Society undergoes changes with passage of time due to internal and external factors. However, more radical nature of changes takes place due to external factors. Such changes prompt social reorganization. Kashmiri culture and society is no exception to this rule where penetration of different exogenous influence has led to the process of active assimilation, re-orientation and accommodation of over-all socio-cultural setup. In diverse societies inhabitants are differentiated on the basis of colour, caste, creed, etc. In the same way the inhabitants of the Kashmir valley are stratified and include many marginalized communities such as Watals, Dombs, Galwans, Dhobis, Hanjis, etc. These marginalized communities are assigned the lowest position in Kashmiri society only because of their profession and caste. Although the dominant religion of masses in Kashmir is Islam but actually it was only in sixteenth century that Islam replaced Hinduism in Kashmir. Islam preaches equality and universal brotherhood, and it negates distinction of its followers based on any ground. Thus with the advent of Islam in the valley it can be expected that the above mentioned distinctions would be diminished. But that is not the case. Even after adopting Islam the caste restrictions of Hinduism, which was prevalent before the inception of Islam, remained deeply rooted in the minds of Kashmiris. Those who were at the top of the hierarchy still corner all the privileges for them and the weaker sections are deprived and marginalized. This article attempts to highlight this discrimination, which is visible in Kashmir’s contemporary society as well.

Abstract This article explores the development of reformist thought and the formulation of modern identities in colonial Morocco. In seeking to move beyond conceptualizing ideas of social reorganization and cultural revival as determined by the encounter between the colonizer and the colonized, it shifts the critical focus to interactions within Moroccan colonial society itself. Specifically, it situates a project of reform in girls’ education within a local and broader debate on the effective formula for educational and pedagogic restructuring that would ensure the advance of the Muslim community. This analysis demonstrates that ideas of social change and cultural innovation in colonial Morocco were shaped by divides and disputes among Moroccans themselves as much as by the colonial state and its policy initiatives.

The relevance of the problem is the need for an artistic understanding of the issues of social reorganization of the country, and to identify the relationship between the inner world of an individual and socio-political events that influenced the artistic specificity of modernist literature. The purpose of this article is to consider the philosophical categories of alienation and loneliness and their embodiment in the literary and artistic field. The main results of the study are in understanding the formation of a new mentality, in the formation of a new personality, designed to be perceived as not only a literary phenomenon, but also as socio-political and cultural-historical one.

The article analyses Saint-Simon’s ideas about the mechanism of transition to social reorganization, which he saw as the main content of his contemporary era. Starting with the Letters of Geneva Resident to Contemporaries in the plans of the philosopher a special, exclusive place was given to Napoleon. Saint-Simon expected to strike, attract with his ideas a new star who rose on a political skyscraper. He judged from a belief in the linear, logical-defined course of history. Napoleon was present in the mind of the philosopher as a hero who overcame the negative consequences of the French Revolution, almost the only one able to comprehend easily innovative ideas concerning the transformation of society. In the initial version of Saint-Simon’s philosophy of history, he acts as a necessary element to cement the past with the future. In the time of the First Empire Saint-Simon’s admiration of Napoleon increases, along with his genius is glorified his invincibility as the greatest of people and his coming world conquest. Following this event, the theorist of socialism expects a genius to turn to the sciences and issues of reforming society in the way he predicted. He regarded the “Emperor’s Tribunal” as the highest, most authoritative instance to appeal to resolve worldview collisions. The Restoration cardinally changes the philosopher’s attitude to Napoleon's personality. His role in history for socialist’s consciousness is no longer progressive, but rather conservative. But the general principle – the search for support for his projects from the head of state – is not rejected by Saint-Simon. Now he appeals to Louis XVIII and in general to European monarchs. The bet on a peaceful way of moving to a new, fairer structure, dictated a series of attempts by the philosopher to build a dialogue with the representatives of power.

In the context of Political Ecology, this paper traces the main interpretations that have emphasized the need to rethink the relationship between nature and society in order to find new solutions to the ecological crisis. We will first consider the concept of Capitalocene as an alternative to that of Anthropocene; we will then analyze the reorganization of social relations proposed by Bookchin as well as the concretization of these principles in the democratic confederation of Rojava. The aim of this reflection is to study the social reorganization of democratic confederalism, in its anti-hierarchical, feminist, ecological and selfgoverning dimension, as a perspective in harmony with the theory of the oikeios and, therefore, as a real solution to the ecological crisis.

The digital transformation represents across the globe a new stage in the profound economic and social reorganization, that has been engaged for several decades under the effect of information technology [1]. Digital transformation (DT) is the use of digital advances to change customer relationships, internal processes, and value propositions [2]. The biggest future impact on revenue and EBIT growth can be generated through the digitization of supply chains [3]. In this context, the present paper proposes to apply digital transformation to supply chain, and especially to “order to cash” cycle, through an experimentation of the “Supply Chain Urbanization” model (SCU) [4, 5]. We will start in this paper by presenting the “order to cash” cycle according to various references; we will next emphasize Digital transformation before highlighting the “Digital transformation in “order to cash” cycle. We will after illuminate the different phases of the “Supply Chain Urbanization” model (SCU) [4, 5], and then experiment this model on supply chain digital transformation. The "Order to Cash" cycle will be the main link in the supply chain studied in our article.
