For the proper detection, disclosure, and investigation of extremist crimes committed through use of the Internet, it is necessary to create methods for the study of electronic documents and other information contained in systems of various types. At the same time, an important role can be played by information technologies using elements of artificial intelligence, which provide increased capabilities for investigators intellectual activities as a result of interaction with them using a legal algorithmic language. Toward this end, it is necessary to create several types of local thesauri and formalize the relationships between the concepts included therein. The features of control over the formation of detailed criminal law characteristics of crimes of the type under consideration, as well as the processing of information in electronic digital form to obtain the necessary evidence, along with their verification and evaluation, are discussed.

This work is devoted to the description of the project of updating the technology of algorithmic language application created in the USSR in the 60s of the XX century by V. F. Turchin. The language was originally intended for various logical transformations primarily of text material. In practice, the scope was wider: machine translation, optimization and compilation of programs, proof of theorems, modeling of complex electronic circuits, solving a number of problems of artificial intelligence. The language now has a sufficient number of followers, mainly in scientific circles. The objective of the described project is to create a product that allows the use of Refal in modern mass applications and to expand the range of its potential users to the entire Internet. A survey of the community of users and developers of Refal was conducted in order to get an idea of the current state of Affairs, current implementations and ways of language development. Possible means of project implementation were considered. No information was received on similar developments under way.

The article discusses the main trends in the study of programming languages in the school course of informatics. The programming languages (Basic, Pascal, C, Python, algorithmic language) that are acceptable for use at the Unified State Exam in informatics and ICT and their main features are listed. The analysis of the use of the proposed programming languages in educational and methodological kits on informatics is carried out. The program of the elective course for teaching the basics of programming in Python is proposed. It contains an explanatory note, goals and objectives of the course, thematic planning, course content, expected learning outcomes. The methodical material on the theme "Programming of branching algorithms" in Python is considered.

The relevance of the work is due to the need of the design departments involved in the design of hydraulic excavators in techniques that reduce the mass of excavators while providing the required technological capabilities. Existing methods are aimed at determining the size of working equipment on the condition of providing a given working area. The methods are based on an algorithm for calculating the boundaries of the working area for the input dimensions of the boom, stick and bucket, if the obtained boundaries do not correspond to the specified ones, then the dimen-sions of the equipment are adjusted and the calculations are repeated. The boundaries of the working zone determined by these algorithms do not take into account the power capabilities - the bucket can be at a given point, but the realized forces on the teeth do not ensure separation of the rock. The article discusses the methodology in which possible digging efforts are calculated at all points where the bucket can be located. Results. For a hydraulic excavator with working equipment “direct shov-el”, a mathematical model for calculating digging forces, an algorithm and a program in algorithmic language have been developed to determine possible forces in the elements of the working equipment.

In the work on the example of a tunnel erector, the concept of recurrent metamodeling is determined which allows engineering new designs of mining machines. In this case, the metamodel of their entire family is associated with the family of models of machine nodes. The effect of various laws of movement of the erector devices is analyzed and it is proved that its minimum time is observed under conditions of compliance with the U-shaped law. A mathematical model of the hydraulic drive of the erector devices has been developed, which allows, taking into account any options for moving the point mass, to determine the law of control of the movement of the spool of the hydraulic directional control valve (DCV) in relation to the laminar and turbulent type of liquid flow. The erector device metamodel was created using the algorithmic language MATLAB Simulink.

The article describes in detail the method of solving the most difficult task on programming from the demonstration version of the Unified State Exam on informatics 2019. In the description, the school algorithmic language is used (the KuMir system), which makes programs understandable and easily portable to any other programming language.
