Phenomenon by providing a Doctor's certificate in the criminal justice system involving a witness, a suspect, accused in corruption cases start of the examination in the Police, the Prosecutor's office, Corruption Eradication Commission, the Court, as well as in Correctional Institutions, stating that the person concerned should be treated and treated specifically and also nothing should be referred to the hospital with complete amenities, this phenomenon has been carried out since long. The utilization of a doctor's certificate is against the law in criminal cases of corruption, according to the dynamics of law enforcement in Indonesia is certainly not going to stop. If this issue continues to be adversely affects the process of law enforcement in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is normative juridical. The source of the data obtained in this research is sourced from the material library and descriptive analytics which is intended to reveal a problem or situation or event as it is so that it can uncover the actual facts. The results in this study show that Fraud and irregularities a Doctor's certificate will easily occur. There is a strong tendency among law enforcement, that a doctor's certificate is evidence that the strong, and can not be contested. In the history of law enforcement corruption in Indonesia, law enforcement has yet to cultivate the examination and make a doctor's certificate is genuine or fake and can be justified scientifically and professionally. In addition, it is also never ask for another opinion from another doctor to check the health of a person declared sick and was unable to be present in the judicial process, from the previous doctor. Keywords: A Doctor's Certificate, Criminal Justice, Corruption.

Wide-range continuous spatial variation of the film composition in lateral compositionally graded epitaxial films requires the development of high throughput measurement techniques for their local and non-destructive characterization with the highest possible spatial resolution. Here we report on the first application of the picosecond laser ultrasonics (PLU) technique for the evaluation of acoustical and optical parameters of lateral compositionally graded film, the Ba1−xSrxTiO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 1) material library. The film was not dedicatedly prepared for its opto-acousto-optic evaluation by PLU, exhibiting significant lateral variations in thickness and surface roughness. Therefore, the achieved measurements of the sound velocity and of the optical refractive index, and characterization of the surface roughness confirm the robustness of the PLU technique for thin film evaluation. We hope that the first measurements of the acoustical and optical properties of epitaxial grown Ba1−xSrxTiO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 1) by PLU technique accomplished here provide the parameters required for more extended predictive design of the phononic, photonic and phoxonic mirrors and cavities with superior properties/functionalities for novel multifunctional nanodevices.

The modernization of Islamic education continues to be encouraged by structuring the Iranian education system based on the principles of Islamic teachings, without neglecting the modern education that has developed in the pre-revolutionary government, namely balancing religious education, science and technology. The process of modernization in Iran, especially those related to the modernization of Islamic education, educational renewal strategies, and aspects of being modernized are interesting to study. As an Islamic country that has successfully carried out a modernization revolution, it has made it equal to the western world. In this study, the authors tried to obtain material through information from the mass media, literature literature, namely collecting, reading and studying sources, obtaining material (library research) in the form of books. The method of discussion in this research is: Synthesis Analysis Method, namely by means of rational and abstract logical approaches to the objective of thinking inductively and deductively as well as scientific analysis.

AbstractThe image of national costumes is the main way of presenting the digitalization of intangible cultural heritage and provides important resources for educational informatization. How to use modern information technology to efficiently retrieve images of national costumes has become a hot research topic. Due to the diverse styles and colorful colors of ethnic costumes, it is difficult to accurately describe and extract visual features. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes an image recognition model of intangible cultural heritage based on CNN and wireless network. First of all, the clothing images of ethnic settlements and ethnic museums are acquired through wireless network transmission, so as to construct an image material library of intangible cultural heritage. Secondly, the CNN algorithm is used to train and optimize the national costume image samples, extract the high-level semantic features of the national costume image and finally realize the efficient retrieval of the national costume image educational resources. This model lays a good foundation for the informatization of national costumes and contributes to the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage.

Insulation systems for the floor, roof and external walls play a prominent role in providing a thermal barrier for the building envelope. Design decisions made for the insulation material type and thickness can alleviate potential impacts on the embodied energy and improve the building thermal performance. This design problem is often addressed using a BIM-integrated optimisation approach. However, one major weakness lies in the current studies is that BIM is merely used as the source for design parameters input. This study proposes a BIM-based envelope insulation optimisation design framework using a common software Revit to find the trade-off between the total embodied energy of the insulation system and the thermal performance of the envelope by considering the material type and thickness. In addition, the framework also permits data visualisation in a BIM environment, and subsequent material library mapping together with instantiating the optimal insulation designs. The framework is tested on a case study based in Sydney, Australia. By analysing sample designs from the Pareto front, it is found that slight improvement in the thermal performance (1.3399 to 1.2112 GJ/m2) would cause the embodied energy to increase by more than 50 times.
