This research about "Effect of Recruitment and Compensation against Employee Performance with Monitoring of Work as Moderating Variables at PT. Titian Abadi Lestari ". The dependent variable in this research is the employee's performance. Independent variable is the recruitment and compensation. As well moderating variables in this research is monitoring of work. Population and sample in this research is all employees or as many as 70 people. The analysis method used in this research is to test the feasibility of the data, test hypotheses and test moderating variable. Test result of Feasibility data proves the questionnaire is valid and reliable. While testing the hypothesis partially and simultaneously prove that the recruitment and compensation jointly and significant positive effect on employee performance. The test results proved that the moderating variable the monitoring of work is pure moderating because of the effect results Z to Y on the first output and the effect of the interaction Z * X1 on the second output, one of them is significant. So monitoring of work affect recruitment and compensation moderating on employee performance.

Increasing lifestyles of people in Indonesia and changing habits where bathing is no longer just using soap, but by adding fragrance and comfort when wearing it. The higher purchasing power of consumers for a product encourages companies to further improve the quality of their products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Integrated Promotion and Positioning Excellence on Purchasing Decisions in Lux Bath Soap. The population in this study are consumers in the city of Ambon who use Lux bath soap. The sample in this studywere 100 people who bought lux bath soap taken by purposive sampling. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is SPSS version 16.The results of multiple regression analysis namely Y = 0.501 X1 + 0.218 X2 The most influential independent variable on the dependent variable is the integrated Promotion variable (0.501), followed by the Positioning Excellence variable (0.218). T test results show that all independent variables, namely (integrated promotion and positioning superiority) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (purchasing decisions) where all independent variables obtain a t value greater than t table with a sig level of less than 0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained by 0.309 this means that 30.9% of purchasing decisions can be explained by integrated promotion variables and positioning excellence, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Integrated Promotion, Positioning Excellence, Purchasing Decisions

The purpose of this research are: 1) To determine the effect of incentive, dicipline, and comunication simultaneously on employee performance sewing division PT.Pelita Tomangmas Karanganyar. 2) To determine the effect of incentive, dicipline, and comunication on employee performance sewing division PT.Pelita Tomangmas Karanganyar..Data collection method used is the method of questionnaire / questionnaire to 50 employees as respondents. Sampling technique used is random sampling method convenionce sampling. Data analysis methods used include: test instrument (validity and reliability), hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f and the coefficient of determination (R2).Results Descriptive analysis showed that most respondents gender female (90%). All data from the questionnaires have passed the test instrument. For testing f test result that the value of F (46.710)> F table (2,81) with a probability of 0.000 (p <0.05). This means Fhitung in the region of Ho rejected, which means a significant difference between the independent variable (incentive, dicipline, and comunication) simultaneously on the dependent variable (employee performance). From the results of the t test result incentive have a significant positive effect on an individual basis to variable employee performance. This is evident from tcount (5.697)> t table (2.013) with a significance value <α (0.05). Variable dicipline are also significant positive effect on employee performance. This is because tcount (2.164)> t table (2.013) with a significance value <α (0.05). comication is also significant positive effect on employee performance. This is because tcount (2,551)> t table (2.013) with a significance value <α (0.05). The results of the analysis in this study was obtained R2 values of 0.753 (75.3%). This means that the independent variable (incentive, dicipline, and comunication) able to contribute 75.3% influence on the dependent variable (employee performance). While the rest of 24.7% is influenced by other variables outside of this study as a leadership, compensation, organisational culture, working environment, etc. Keywords: Incentive, dicipline, comunication, employee performance

The population in this study were employees of the Ambon branch of BPJS on health institutions. The sample in this study were 32 employees. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used was SPSS version 16. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 0.280 X1 + 0.392X2. The independent variable that most influences the dependent variable is the organizational commitment variable (0.392), and the last is the job satisfaction variable (0.280). The results of the t test show that all the independent variables (job satisfaction and organizational commitment) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (employee performance) where all the independent variables obtain a t value greater than the t table with a sig level of less than 0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained is 0.323, this means that 32.3% of employee performance can be explained by job satisfaction and organizational commitment variables, while the remaining 67.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The implication of the above conclusions is that in an effort to improve employee performance, the Ambon branch of BPJS on health institutions should increase job satisfaction for employees, namely the leadership must provide more support for employees and must mutually cooperate between employees so that their sense of job satisfaction increases and increases commitment to oneself and at the company. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)Makassar employees by using the Slovin formula, amounting to 73 employees. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, also tested for classic assumptions in the form of assumptions of Normality, Multicollinearity Assumptions, Heteroscedasticity, and Autocorrelation. The method of data analysis uses multiple regression techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, it turns out that the results of the study indicate that the first hypothesis is accepted because it shows the results of the hypothesis test that there is a significant positive effect. Means Working Conditions contributes significantly to employee performance. The second hypothesis is accepted because it shows a significant positive hypothesis test result. Means Motivation contributes significantly to employee performance.
