INTERACTION OF THE ABRASIVE MEDIUM WITH THE TREATED SURFACE AND THE PROCESS OF METAL REMOVAL DURING VIBRATION TREATMENT IN THE PRESENCE OF A CHEMICALLY ACTIVE SOLUTION

Interaction of working medium granules with the processed surface of the part is considered. It is noted that the processing methods are characterized by the dynamic interaction of the abrasive medium with the processed surface. It is indicated that during vibration treatment there is an impact contact of the abrasive granule with the surface of the part, which leads to the formation of characteristic traces during the formation of the surface relief. The types of impact of abrasive grains of working medium granules on the surface of the processed part are identified. It is indicated that the effect of abrasive grains depends on the geometric parameters of the tops of the grains and the working contour of the granule as a whole. The alternation of the operation of abrasive grains in the connection with the nature of the motion of the granule over the surface of the part is shown. The interaction of surfaces of bodies during vibration treatment is considered. The distinctive features of the vibration treatment method from other analogs are indicated. The conditions for the formation of the surface layer of the part during vibration processing are given. The analysis of the mechanical-physicochemical model of the micro-cutting process in the presence of a chemically active solution is carried out and a comparison of the intensity of technologies for vibration treatment of steel parts is given.

Law no. 18 Year 2008 on trash management explains about the need to change the pattern of conventional trash management into trash management which is based on trash reduction and handling. The role of Bank Trash becomes important as one of the organizations that is expected to be able to carry out the task to be able to provide an active solution to the trash problem in Prabumulih City. This study aims to analyze the condition of information systems and information technology (IS / TI), in the Trash Bank environtment. Trash Bank Prabumulih City was chosen as the object of research because the existence of garbage bank becomes a very important requirement at this time. The literature review is used as a method in reviewing journals to determine the role of information systems and information technology (IS / IT) in optimizing interactions between organizations, customers and the wider community. Antibacterial activity of Some mouthwash Solutions against Staphylococcus lentus Isolated from Mouth Infections

A total of nine swab samples were collected from inflamed teeth and gingiva of human’soral cavity from a dentist clinic in Baghdad. All specimens were cultured in Mitis Salivarius agar medium and the isolated bacterial pure colonies werethen identified by using VITEK2. Three samples were diagnosed and identified as Staphylococcus lentus. One of the three isolates which showed a distinctive heavy growth on the media was selected for further analysis in this study. Paper disk diffusion method was used to detect the antibacterial activityof three of mouthwash solutions (Zak, Colgate and Listerine). The results showed that “Colgate” was the most active solution with antibacterial activity compared with the other two solutions.
