The purposes of this research were to know: the difference of improvement in self-regulated learning of students that given problem-based learning with students that given  direct learning. The type of this research is a quasi-experimental research by taking samples from the existing population. The variable of this research consist of independent variable that is problem based learning model while the dependent variable isself regulated learning of student. The population of this research is all students of SMP Swasta Ar-rahman Percut and the sample of this research is grade eight with taken sample two classes (experiment and control)  with total 60 students. The instrument of this research were: scale of self-regulated learning. Data that have been collected then analyzed and performed hypothesis testing by using T-test. Based of the results analysis, it showed that: improvment  of the students’ self-regulated learning that given problem-based learning was higher than the students’ ability that given direct learning His then, suggested that problem-based learning be used as an alternative for mathematic teacher to improved students’ ability in mathematical critical thinking and self-regulated learning.

The purpose of this study is to describe and determine the learning design, learning implementation, learning evaluation, the obstacles encountered during learning also efforts to overcome these obstacles for children with dyscalculia in Elementary School 01 Limau Manis. In this research, researcher uses descriptive qualitative method. The subject in this study is mathematic teacher. In this study, researcher used observation , interview and documentation as the technique of data collection. Results obtained in this study are the design of learning mathematics which is consists of Lesson plan and syllabus in accordance with the curriculum. The implementation of mathematics learning carried out for seven hours in a week. The implementation of learning includes 3 phases namely introduction, core activity and closing activity. Learning evaluation is done after the lesson ended by a written test form. The preparation of the program teacher did not experiencing problems, but other Teacher's constraints came during the learning, namely classroom management, during the learning process there are students who pay attention and some of them are did not  pay attention. Teacher's effort to overcome these obstacles is giving more attention to their students.

The objective of this paper is to identify the subdomains of Mathematic Teacher Specialized Knowledge (MTSK) in the teaching practice in a mathematics class-session, using a qualitative perspective with observation, transcription and their respective analysis, to contribute to professional improvement of elementary school teachers. At the same time, gathering evidence from a Didactic Situation on the impact generated by an approach of first grade students with the field of fractions study, since it is a content not incorporated in the official curriculum for the first cycle of elementary school. The results of the study present the concrete possibility of potentializing specific contents of fractions in the first grades of elementary education, a transcendent aspect in the visualization of this type of content in these first grades of education.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to produce material of quadratic equations supported by quick, appealing, and easy formula for students. The Method of This research is Research and Development Procedure ( R & D) from Brog and Gall which is adopted by Sucipto that is up to the seventh stage, such as: potential problem, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product trial, and product revisions. The subject of this research is one of high school students in Bandar Lampung. The data collection was obtained from the validation of the instruments as well as trials of small group and large group products. This researchs analyzed by descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The products produced through the validation of the feasibility of the material expert validator team, the media expert, the linguist and the mathematic teacher and the language teacher obtained the criteria "Very worthy of use". furthermore on the aspects of small group and large group product trial obtained the criteria "Very easy and very interesting for students". Based on the results of assessment of responses by experts, teachers, and student responses it can be concluded that the material module of quadratic equations aided by the formula is quickly categorized very feasible, very interesting, and very easy for students. Keywords: Teaching Materials, Quadratic Equations, Quick Formulas

The purpose of this research was to know the characteristics of the developmental product of creative thinking skills rubricsin solving problem in mathematicsof the subject matter of Algebra for the 8-grade students of SMP Attaufiq Kota Jambi. This is also intended to know the eligibilityof the product, through Mathematic teacher assessment as a user and experts judgment (validation). This research and development was adopted the 4D model, that consists of four stages, i.e. define, design, develop, and disseminate. Based on the teachers assesment and experts judgement can be concluded that the developed rubrics is already valid and can to be apply for the 8-grade students on junior high school.
