine the sequence of the necessary measures of agro-formation in the conditions of overcoming or prevention of crisis phenomena and to create a reliable organizational and information platform for increasing the risk protection and economic recovery of agro-formation.

In the article discusses the essence of the concept of “anti-crisis management”, describes the terms “competency” and “competence”. The main groups of key competencies that a specialist should possess are considered. The results of studies are presented, which indicate that for many citizens of both Ukraine and Poland, advanced digital technology is now an important element of functioning both in professional and in private life. The concept of “digital competency” is characterized and it is established that the new edition of the key competencies for lifelong learning - recommendation 2018/0008 (NLE) of the European Parliament and the Council (EU), like the previous one, contains digital competence. It is noted that the dissemination of new technologies among society and the full use of their capabilities is impossible without the constant build-up of digital competence, and the formation and development of digital competence among potential and working personnel provides for their approximation and adaptation to world practice. The main provisions of the Concept for the development of the digital economy and society of Ukraine for 2018-2020 are given.

The article investigates the importance and role of organizational and information aspects in managing the development of a modern enterprise, discusses various information products and their impact on organizational structure and effectiveness of development management, outlines additional opportunities and benefits and risks of using innovative information and communication technologies by modern enterprises. The expediency of using the intellectual dual model of managing the development of a modern enterprise, which should include a spectrum of interacting network systems, is justified: a system of goals and tasks, which are focused on activation of development, increase of competitive advantages and competences, increase of enterprise efficiency; a system of development scenarios that identify alternative avenues for successful achievement of objectives and implementation of activities; a system of criteria and indicators for evaluating the use of pranks, leveling threats, and the impact of various factors on performance, which will allow you to choose the optimal scenario for development management.

The article is devoted to the analysis of approaches to defining the strategy of innovative development of telecommunication enterprises. The main attention is paid to the justification of the specific conditions of operation of telecommunication companies that provide or plan to provide publicly available telecommunication services. Noteworthy is the proposed approach to the development and evaluation of a strategy for the development of innovative trends in telecommunications enterprises providing public telecommunications services in the Ukrainian market. Indicators for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the strategy for the development of innovative direction, which includes the provision of public services at a telecommunications enterprise, are determined, and the sequence of evaluation of its effectiveness is proposed. The analysis of the effectiveness of the strategy of development of innovative direction, which includes the provision of public services in a telecommunications enterprise is carried out both from an economic point of view and social orientation of the enterprise.
