A model of the rearrangement of the domain structure of the Tb0.2Y2.8Fe5O12 garnet ferrite in the temperature region of the spontaneous reorientation of the easy magnetization axis is proposed, which makes it possible to consistently describe (at a qualitative level) the entire set of experimental results obtained. The latter makes it possible to make a choice in favor of the fluctuation mechanism of nucleation of domains of a new magnetic phase in the process of reorientation of the direction of the easy magnetization axis.

Until recently, the high rates of aircraft engine engineering’s development were ensured by the technological solutions improvement and the desire to approximate as much as possible the ideal thermodynamic cycle of turbojet engines. The traditional fuel for turbojet engines is an aviation kerosene – Jet-A fuel group and their regional analogies. The traditional way of aircraft engines efficiency increasing is a raising of a temperature in front of the high-pressure turbine. New alloys and technologies allow to increase the aircraft engines efficiency to a certain level. Raising the temperature in the combustion chamber by 50 degrees increases the efficiency, which leads to a 5% reduction in fuel consumption. However, this approach is technology limited and does not provide innovative solutions. The aircraft engine engineering’s development tempo in the 21st century continues to accelerate. The main driver of such processes in recent years is the tightening of economic and environmental requirements. Many aircraft manufacturers are actively looking for ways to reach a new qualitative level in terms of turbojet engines economic efficiency and meeting strict environmental requirements. The paper considers the feasibility of using new cryogenic fuels in aircraft turbojet engines, and possible ways for aircraft industry successful development.

The article is devoted to the analysis of lyrics by Flor Vasiliev (1934–1978) which is a new page in the history of Udmurt Soviet poetry. The young poet went beyond the generally accepted standards thanks to the rich literary context. This article is devoted to the study of the early lyrics of Flor Vasilyev in the aspect of the dialogue of cultures. The subject of analysis is poems written in the early 1960s. The purpose of the study is to identify and describe literary contacts with representatives of different cultures. The method of analysis is comparative studies. The result of the study is as follow: Flor Vasiliev introduces the names Remarque, Picasso, Grieg, Rembrandt into his poems to depict the general cultural atmosphere of Russia in the 1950s – 1960s, the poet follows the tradition of Russian pop lyrics. Interest in impressionism (Renoir and others) helps to hone style when portraying landscapes and the inner world of the hero. Irony begins to play a large role in the poems of early Flor Vasiliev, the poet learns in this direction from Heinrich Heine. Thus, thanks to the dialogue of cultures, there is a transition from «loud» to «quiet lyrics», humanistic traditions raise the poetry of Flor Vasiliev to a new qualitative level.

The relevance of this study is due to the practical significance of the issues of using game mechanisms in the process of teaching mathematics, the lack of research into the issues of symbiosis of game and didactic technologies in mastering complex mathematical knowledge, the need to search for effective technologies to establish how they affect the development of students and the formation of a modern style of thinking. The analysis of global trends and practices of introducing elements of gamification into the education system has shown that the mastering of complex knowledge and patterns of mathematical activity, the solution of problem areas of mathematics at different levels of learning and complexity is carried out by a complex of mathematical and information methods without the integration of game elements. It has been substantiated that gaming technologies in combination with the informatization of mathematical activity give a powerful motivational charge to the study of mathematics, actualize the processes of self-organization of cognitive activity, and contribute to the development of a probabilistic style of thinking. The purpose of the study is to provide a theoretical substantiation and effective methodological support for the process of professional development of mathematics teachers in the context of gamification in mathematics study with the effect of developing a probabilistic style of thinking. The authors have developed an arrangement mechanism and determined the content of scientific and methodological support for teachers working in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to provide additional educational services in the context of gamification in education. The developed materials, in particular, include evaluative case tests for identifying competence deficiencies in teachers, which ensure the formation of a probabilistic style of thinking based on gamification processes by managing the information saturation of the motivational field of learning. In addition, the authors proposed an additional professional education program for teachers, Mathematics in Gaming Activities (Business, Didactic and Intellectual Games) , and developed new forms of certification and assessment materials (gamification-based didactic solutions and effective practices). Using the concept of gamification, it was possible to demonstrate the activation of cognitive and motivational structures, in particular, the effective development of a probabilistic style of thinking in the process of mastering complex mathematical knowledge through its adaptation to school mathematics. The results of the study allow making it possible to bring the process of teaching students and developing their personalities to a modern qualitative level using current achievements in the field of digitalized education.

Electroencephalogram (EEG) modeling in brain-computer interface (BCI) provides a theoretical foundation for its development. However, limited by the lack of guidelines in model parameter selection and the inability to obtain personal tissue information in practice, EEG modeling in BCI is mainly focused on the theoretical qualitative level which shows a gap between the theory and its application. Based on such problems, this work combined the surface EEG simulation with a converter based on the generative adversarial network (GAN), to establish the connection from simulated EEG to its application in BCI classification. For the scalp EEGs modeling, a mathematical model was built according to the physics of surface EEG, which consisted of the parallel 3-population neural mass model, the equivalent dipole, and the forward computation. For application, a converter based on the conditional GAN was designed, to transfer the simulated theoretical-only EEG to its practical version, in the lack of individual bio-information. To verify the feasibility, based on the latest microexpression-assisted BCI paradigm proposed by our group, the converted simulated EEGs were used in the training of BCI classifiers. The results indicated that, compared with training with insufficient real data, by adding the simulated EEGs, the overall performance showed a significant improvement (P = 0.04 < 0.05), and the test performance can be improved by 2.17% ± 4.23, in which the largest increase was up to 12.60% ± 1.81. Through this work, the link from theoretical EEG simulation to BCI classification has been initially established, providing an enhanced novel solution for the application of EEG modeling in BCI.

Abstract The paper presents the results of experimental studies of the processes of intense melting in air of samples (solid balls) made of metals, primarily various steels. It is shown that the heating of some steels is accompanied by intense sparking - the ejection of small secondary droplets (sparks) from the primary droplet heated up to 2500 K into the surrounding space. A possible mechanism of this process is proposed and described at a qualitative level. Possible reasons for the explosive fragmentation of secondary droplets are indicated and experimentally confirmed. The vibration process of molten samples shell, caused by the vortex motion and evaporation of the melt inside the droplet, is described. The influence of spark formation on the stability of the induction melting process is demonstrated.

The statistics of fires and accidents at the enterprises of oil and gas complex of Russia is presented. The choice of the method for assessing the state of industrial and fire safety is substantiated. It allows to transform the input information presented in the form of a characteristic description of the assessed event into an output dana that has a weighted numerical value. It is shown that the stable functioning of industrial enterprises depends on the safety margin of industrial and fire safety systems. Their maintenance at a certain level requires the allocation of resources (material, human, temporary, etc.), which are limited and insufficient to meet all the requests from the service managers. It is required to scientifically substantiate the targeted provision of activities that have a high index of risk. The purpose of the article is to obtain the result of the assessment of these measures in the form of a weighted risk indicator. This will allow to normalize each event included in the checklists (control sheets) of the enterprise for both industrial and fire safety. A pairwise comparison of the factors and alternatives using the selected method of hierarchy analysis makes it possible to identify the indicators of local and global priorities for each element under study. The weighting coefficients obtained in the form of local priorities relate to the event being tested. Global priorities are directly related to the services and structural units that ensure the sustainable functioning of the industrial and fire safety systems. Use of the methodology for assessing the state of industrial and fire safety at the objects of oil and gas complex of Russia will allow to transfer the management system of these enterprises to a new qualitative level.

This article is an analysis of the correlation between the administrative decision and the reforms carried out in the last decade in the Republic of Moldova. The author identified the place of the administrative act in the complex restructuring process, analyzing also the relationship between the notions of decision and reform. It is noted that the term reform includes, in addition to the traditional meanings of “modernization” and “improvement”, specific to the public sector, meanings such as “transformation” and “reinvention”. At the same time, the term reform implies not only a simple change, but a beneficial change, it involves a deliberate move from a less desirable state to a desired one, taking into account the needs, expectations and desires of citizens. The article also reflects the essential role of the administrative decision in the governing process and represents the act of transition from thinking to action. It aims to find the most rational ways to ensure maximum efficiency of actions. The process of continuously increasing the efficiency of government actions in the process of carrying out reforms requires that any decision taken has a solid foundation. The achievements, but also the failures registered in the process of reforms in 2010-2020 were due to the elaborated and applied decisions, which contributed to the increase of the qualitative level and administrative capacities of the public administration in the Republic of Moldova
