AbstractThis article claims space for secondary cities in urban studies. It criticizes that scientists tend to study urban life in metropolises and, hence, do not represent urban life in its full diversity. In reality, the majority of the worlds’ urban dwellers live in secondary cities; therefore, research on urbanity should reflect this fact. The article argues against simple approaches to secondary cities, such as defining them based on a single quantitative variable like population size. It rather proposes that anthropological research has a unique potential to reveal the urban dwellers’ relational and situational perceptions of, and perspectives towards, secondary cities. The paper puts this approach into practice by examining two West African secondary cities: Kankan in Guinea and Bouaké in Côte d’Ivoire.

Aim: To evaluate the age presentation of B-cell lymphoblastic leukemia. Study design: The design of the study was cross sectional. Setting of study: PGMI, Chughtai Institute of Pathology. Duration of study: The duration of study was one year i.e., from 1st July 2019 to 31st June 2020. Methods: A sample of 56 patients were included in the study. The selection of the patients was in accordance with the criteria set in the inclusion and exclusion group of the study. All the cases presenting with B-cell lymphoblastic leukemia were analyzed based on age presentation. The quantitative variable of age was recorded in Proforma. The statistical evaluation was done using SPSS version 22. The quantitative age variable was presented as mean + standard deviation Results: The results of the study showed variation of age presentation, ranging from two years to fourteen years (2Y-14Y). The youngest patient at presentation was only 2Y of age. The mean age of presentation however was ranged at 6.28Y. The eldest presentation of B-cell lymphoblastic leukemia was 14Y. The SD value of our quantitative variable of age is 3.29. Conclusion: The rationale of the study helped us determining the peak incidence of age presentation for B-cell lymphoblastic leukemia in children. The age ranged from 2 years to 14 years, with peak at 6 years. We conclude that these results are in close association with the findings in result of the developing countries of the world Keywords: Lymphoblastic leukemia, B-cell, childhood

The objective of the present study is to analyze whether the variable Curiosity is a moderating variable between Impulsivity and Entrepreneurial Orientation. The multi-occupational sample of 883 Spanish and Colombian employees (49% men, 51% women) was obtained through non-probabilistic sampling. The data collected were processed with the SPSS 23.0 program. Statistically significant correlations were found among all the research variables except for Functional Impulsivity. Finally, empirical evidence indicates that Curiosity-D plays a moderating role between Dysfunctional Impulsivity and Entrepreneurial Orientation in the sense that Curiosity-D (understood as a quantitative variable) affects the intensity of the relationship between Dysfunctional Impulsivity (predictor variable) and Entrepreneurial Orientation (criterion variable).

Sentiment analysis is becoming an essential tool for analyzing the contents of online customer reviews. This analysis involves identifying the necessary labels to determine whether a comment is positive, negative, or neutral, and the intensity with which the customer’s sentiment is expressed. Based on this information, service companies such as airlines can design and implement a communication strategy to improve their customers’ image of the company and the service received. This study proposes a methodology to identify the significant labels that represent the customers’ sentiments, based on a quantitative variable, that is, the overall rating. The key labels were identified in the comments’ titles, which usually include the words that best define the customer experience. This database was applied to more extensive online customer reviews in order to validate that the identified tags are meaningful for assessing the sentiments expressed in them. The results show that the labels elaborated from the titles are valid for analyzing the feelings in the comments, thus, simplifying the labels to be taken into account when carrying out a sentiment analysis of customers’ online comments.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of the technique and the longevity of the results obtained through the combination of minimally invasive surgical procedure of TMJ arthrocentesis combined with a single injection of high-molecular weight sodium hyaluronate (SH). Methods: A randomised clinical trial. The experimental unit was composed of 14 patients. The factor under study was time in five levels: Baseline, T1 (1 week), T2 (30 days), T3 (90 days), and T4 (6 months). The response variables were: pain, visual analogue scale (VAS) (0-10) (quantitative variable), joint noise (presence and absence) (nominal qualitative variable), and mouth opening (mm) (quantitative variable). Results: All pain values were significantly lower when compared with the baseline values, regardless of the evaluated side (p = 0.05). For mouth opening measurements (mm), there was no significant statistical difference in mean mouth opening over time (p = 0.28). There was no significant statistical difference (p = 0.05) for joint noise. Conclusion: A single injection of high-molecular weight SH after two-needle arthrocentesis seems to be an efficient treatment option for patients with no improvement after conservative treatment.
