The relevance of the proposed research lies in the fact that at the present stage of the development of linguistics there is a lack of an empirical (analytical) base that would make it possible to subject proverbial modifications and subject them to a full-scale and comprehensive analysis. Moreover, the gender problem in the proverbial picture of any culture is a young and insufficiently studied science, and now in linguistics there is a rapid growth of research devoted to the study of the gender parameter in the language. The basic object of this study is a part of the proverbial fund of the English and Russian languages, which serves as the basis for various kinds of modifications. The purpose of this work is to analyze the ways of constructing the image of a man and a woman in Russian and English proverbs. In accordance with the goals, the following tasks were set: - study of literature on the topic and related fields of science; - to make a thematic and historical-etymological classification of the studied layer of the vocabulary of the Russian and English people; - using specific theoretical and factual materials to clarify the existing classifications of phraseological units, proverbs and sayings indicating the gender aspect.

AbstractIn this paper, we provide a formal explanation of symbolic execution in terms of a symbolic transition system and prove its correctness and completeness with respect to an operational semantics which models the execution on concrete values. We first introduce a formalmodel for a basic programming languagewith a statically fixed number of programming variables. This model is extended to a programming language with recursive procedures which are called by a call-by-value parameter mechanism. Finally, we present a more general formal framework for proving the soundness and completeness of the symbolic execution of a basic object-oriented language which features dynamically allocated variables.

The article underlines the need to pass from the traditional methods of organization, planning and control over the processes and systems of industrial fishing to the innovative methods based on new qualitative level of development of the theory of industrial fishing, which is stipulated by the problems of scientific rationale, description and forecasting the prospects and results of development of the fisheries industry at the present stage. The modern approach to organization, planning and management of fishing activities involves taking into account the multicomponent composition of factors forming the fishing systems and defining basic object of study – a fishing zone of the fishery basin. In the result of studying the Eastern-Kamchatka zone of the Far Eastern fishery basin it has been established that in the course of conducting fishing activities biological, technical and technological components interact in a complex manner including resource potential, production units (fishing fleet), and fishing technologies; the strong links between them and their properties determining the integrative qualities of the total commercial zone have been noted. The established system regularities in functioning of multi-species fishing system Fishery allowed to design its structural model and to determine a sequence of functional stages.

The period of formation of the geosystem approach in geographical researches is singled out. The fullest object in which real spatial interrelations and interfaces of various natural, natural-resource, social, infrastructural and technogenic components are reflected is the integrated geosystem allocated within certain compact territory. Spatial development also can be covered in integrated geosystems fuller as qualitative-quantitative accretion in spatial structures. Allocation of several levels of the spatial analysis, including the local one and the level of separate settlements is offered. Integrated geosystems and their combinations should become the basic object of working out of the regional programs of spatial development and territorial governance. Geoinformation, digital technologies, big databases, and supercomputers should become the effective tool of governance.

The cup is given to someone as a sign of apreciation and a gift of achievement. In general, the cup consists of the top, the middle, and the base. This research aims to obtain various forms of the design of cup that varied by merging the deformation results of solid geometry objects. This research method is divided into several stages. First, construct some basic objects as constituent components of cup from deformation of prism hexagon, tube, and cone. Second, set some basic objects of the component of cup on three types of modeling axis. Third, arrange program using software Maple 18. The results of this research obtained the procedure for designing various forms of constituent components of cup from the basic object of a prism hexagon, tube, and cone. Furthermore, the procedure for assembling the components of cup from the first procedure results on three types of modeling axis. Keywords: Cup, Defomation, Prism Hexagon, Tube, Cone

Visual object recognition is impaired when stimuli are shown upside-down. This phenomenon is known as the inversion effect, and a substantial body of evidence suggests it is much larger for faces than non-face objects. The large inversion effect for faces has been widely used as key evidence that face processing is special, and hundreds of studies have used it as a tool to investigate face-specific processes. Here we show that large inversion effects are not specific to faces. We developed two car tasks that tap basic object recognition and within-class recognition. Both car tasks generated large inversion effects (~25% on a three-choice format), which were identical to those produced by parallel face tasks. Additional analyses showed that the large car inversion effects did not vary with expertise. Our findings demonstrate that non-face object recognition can depend on processes that are highly orientation-specific, challenging a critical behavioral marker of face-specific processes.
