This article deals with the problem of choosing the thickness of the heat-refl ecting screen behind the heating radiator, in which the conditions for the formation of condensate on the wall are not achieved. Based on the analysis of the results obtained, the maximum thickness of the screen is established, using the example of penofol, at the calculated temperature diff erence in the conditions of a cold fi ve-day period, and the heat losses and the economic eff ect of this energy-saving measure are determined already during the heating period. Calculations were carried out for a wall made of reinforced concrete, covered with plaster on the outside. This technique can be used for other cases of enclosing structures and various materials of the heat-refl ecting screen.

This article presents a brief history of the country’s heat supply system development. The types of heat supply systems are considered, their brief characteristics are given. Methods for determining the heat load for household needs (heating and hot water supply) of urban residents are presented. The study of the coolant temperature influence on the air temperature in the room was carried out. The study used an experimental-theoretical research method. As a part of the experimental study, the data of temperature measurements in one of the heating points in Tyumen were requested. Within the framework of a theoretical study, the air temperature in a living room was calculated, depending on the coolant temperature according to the schedule of the CHPP and according to the supply in the supply heat pipe. In carrying out the theoretical study, standard methods were used for carrying out thermal calculations of heat supply systems, statistical research methods, as well as standard computer programs. The need to regulate heat energy is determined and the types of regulation are considered. The analysis of the adopted temperature schedule of the CHPP was carried out and a comparison was made with the calculated temperature schedule. The solution of the equation for determining the air temperature in the room is given. The air temperature in the room depends simultaneously on two factors: the temperature of the heating medium and the temperature of the outside air. As a result of the study, the presence of a discrepancy between the temperatures of the network water supplied to consumers and the created air temperature in residential premises was determined. The intersection point of the calculated temperature schedule and the CHP schedule was determined. The necessity of observing the calculated temperature schedule of the central quality regulation has been substantiated. The necessity of heat supply at a constant flow rate of the heat carrier has also been substantiated.

AbstractIn our study of the validity of Hawking’s predicted radiation temperature of a black-hole, we found that the calculated temperature is another form of Zeldovich’s expression for the cosmological constant. We reasoned that as Zeldovich predicted the extreme value of cosmological constant thus Hawking might have also predicted an extreme temperature. However, the actual temperature might be something different. This result implies that all predictions based on Hawking’s radiation temperature might be incorrect.

Abstract The calculations results of the temperature distribution in a 3-phase transformer with modular amorphous core are presented. They were performed for two frequency values which were higher than the power system one. For the 3D field analyses the Finite Element Method (FEM) was used. The calculated temperature at the points of the core surface has been verified using an infrared camera.

The Method of Monte-Carlo calculated temperature of Berezinsky – Kosterlitz – Thouless transition in twodimensional superconductor 2nd type in the presence of an external magnetic field. It is shown that near the upper critical field filling cells with a size of ξ × ξ relation, where ξ – coherence length at a given temperature, corresponds to half. It is also shown that ТBKT decreases with increasing interaction between the vortices and antivortices and increase of the external applied magnetic field
