Public information is one of the government's efforts to provide public information regarding their performance and activities. However, even some regulations guide them, practice in public information management has not been optimal considering the information risks and threats, such as disclosing inappropriate information. For this reason, the literature study seeks to explore some efforts that can be made in information management, especially in Indonesia. This qualitative study tries to categorize and describe the management of public information in risk management and public information security in terms of technological management, process management, and human resource management. Technological management is expected to have an information system capable of providing a sense of security from threats, both malware and in building an effective system. Process management includes procedures, auditing, and a holistic approach to realizing effective public information management. Finally, human resource management emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of agents through training and leadership to act not only as a leader but also as a navigator and a translator of public information management. This study proposes a conceptual model based on those themes to minimize the effects of risks and threats on public information. Limitations and suggestions for future research are also discussed.

The management practices used by farmers in cassava crops and the relationship with the sensory quality and physicochemical characteristics of cassava roots are still incipient. The objective of this work was to evaluate the productivity, sensory quality and physicochemical properties of cassava roots at harvest times and technological management levels. The study was conducted in Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, and the management practices employed in the field experiment corresponded to low, medium and high technological levels used by farmers in southern Brazil. The cultivar “Vassourinha” was used and the roots were harvested in the sixth, the seventh, and the eighth month after planting. The productivity, the physicochemical composition of the roots (dry matter, protein, lipid, ash, total fiber, resistant starch, and total starch) were determined, and the sensory analysis of the roots was performed. Technological levels did not influence the root productivity and it increased with the delay in the harvest season. There was an increase in protein at the high technological level and the highest content of starch was found in the roots harvested in the seventh month. Sensory acceptance of the roots showed greater acceptability in the sixth and seventh months after planting, with roots of a high technological level being preferred. Based on the results, the influence of management practices in the nutritional composition of the roots represents an important aspect for assessing the potential of the roots to be consumed or used in industrial processes.

It is increasingly common for companies to use artificial intelligence mechanisms to manage work. This study examines the health hazards caused by these new forms of technological management. Occupational risks can be reduced if they are taken into account when programming an algorithm. This study confirms the need for algorithms to be correctly programmed, taking account of these occupational risks. In the same way as supervisors have to be trained in risk prevention to be able to perform their work, the algorithm must be programmed to weigh up the occupational risks – and when such features do not exist, steps must be taken to prevent the algorithm being used to direct workers. The algorithm must assess all (known) factors posing a risk to workers’ health and safety. It therefore seems necessary to incorporate a mandatory risk assessment performed by specialists in the programming of algorithms so that all ascertained risks can be taken into account.

The second part of the book begins with chapter 4, which explores the key events of 1927–1928, in which the motion picture industry began to bring together companies and workers from the East and West around strategic technological shifts. While the shift to sound was in process, it was not sound but lights and film stock that served as the vehicles for these early collaborative endeavors. With the formation of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) in 1927, the studios united behind a single organization designed to standardize both labor and technology practices across all the major producers. In order to gain the cooperation and favor of the studio technicians, AMPAS focused many of its early activities on collaborative technical projects. In the spring of 1928, the Mazda tests united the studio technicians, manufacturers, independent labs, and trade organizations to standardize lighting and film stock technology across the industry. This first “scientific endeavor” of Hollywood, followed immediately by the first Society of Motion Picture Engineers (SMPE) convention in the area, created a model for the institutionalization of technological management and innovation in the industry.

Background: The importance of science related to Big Data was a need in overcoming the performance problems of health professionals to overcome disease healing for clients in the hospital. The understanding mechanism of Big Data in nursing will certainly positively impact the client's recovery process during treatment in the hospital. Purpose: This study aims to find out how the Big Data mechanism can be applied in overcoming the performance of health workers in providing professional nursing care to clients. Methods: This research uses quantitative methods to measure Big Data's health mechanisms' degree of understanding. To obtain the common research finding, researchers used cross?sectional analysis. Meanwhile, to get valid results during the study, the researcher uses observational analytics techniques Result: Healthcare professionals were expected to understand Big Data and knowledge mechanisms in addressing client care. This can be seen from the research results that explain that (n) p-value (≤ 0.05), which means that understanding Big Data was essential in knowing how efficiently caring the clients' health. Conclusion: Big data analysis is indispensable in health sciences at this time. Health data recorded in the database can help clients overcome health problems, especially those in the community. In addition, the work experience and ability of nurses to analyze Big Data medical records will undoubtedly have an impact on the rapid recovery of patients in hospitals.

In the article, the authors present a look at the internal changes in the Russian banking sector at the time of radical changes both in the economy and in the industry. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the sixth technological mode bring changes in the settlement and payment technologies, and therefore in the technological management of the banking organization.
