The quality of the evaluation instrument describes the quality of learning in schools. Teachers must be able to plan good evaluation instruments. The quality of the evaluation instrument can be assessed from three aspects, including the stimulus, the cognitive dimension, and the characteristics of higher thinking skills (HOTS). This study aims to analyze the teacher's science subject evaluation instrument based on the form of stimulus, cognitive dimensions, and HOTS characteristics. This research is descriptive quantitative, where the data is presented as a percentage and then described. Qualitative tests on the content of the stimulus are used to group the items into a certain stimulus form. The cognitive process dimension identification sheet was developed based on Bloom's revised taxonomy. The classification of HOTS questions uses the HOTS characteristic identification criteria. The results showed that most of the questions made by the teacher did not have a stimulus, the distribution of the cognitive process dimensions of the questions was uneven, and the questions made were not HOTS. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the teacher's evaluation instrument was poor

This research is based on the premise that entrepreneurs require and aspire to hire the best human talent existing in the territories and with it, experience a certain satisfaction with the contracts made. That is why the objective of this paper is aimed at identifying, through multivariate statistics, those variables that from the theoretical and practical order affect the management of human resources at the territorial level and its modeling through an analysis of structural equations, which allows interpreting its impact on the satisfaction of entrepreneurs. The main results evinced demonstrate in accordance with the autochthonous characteristics of the analyzed object of study, that the process is of a multifactorial nature, with a decisive influence on the Processes dimension, being also important those related to the Strategic and Environment dimensions. It can be said that entrepreneur satisfaction is a direct expression of the level of management granted to the process dimension (DProcesses). The present study addresses the nature of the relationships between the variables considered in the context of a particular territory. The results have indicated that there are relationships between the variables that ensure the management of human resources at the territorial level and the satisfaction of entrepreneurs.

Atomization is an intricate operation involving unstable and complex networks with rupture and fusion of liquid molecules. There are diverse details that typify the spray formation, which are the technique and configuration of the atomization process, dimension and structure of the nozzle, experimental parameters, etc. Ultimately, the process generates fine sprays from the bulk of a liquid. Some examples of atomization that we come across in our day-to-day life are antiperspirant or hair spray, shower head, garden sprinkler, or cologne mist. In this review paper we are briefly discussing the theoretical steps taking place in an atomization technique. The instabilities of the jet and sheet are explained to understand the underlying theory that breaks the jet or sheet into droplets. Different types of atomization processes based on the energy sources are also summarized to give an idea about the advantages and disadvantages of these techniques. We are also discussing the various biomedical applications of the electrohydrodynamic atomization and its potential to use as a drug delivery system. In short, this paper is trying to demonstrate the diverse applications of atomization to show its potency as a user friendly and cost-effective technique for various purposes.

A fake reject (FR) with unqualified operational dimension often occurs during part machining when the operational data do not coincide with the design ones. This may lead to unnecessary waste. A novel judgment and remedial measures for FR are investigated in this paper to enhance products' qualification rate. Firstly, the reasons for the FR occurrence are discussed based on the fact that the operational dimension tolerance calculated using the worst-case method of the process dimension chain calculation is too tight. Secondly, a novel judgment method of FR is proposed by calculating a new dimension chain. The operational dimension is treated as the concluding link. The actual deviations of the dimensions generated before the operational dimension generation are used to replace their upper and lower deviations. Finally, based on the error compensation relationship among the component links in the process dimension chain, a novel remedial measure of FR by compressing dimension tolerance in subsequent processing is proposed. The calculation flow of the dimension tolerance after tolerance compression is worked out. This study's results of this study are considered for instrumental in judging and processing FR in part machining.

The lack of socialization about students’ interest will have an impact on the wrong choice of cross-interest learning. Besides, the lack of teaching staff can also affect errors in the choice of cross-interest learning. This research was conducted to determine the level of effectiveness from cross-interest selection in 11th economics students at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja in the academic year 2020/2021 based on the dimensions of context, input, process, and product. This study used an evaluative research design with a quantitative approach, and a questionnaire used as the research instrument. The population of this study was 245 students of class XI SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja who received economics learning. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique in getting a sample of 176 students. Questionnaires, interviews, and documentation was used to collect the data. The questionnaire was analyzed by using Z-score and T-score descriptive tests. Then the results of the analysis were converted into a prototype Glickman quadratic. From the data analysis, the context dimension is positive (+), the input dimension is positive (+), the process dimension is positive (+), and the product dimension is positive (+).These results indicate that the evaluation of the cross-interest selection of 11th grade students on economics subject at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja in the academic year 2020/2021 is (+ + + +) located in quadrant I. So that it can be interpreted that the implementation of the cross-interest selection program is classified as very effective.

This study determined whether Seitz’s Methodological Framework could be used to evaluate the alignment between the intended and enacted school-based curricula of Araling Panlipunan 3 or Social Studies 3 in the Philippine setting. In the intended curriculum, the cognitive processes called for by the learning competencies were determined using the Delphi Method while for the enacted curriculum, data was gathered using classroom observations, teacher survey, lesson plans, and teacher interview. The results of the study showed that for the content dimension, there was 100% alignment between the intended and the enacted curricula, and for the cognitive process dimension, there was only 57.89% alignment between the intended and the enacted curricula. Through this study, the usefulness of Seitz’s Methodological Framework was examined using the following parameters: process, achievement of goal, and ease of use or practicality.
