Gaya kepemimpinan saat ini dibutuhkan untuk setiap organisasi yang ingin mencapai tujuan dan bias meningkatkan kinerja organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengarug gaya kepemimpinan dan kepribadian terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel 35 responden dengen menggunakan koesioner. Hasil penelitian responden menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja dan kepribadian juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dengan demikian kedua variable tersebut sama sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap impulse buying melalui emosi positif pada konsumen minimarket Pamong Siswo di Wonosobo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen minimarket Pamong Siswo di Wonosobo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 105 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner offline dan online yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).             Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Store Atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying, (2) Store Atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying, (3) Emosi Positif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying, (4) Store Atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying melalui Emosi Positif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien mediasi Emosi Positif sebesar 0,459 lebih besar dari pengaruh langsung sebesar 0,366 sehingga variabel Emosi Positif terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh Store Atmosphere terhadap Impulse Buying.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to identify a SWOT analysis and formulate a business strategy using the IFE and EFE matrix, as well as the Grand Strategy matrix at the Café and Angkringan Nu Laharjo Mojokerto. The benefits of the research are identified SWOT analysis and strategy formulation can be used as a measure in future business planning. The research used is qualitative research, while the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, namely  describing the data collected using SWOT analysis, IFE and EFE matrix, and the Grand Strategy matrix. The results show that the SWOT analysis is identified, the IFE and EFE matrices have a positive total score, and the Grand Strategy matrix shows that Nu Laharjo Café and Angkringan are in a strategic and good position.   Keywords : Strategy Formulation, SWOT Analysis, IFE and EFE Matrix, Grand Strategy Matrix

The Small and Medium Enterprises is plays an active role in efforts to rapidly increase business operations. The effort he does is to use technological devices to simplify the operational process in finance. This study aims to compare manual calculations with existing technology. The use of technology has a speed of completing financial statements and income statements of only 20 minutes, with an internet credit quota of IDR. 35,000 per three months. Meanwhile, manual counting use requires a stationery fee of IDR. 75,000 per three months at a reporting rate of 3 hours.

Organizational effectiveness is an issue that is being considered by many organizations, organizational effectiveness can be a reference for whether the organization has succeeded in achieving its planned goals or objectives. Several factors affect the effectiveness of the organization, one of which is the motivational factors of the members of the organization. According to research from K.P. Singh (2017) the dominant motivational factors for organizational effectiveness are:   recognition and empowerment. This study was conducted on medical representative employees who are the spearhead of pharmaceutical companies. It is known that medical representatives have a significant role in the company, so the company is expected to pay attention to the factors that affect employee motivation so that employee effectiveness is formed. This study includes a quantitative method of explanatory research using a questionnaire questionnaire to medical representative employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the motivational factors, namely   recognition and empowerment, have a dominant influence on organizational effectiveness and partially or jointly have a significant effect on organizational effectiveness.

Marketing strategy is very important for a company, both small and large companies, especially when they want to develop the company and increase the number of consumers, as well as companies owned by PP. Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto, there are many businesses owned by PP. Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto includes the Meriah Kitchen Restaurant, M2M ,. Agri Bisnis, Rijan Mart, Franchese, Grilled Chicken Wong Solo, Shake Noodle Mang Uci Bandung, Quick Chicken, Organic Vegetable Mayur, Giant Super Market, Hero Super Market, Chicken Slaughterhouse, Rijan Mineral Water. Marketing strategy theories of many kinds, including: segmentation, Determining Target Markets, and Determining Market Position, marketing mix includes product creation, pricing, promotion, distribution, participants, processes and the physical environment. All of these strategies are theories of marketing strategies that are widely used by many companies. The research method used is a qualitative method which includes data sources both primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, documentation, data analysis techniques namely editing and organizing, checking the validity of the data, and the research stage. All of this researchers use to find research results. Furthermore, the data contains an overview of the object of research and data obtained from interviews and other documents related to marketing, then a discussion contains the strategic strategies used to market the product and the constraints and solutions. Perkembangan teknologi kini berkembang semakin signifikan khususnya pada sektor perdagangan. Di Indonesia e-commerce telah berkembang sangat pesat, bahkan secara beberapa tahun belakangan ini e-commece telah mengalahkan pasar tradisional. Hal ini mempengaruhi proses pembayaran pada pengguna e-commerce. Semakin berkermbang pesatnya e-commerce tersebut menuntut optimalisasi digital payment sebagai solusi pembayaran yang baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah solusi pembayaran dengan optimalisasi digital payment bisa diterima oleh pelanggan dan menguntungkan juga untuk pihak penjual, khususnya pada UMKM Roti Kasur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana proses dilaksanakan dengan pengamatan, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Penelitian ini melibatkan 20 konsumen yang melakukan traksaksi pembayaran pada UMKM roti kasur dan 3 pemilik UMKM Roti Kasur serta karyawan yang membantu proses produksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi digital payment mampu memberikan kemudahan pembayaran bagi pihak pelanggan dan kemudahaan pembukuan transaksi bagi penjual meskipun ada biaya tambahan beban admin yang harus ditanggung oleh penjual.

In this situation, especially during the covid'19 pandemic, many companies inevitably have to make an overhaul of the management within the company itself as well as in the overhaul of product promotion strategies used by companies that are considered less effective to use during the increasingly severe covid'19 pandemic. This research is a research entitled Product Promotion Strategy Through Digital Marketing for MSMEs Affected by the Covid'19 Pandemic. The purpose of this research is to give an overview of the form of promotion carried out by companies during the covid'19 pandemic that cannot be predicted to end the covid'19 pandemic. This research is descriptive qualitative research that is using literature or focused literature studies to explain the results of research obtained by researchers. The result of this research is to provide an overview of the relationship of promotion through digital marketing with consumer decisions during the covid'19 pandemic.

Nowadays competitive business environment makes companies maximize employee performance with high working standards. It's become worse when the pressure's going to make the employee work role conflicts triggered only between work and family life (work-family conflict). This must be watched out for because it can cause , work exhaustion (and lead the desire to move (turnover intention). This research aimed to discuss whether there is an influence between work overload and work-family conflict on turnover intention and mediated by work exhaustion on the production of employees at PT. APM . Mechanical sampling for this research using proportionate stratified random sampling with a sample of 119 respondents. Statistical analysis method was used AMOS. The results indicated that work-family conflict has positif significant affect on work exhasution work-family conflict has positif significant affects on turnover intention.

Progress mundur dan masih banyaknya indikator MDGs Kabupaten Gresik yang belum mencapai target salah satu sebabnya adalah minimnya layanan dan fasilitas yang tersedia khususnya di daerah pedesaan yang yang berada di pesisir. Dan salah satu upaya pertama  yang bisa dilakukan adalah mengenal potensi dan permasalahan masyarakat desa setempat, sehingga mengetahui layanan minimum yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini mencoba menggali permasalahan potensi yang ada di Desa di daerah Pesisir dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan apparat desa sebagai respondennya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah penghitungan IPD menggunakan IPD system  dan IPD scorecard. Dan Berdasar hasil penelitian IPD di daerah pesisir Kabupaten Gresik tepatnya di Kecamatan Ujungpangkah dan Kecamatan Panceng diketahui bahwa yang termasuk Kategori Desa Berkembang  di Kecamatan Ujung Pangkah adalah Desa Pangkah Kulon, Desa Banyu urip, Desa Bolo, Desa Pangkah Wetan, Desa Gosari, Desa Cangaan, Desa Karangrejo, Desa Tanjang awan, Desa Glatik, Desa Ketapang Lor dan Desa Ngemboh. Sedangkan Desa Sekapuk menjadi satu-satunya Desa yang Mandiri di Kecamatan Ujungpangkah. Sementara Desa Kebonagung menjadi satu-satunya Desa Tertinggal di Kecamatan Ujungpangkah. Seluruh Desa yang menjadi lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Panceng yakni Desa Panceng, Desa Sorowuti, Desa Sumurber, Desa Siwalan, Desa Petung, Desa Banyutengah, dan Desa Campurejo masuk kategori Desa Berkembang. Rata-rata variable yang kondisinya tertinggal di hampir seluruh desa di Kecamatan Ujung Pangkah adalah variable Sarana Olah Raga dan Sarana Transportasi. Sedaangkan variable yang sangat baik rata rata di seluruh desa di Kecamatan Ujung Pangkah adalah infrastruktur energy, Kesehatan masyarakat dan kualitas SDM nya. Di Kecamatan Panceng Variabel Olah raga dan Kemandirian rata-rata kondisinya di tujuh desa penelitian masih kurang baik (tertinggal), sedangkan variable pelayanan Pendidikan, pelayanan Kesehatan, infrastruktur energy, kualitas SDM, Kesehatan masyarakat dan infrastruktur air bersih dan sanitasi sudah cukup baik, khususnya kualitas SDM semua desa sudah mandiri
