The monitoring of water quality in the EU is described in detail and regulated by Directives of the European Commission and the Parliament, which underlines the importance of the quality of water (both potable and non-potable). Analysis of trace concentrations of contaminants in water, including metals, still presents challenges to demonstrate the quality and comparability of results. The article provides a detailed overview of the procedures that laboratories can use to assess the reliability of the results obtained by a particular measurement procedure. Emphasis is placed on three basic pillars: metrological traceability, validation and measurement uncertainty. Subsequently continuous evaluation is carried out using internal and external quality management measures. Regional aspects specific for the Czech Republic are also mentioned.

Introduction: The Life Snapshot Inventory (LSI) is a self-report instrument to measure the meaningful vital, personal, and social directions. It was created in the Functional Analytic Psychotherapy as a continuous evaluation of vital changes in areas of life (family, work, love, spirituality, sexuality, health, etc.). Objective: The aim was to validate its psychometric characteristics for the first time. Method: This study involved 530 participants (average age 33 years), in a Spanish sample. The questionnaire has been compared with the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) to obtain convergent validity. Results: The results showed a high internal consistency (α=.93) and a correlation of .61, both statistically significant. The factorial analysis showed only one factor (43.56% of variance). In addition, it was sensitive to changes due to interventions, and made it possible to differentiate those people with vital problems. Conclusion: This questionnaire could be a helpful measure for healthcare and clinical contexts.

Objectives: Given the rapid pace of globalization and the emergent geopolitical dynamics, communication has taken a new dimension. Translation is also one aspect of this. Today, world of translation has come a long way from the grammar-translation approach to machine-assisted translation and the human interface that lies somewhere between these two extremes. For Saudi Arabia, translation in academic and research fields is a relatively new entrant and, therefore, one that calls for continuous evaluation and examination in terms of quality and shortcomings. In institutions of higher education, outstanding academic and research titles and works are frequently being recommended for translation to English. However, the titles are a big casualty in this exercise as the same title(s) is/ are translated twice at College and Deanship levels, bringing about discrepancies of style, form, and content which cause ambiguity in the classification of the work. Working with forty such titles approved by the Qassim University, the study rates the translations and identifies the loopholes in the translations. Overall, it is concluded that the translations at the Deanships are almost perfect while those at the Colleges, being word for word translations, are erroneous, misleading, and poor in the target language. The study concludes with some pertinent recommendations.

The problem faced by the "Sida Maju 1" and "Tangkas Farmers" in Binangun Village is the handling of waste that is not handled properly because the maintenance process is only piled up and of course causes environmental pollution. The purpose of this activity is to utilize the business waste belonging to the group members into a renewable energy source in the form of biogas. The method used is a consultation method that begins with an approach, then is given counseling, training and coaching and finally continuous evaluation and monitoring from the program implementer. The results of this activity are (1) knowledge, attitudes and skills to become livestock in terms of utilizing bio gas dung which can be seen from the increase in the post test value compared to the pretest by 81%; (2) the biogas produced can light the stove for 7 minutes. The conclusion of this activity is the skills of farmers in utilizing waste into useful materials. Suggestions that can be submitted is to increase the population of goats owned by members so that the volume of gas produced is greater so that its utilization is more optimal.   Keywords: goat manure, bio gas

Abstract In the present investigation, the chitosan applied to the skin was evaluated. Its therapeutic benefits were studied in patients with acute and chronic skin lesions, in a public hospital in the town of Puerto Cabello- Carabobo State, Venezuela. A continuous evaluation was made taking into account the severity of the lesions, a dressing presentation material (1% D-glucosamine acetate composition) and topical gel were used. It was applied to a population of nine (9) patients to evaluate their percentage (%) of effectiveness, in several weeks, according to various medical pathologies, chitosan (gel, dressing) was also studied, compared to weeks of treatment, resolving the lesions 98.9%, in duration from 2 to 5 weeks, with 100% healing of scar tissue and 98% complete resolution, applying 60% chitosan gel and 40% chitosan in dressing.  Keywords: Chitosan, Skin Lesions, and Wounds.

Abstract. The dialogue score (DM) is a formative and shared assessment strategy for which there is little scientific evidence. Therefore, the main objective of this study was to analyze the perception of university students on the use of the DM within the flipped learning model. To do this, 144 students from the Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences carried out a work project on sports initiation models. After a process of feeback and continuous evaluation of the task over three weeks, the students shared a DS session with their teacher to grade the work. The analysis of the interviews with the Atlas.ti software reflected the positive perception of the students towards DM. Students consider that it benefits learning and improves interaction with the teacher. Likewise, they believe that DM would have worsened if instead of using qualitative traits it had been negotiated on numerical ratings.

Context: Evaluating software architectures in uncertain environments raises new challenges, which require continuous approaches. We define continuous evaluation as multiple evaluations of the software architecture that begins at the early stages of the development and is periodically and repeatedly performed throughout the lifetime of the software system. Numerous approaches have been developed for continuous evaluation; to handle dynamics and uncertainties at run-time, over the past years, these approaches are still very few, limited, and lack maturity. Objective: This review surveys efforts on architecture evaluation and provides a unified terminology and perspective on the subject. Method: We conducted a systematic literature review to identify and analyse architecture evaluation approaches for uncertainty including continuous and non-continuous, covering work published between 1990–2020. We examined each approach and provided a classification framework for this field. We present an analysis of the results and provide insights regarding open challenges. Major results and conclusions: The survey reveals that most of the existing architecture evaluation approaches typically lack an explicit linkage between design-time and run-time. Additionally, there is a general lack of systematic approaches on how continuous architecture evaluation can be realised or conducted. To remedy this lack, we present a set of necessary requirements for continuous evaluation and describe some examples.
