Introduction. Emergency or postcoital contraception is a method of contraception that is used within 72 hours after unprotected intercourse. It is very important that adolescents consider emergency contraception with awareness. It is not a regular method of contraception. The aim of this study was to examine the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents towards the use of emergency contraception. Material and Methods. The research was a cross-sectional study that used a specially designed questionnaire for adolescents intended to assess their knowledge about emergency contraception methods. The study included an intentional sample of 108 students attending the Medical High School ?Dr. Misa Pantic? in Valjevo. Participation in the study was voluntary and anonymous. Results. The largest number of students was informed about the indications for emergency contraception (80%, c2 = 0.004); the respondents agreed that emergency contraception is not a regular method of contraception and should be used in cases of sexual abuse (c2 = 0.019). Most of the respondents believe that they need additional education (N = 95, c2 = 0.032) regarding emergency contraception methods. Conclusion. The analysis of the results showed that the adolescents who participated in the study need additional education about the methods of emergency contraception. It is necessary to improve the strategies of health education of adolescents on this topic.

Teachers have to support flunked English majors emotionally, academically and use creative methods to improve their academic performance. The present research examined the effect of self-efficacy and outcomes expectancy on improving the performance of flunking English majors at Shaqra’ University. The instruments required for the research were a follow-up interview, pre-posttests and a questionnaire of self-efficacy and outcomes expectancy. The sample size was thirty of flunking English major students. The research compared eight techniques to enhance self-efficacy and outcomes expectancy to regular method. To test the hypotheses, data were collected and statistically analyzed. The results showed that there was no significance difference between the control group and experimental related to regular method in the pre-tests, whereas there was a difference in the post-tests in favor of the experimental group attributed to the treatment. The findings of the questionnaire proved that students' perception of self-efficacy and outcome expectancy were crucial to enhance students' academic performance. The research suggested further investigations to examine the effect of self-efficacy and outcome expectancy on enhancing language oral and written skills.

Spoken language is the most regular method of correspondence in this day and age. Endeavours to create language recognizable proof frameworks for Indian dialects have been very restricted because of the issue of speaker accessibility and language readability. However, the necessity of SLID is expanding for common and safeguard applications day by day. Feature extraction is a basic and important procedure performed in LID. A sound example is changed over into a spectrogram visual portrayal which describes a range of frequencies in regard with time. Three such spectrogram visuals were generated namely Log Spectrogram, Gammatonegram and IIR-CQT Spectrogram for audio samples from the standardized IIIT-H Indic Speech Database. These visual representations depict language specific details and the nature of each language. These spectrograms images were then used as an input to the CNN. Classification accuracy of 98.86% was obtained using the proposed methodology.

In this paper, we discuss some properties of of G-hull, G-kernel and G-connectedness, and extend some results of [28]. In particular, we prove that the G-connectedness are preserved by countable product. Moreover, we introduce the concept of G-topological group, and prove that a G-topological group is a G-topology under the assumption of the regular method preserving the subsequence.

In spite of the widespread use of the chemical reduction method to obtain silver nanoparticles, the nanoparticle yield is often low due to a required addition of small volumes of diluted metal ions to a solution containing a reducer. Higher yields can be obtained following an alternative method, in which the reducer is added to a greater volume of silver ions in the solution. In this study, protocols for both methods are detailed and compared, using characterization tools such as UV-vis spectrometry, dynamic light scattering (DLS), and zeta potential measurements. By using this alternative method, the amount of silver in the solution is three times greater, and nanoparticles with a narrower size distribution are formed (between 6 and 70 nm in size). In contrast, the regular method produces particles of 3 and 100 nm. Zeta potential measurements indicate that the nanoparticles synthesized with the alternative method will be more stable than those from the regular method.

Bit-plane complexity segmentation (BPCS) steganography is advantageous in its capacity and imperceptibility. The important step of BPCS steganography is how to locate noisy regions in a cover image exactly. The regular method, black-and-white border complexity, is a simple and easy way, but it is not always useful, especially for periodical patterns. Run-length irregularity and border noisiness are introduced in this paper to work out this problem. Canonical Cray coding (CGC) is also used to replace pure binary coding (PBC), because CGC makes use of characteristic of human vision system. Conjugation operation is applied to convert simple blocks into complex ones. In order to contradict BPCS steganalysis, improved BPCS steganography algorithm adopted different bit-planes with different complexity. The higher the bit-plane is, the smaller the complexity is. It is proven that the improved BPCS steganography is superior to BPCS steganography by experiment.
