Entrepreneurship can be a solution to the dilemma: “Labour is a form of education, a way of ensuring existence, gaining autonomy, a physical and mental training, a way of oppression, a form of occupational therapy, all together or …none of the variants listed?” Depending on the reference field and the perspectives offered by different specializations, work is defined as a physical or intellectual action, which develop material and emotional satisfactions. Especially in closed environments, it is practiced as a form of occupational therapy (ergotherapy), because it ensures a sense of usefulness, helping to maintain somato-psycho-emotional health. The schoolmasters highlight the formative values of work for students: evaluate the native skills and abilities, lead to the discovery of new unknown interests and talents, support the student in his perfection by inoculating the ideas of responsibility, order, discipline, etc. Before 1989, in detention environment labour was mandatory, but now, labour is an optional right. The two perspectives are diametrically opposed, and the issue was addressed only from the perspective of reduced job supply, both during detention and after release. There are few publications with strict reference to this topic. In general, the social reintegration of post-execution prisoners is addressed. At this moment, the main problem highlighted is integration/reintegration on the labour market, as the main facilitating step of maintaining the accumulations during the detention period and a primary factor for avoiding the recurrence. However, those who have served a custodial sentence do not have a "ticket" to the labour market. To be known and solved, the situation should be addressed continuously: prevention before detention, education/re-education/training / retraining during detention and placement on the labor market / retraining immediately after release.

Subject. The article deals with the revision of targets in the economic analysis, enabling timely identification of factors of value creation, and considering the influence of the interests of stakeholders. Objectives. The purpose is to identify targets of economic analysis in connection with changes in information requests of stakeholders and requirements for corporate reporting, concerning the disclosure of opportunities for sustainable development in the context of challenges. Methods. We performed a content analysis of changes in information requests of stakeholders and requirements for the composition and content of types of corporate reporting. The study employs methods of systems, comparative, structural, and logical analysis. Results. The demonstration of excellence by management and investors in understanding the values and the best ways to achieve goals creates threats, and, by definition, is a challenge that should be reflected in integrated reporting. The system of indicators and methods of analysis should be aimed at identifying conflicts and take into account the interests of stakeholders, which will ensure the balance of resources used in creating value. Conclusions. The determinant of the development of corporate reporting is integration, in which a significant amount of information should contain estimated parameters of economic, social and environmental problems and threats specific to major challenges. It will ensure the most effective interaction of stakeholders in managing corporate risks associated with all types of capital. Such disclosure will lead to a synergistic effect in making strategic decisions on sustainable development.

In today’s era Big data classification is a very crucial and equally widely arise issue is many applications. Not only engineering applications but also in social, agricultural, banking, educational and many more applications are there in science and engineering where accurate big data classification is required. We proposed a very novel and efficient methodology for big data classification using Deep stack encoder and Rider chaotic biogeography algorithms. Our proposed algorithms are the combinations of two algorithms. First one is Rider Optimization algorithm and second one is chaotic biogeography-based optimization algorithm. So, we named it as RCBO which is integration is ROA and CBBO. Our proposed system also uses the Deep stack auto encoder for the purpose of training the system which actually produced the accurate classification. The Apache spark platform is used initial distribution of the data from master node to slave nodes. Our proposed system is tested and executed on the UCI Machine learning data set which gives the excellent results while comparing with other algorithms such as KNN classification, Extreme Learning Machine Random Forest algorithms.

XXX is one of the pioneers and market leaders of building materials companies in Indonesia. Looking at the performance over the last five years PT. XXX is experiencing a decline in production capacity, although judging from the market share its products are still quite attractive to customers. This means that PT. XXX failed to grow its business even in an effort to maintain it, while the building materials industry continued to grow. The problem is how this can happen and what steps a company must take to return its business conditions for the better. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of the strategic aspects of the company with the SPACE Matrix Model and its dimensions including; financial strength, competitive advantage, industrial-strength, and environmental stability. By calculating the average value of each aspect, then the result is used to determine the position of PT. XXX in the SPACE Matrix. Based on the results of the study, the strategic position of PT. XXX is in the Competitive Quadrant. Therefore, the recommended strategy is integration strategy, intensive strategy, or collaboration (joint venture). By using the recommended strategy, it is hoped that PT.XXX will be able to restore its business viability and return to being the market leader in building materials products.

We asked authors of this Special Issue to answer four questions: 1) Is there evidence thatpersonality and psychopathology can be integrated?, 2) Is integration important?, 3) Can they be distinguished?, and 4) How can the difference be measured?. Authors uniformly agreed that personality and psychopathology can be integrated within a common structure and that this is important. The third and fourth questions were more challenging. While authors generally agreed that there is a distinction between the person and the person’s mental health problems, articulations of that distinction were fuzzy and it is clear that current methods are not sufficiently capable of delineating these domains. We summarize the issue by offering four directions for future research: 1) develop measurement tools that distinguish between the person, the context, and their transaction, 2) measure behavior and context at multiple timescales, 3) use multimethod data to tap different levels of behavior, and 4) examine person-specific processes. Each of these directions comes with considerable challenges, but the payoff of solving them will be a more principled, evidence-based, and clinically-useful model for the distinction between personality and psychopathology.

The term „special educational abilities“ refers to children whose educational needs arise from disabilities, dysfunctions or learning difficulties. In addition to the classical methods of training and education, they also need specially oriented methods for educational impact and training, corresponding to the needs for the formation, recovery and improvement of impaired functions. Children with special educational needs need daily relationships and contacts with normal children. In this way, children with learning difficulties are provided with an environment to achieve the main goal - the formation of their socially adaptive behavior. At the heart of this approach is integration. The integration process must be bilateral. On the one hand, to include work on the socialization of children with disabilities in their usual environment, and on the other - to change the attitude of the environment, respectively the attitudes of people towards them. School integration implies enriching the environment for children with SEN, applying a system of measures to provide them with the necessary educational services in the general education system, to meet their needs, desires, interests and aspirations in such a way as to achieve the greatest possible their effective education and development.

This paper explores how people are constructed into groups, and how these constructions are reinforced by the ideology of multiculturalism in Canada. I am primarily concerned with the metaphorical use of the border concept in the context of Multicultural Canada, and if and how the current ideology of multiculturalism reifies cultural distinctions and, in complex ways, contributes to divisiveness and disunity within Canada. The goal of Canada's Multicultural policy is integration via acceptance of difference. Yet, the principle or logic underlying the policy rests on the premise that cultural variation is discontinuous. Thus, Canadian multiculturalism's undue emphasis on cultural differences means that such differences, whether superficial or substantive, are abstracted into meaningful difference through the metaphorical extension of border concepts. As such, multiculturalism has left unchanged the structural organization of power in the cultural and political landscape of Canada.
