In this study, we report on a structural investigation of AND-1184, with the chemical name N-[3-[4-(6-fluoro-1,2-benzoxazol-3-yl)piperidin-1-yl]propyl]-3-methylbenzenesulfonamide (MBS), and its hydrochloride form (MBSHCl); AND-1184 is a potential API for the treatment of dementia. The single-crystal X-ray investigation of both forms results in monoclinic crystal systems with P21/c and C2/c symmetry for MBS and MBSHCl, respectively. This solid-state NMR study, combined with quantum-chemical calculations, allowed us to assign all 13C and most 1H signals. The MBS structure was defined as a completely rigid system without significant dynamic behaviours, whereas MBSHCl exhibited limited dynamic motion of the aromatic part of the molecule.

<div>This report will investigate the interactions regarding a cable pulley system within the nose landing gear. There is the possibility of tension drops occurring within this system. A test was done to determine the tension values within the system, this test was to isolate two possibilities that could</div><div>cause the tension drop. These two possibilities were structural deflection within the nose landing gear or the tension loss occurring within the pulley cluster. With this test it was found that there are in fact tension drops when the pulley cluster was used on a rigid system without the structural deformations of the nose landing gear. There are some discrepancies where a basic cable test was done without the pulley cluster and no tension drop was found. This would lead to an investigation to occur after this test</div><div>to determine why the tension drop happens with the cable and pulley cluster interaction. Some reasons to the tension drop within the pulley cluster would be unwinding of the cable as well as deformation occurring. There is however no definite answer for the tension drop as the observation was difficult within such a confined and small space of the pulley cluster.</div>

The report provides information on the formation of the structure of porous ceramic materials made of basalt fiber obtained by pressing with subsequent sintering. The phase composition, structure, and properties of ceramics are studied. The relationship between the structure, phase composition, and properties of the ceramic material is established.

Thermosetting systems based on epoxy resin (RE) with the dispersion of carbon nanotubes (CNT), have been extensively studied by the development of high-performance materials with interesting mechanical, thermal and electrical properties that the thermo-rigid system achieves with the addition of CNT, and thus contribute to obtain composites with excellent performance in low amounts of this filler. However, ensuring a good dispersion of these systems is not easy, as CNTs have a great tendency to cluster due to Van der Waals interactions. To assist in the dispersion of the systems, a phosphonium-based ionic liquid, tributyl (ethyl) -phosphonium diethyl phosphate, acted with a double role, as a dispersion agent and catalyst in systems hardened with MCDEA (4,4’-methylenebis (3 - chloro-2,6-diethylaniline), which is a solid compound giving the systems high viscosity, and with the addition of LI improved the dispersion of the systems, as well as the processability in the preparation of the nanocomposites.

We evaluated medication reconciliation processes of a qualitative case study at a 1000-bed public hospital. Lean tools were applied to identify factors contributing to prescribing errors and propose process improvement. Errors were attributed to the prescriber’s skills, high workload, staff shortage, poor user attitude and rigid system function. Continuous evaluation of medication reconciliation efficiency is imperative to identify and mitigate errors and increase patient safety.

This paper mainly discusses the relationship between corporate governance and dynamic business performance in semiconductor industry. Although there have been many discussions on the relationship between corporate governance and corporate performance in the past, there is no consistent conclusion. We intend to analyze and compare the corporate governance variables group, the expression of long-term performance and the differences between upstream, midstream and downstream of semiconductor industry. In addition, because the existing problems of corporate governance can not be solved by the current rigid system, we attempt to cut in from the perspective of AI and propose the effect of automatic warning.

Background. !is article is devoted to the problem of excessively rigid behavior, which the author has named “"xed forms of behavior” (FFB). !is term was suggested to me by the concepts of P. Janet (idée !xe), S. Freud (Fixierung), and D. Uznadze (!ksirovanaya ustanovka — "xed set/attitude). By FFB, the author understands a broad spectrum of behaviors of a person or a group of people, which, according to the cultural norms of a given society for persons of a certain age, gender, and status, have become inappropriate, yet are repeated in situations objectively requiring that they change; the degree of realization and acceptance of the need for this change can vary. Results. !rough literature analysis and the collection of experimental data over many years of research, in which over 1,150 persons took part — 550 healthy subjects and 600 mental patients from a broad spectrum — and on the basis of a biopsychosocionoetic model of the nature of man and his health, and a system-network approach, it has become possible to distinguish the following models to explain the nature of "xed forms of behavior: neurodynamic, energy-economic, phylogenetic, personenvironment relationship, dispositional, stressogenic, pathogenic, psychodynamic, learning (behavioral-cognitive), system (an excessively rigid system and structural relations between levels of action).
