 The occurrence of stress in the workplace is frequent and present in all areas of work. Population deaf workers are at some risk when it comes to the impact of stress in the workplace. The research aims is to determine factors that directly cause stress in the working environment deaf and hearing workers. The sample consisted of 30 deaf workers and 33 hearing workers. For the needs of the research, the measuring instrument of the International labor organizations was used (2003). Research results show that isolated stressors factors are more common in a subsample of deaf subjects. Fear of losing a job, fatigue and short deadlines, lack of support from colleagues and managers, constant change of obligations, feeling insecurities, fear of position in the firm, and communication difficulties are isolated causes of stress in deaf workers. Workflow errors are associated with a feeling of fear and insecurity, they appear due to their insufficient information due to communication difficulties.

This study aimed at defining the community participation Requirements in secondary schools from the perspectives of headmistress and teachers. Identify community participation obstacles within secondary schools from the perspectives of headmistress and teachers. Identify the statistically significance differences at (α ≤ 0.05) at community participation Requirements and constraints from the perspectives of schools' headmistress and teachers on the variables of (job, academic qualification, years of experience and volunteer work). Population of the Study is consisted of all headmistress at Al-Khormah, whose number (10) headmistresses and (140) teachers year 1434/1435 h. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study used the analytical descriptive method by applying a questionnaire consisting of (25) paragraphs in two domains. The results of the study showed that community participation Requirements in secondary schools from the perspectives of headmistress and teachers at Al-Khormah governorate was (very high). The community participation practicing obstacles in secondary schools from the perspectives of headmistress and teachers at Al-Khormah governorate was (very high) difficulty.There are no statistically significance differences at (α ≤ 0.05) at community participation Requirements and constraints from the perspectives of headmistresses and teachers in secondary schools at Al-Khormah governorate in accordance with the variables of (job, academic qualification, years of experience and volunteer work).

El artículo se centra en la Comisión más importante para la reforma del estado de bienestar italiano durante el siglo XX: la "Comisión Rava". Lleva a cabo por primera vez un estudio prosopográfico de sus miembros con el objetivo de analizar las ideas y propuestas de la reforma social, así como sus agentes. En su parte inicial, el artículo saca a la luz los antecedentes educativos de los componentes de la Comisión, destacando el papel central del conocimiento estadístico. Luego explora la composición profesional que excluye a las clases subalternas y, para después profundizar en la cultura política de los comisionados. Finalmente, el análisis en clave prosopográfica muestra el influjo de la corriente reformadora palpable en organizaciones políticas tradicionales. Es una especie de nube heterogénea, homogeneizada por el objetivo de abordar la cuestión social con reformas y, por lo tanto, evita la fractura de la sociedad.

This research about "Effect of Recruitment and Compensation against Employee Performance with Monitoring of Work as Moderating Variables at PT. Titian Abadi Lestari ". The dependent variable in this research is the employee's performance. Independent variable is the recruitment and compensation. As well moderating variables in this research is monitoring of work. Population and sample in this research is all employees or as many as 70 people. The analysis method used in this research is to test the feasibility of the data, test hypotheses and test moderating variable. Test result of Feasibility data proves the questionnaire is valid and reliable. While testing the hypothesis partially and simultaneously prove that the recruitment and compensation jointly and significant positive effect on employee performance. The test results proved that the moderating variable the monitoring of work is pure moderating because of the effect results Z to Y on the first output and the effect of the interaction Z * X1 on the second output, one of them is significant. So monitoring of work affect recruitment and compensation moderating on employee performance.
