In a company, employee turnover is something that often happens every year and even every month. Especially large companies that have many employees and departments. However, the frequent turnover of employees sometimes causes the company got a problem in selecting new employees, this is due to several factors, one of that is the company's inadequacy in selecting new employees. So, employees who are accepted are not as expected by the company. Therefore, we need a decision support system that can assist companies in assessing each prospective new employee that will be accepted by the company. A decision support system is a technology that can be used by companies in assessing prospective new employees based on the criteria that have been provided. Later on, the company can find out which candidate is the most suitable or approaching the criteria needed by the company. By using this decision support system of course can reduce the risk of mistakes in selecting new employee candidates and is expected to help companies find suitable candidates for employees who are ready to work well. This decision support system can be designed using profile matching and electre methods. Profile matching is used as the initial stage of selecting new employee candidates, then after getting the basic value of each candidate, the system finalizes the scores and ranks employees starting from the best using the Electre method.

Higher Education is a level of education after High School which selects new students based on achievement, report cards, and tests. Admission selection was based on report cards. Number of indicators and who register make it difficult for determine which students are accepted in education. Multi criteria Group Decision Making (MCGDM) is decision-making method to determine best alternative from a number of alternatives based on certain criteria. In this study, MCGDM used is Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Elimination and Choice Expression Reality (ELECTRE). ANP model is a development of AHP and requires linkages between criteria using a network. ELECTRE is method based concept of ranking through pairwise comparisons between alternatives on the appropriate criteria. Contribution is integration ANP and ELECTRE methods based on group, by determining decisions based on consistency ratio. The results of testing level consistency ratio, group-based ANP-ELECTRE can be applied to assessment selection at Electrical Engineering with highest accuracy of 86.36%.

This study aims to select the best suppliers based on Fuzzy-AHP and ELECTRE methods in multinational automotive companies in Indonesia. Fuzzy AHP method is used to determine the weight of criteria and sub-criteria in reducing uncertainty and unclear information. Meanwhile, the ELECTRE method is used to rank alternative suppliers. Both methods are used to reduce subjective decisions and improve the accuracy of selected suppliers. After applying Fuzzy AHP and ELECTRE methods, the supplier chosen for the steel fuel tank is S1, for side beam impact is S2, wheel disc is S2, Seat is S1, door trim is S2, lamp is S3, headlining is S3, insulator is S1 and hose is S3.Keywords: JIT, supplier performance, Fuzzy-AHP, ELECTRE

Arena of Valor (AOV) is a mobile game published by Garena in Indonesia. There will be 5 players in each team, selecting a hero to play in the game. By selecting the strongest hero each role can help facilitate team to strategize the composition of heroes that will be used to achieve victory. Weighting each criteria and selecting the strongest hero also become a consideration to control the game to be stable and balanced by the developer. The alternatives are all hero from each role (Tank, Warrior, Assassin, Mage, Archer and Support), while the criterias are skill effect points, maximum HP (Health Points), physical attack, physical defense, movement speed and HP recovery every 5 seconds. In this study, the writer uses WP and ELECTRE methods to select the strongest hero with Entropy weighting method. This study produce a Matlab GUI that can be used to facilitate computational selection. The results show that the strongest hero in AOV are Grakk (Tank), Astrid (Warrior), Ormarr (Warrior), Murad (Warrior/Assassin), Lauriel (Mage/Assassin), The Joker (Archer) and Alice (Support). While the criteria with the highest weighting is the skill. Keywords: AOV, Garena Indonesia, WP, ELECTRE, Entropy, GUI Matlab
