The cup is given to someone as a sign of apreciation and a gift of achievement. In general, the cup consists of the top, the middle, and the base. This research aims to obtain various forms of the design of cup that varied by merging the deformation results of solid geometry objects. This research method is divided into several stages. First, construct some basic objects as constituent components of cup from deformation of prism hexagon, tube, and cone. Second, set some basic objects of the component of cup on three types of modeling axis. Third, arrange program using software Maple 18. The results of this research obtained the procedure for designing various forms of constituent components of cup from the basic object of a prism hexagon, tube, and cone. The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. This study aims to determine whether the financial performance measured by using CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR can affect the value of banking companies as measured by using PBV. This study uses secondary data taken from the annual report of banking companies during the year 2012-2016 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples of this study as many as 25 banking companies with a total of 125 data. This research method is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate the effect of CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR variables on firm value measured by using PBV in a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

Abstract This study aims to empirically challenge the moderation of Non-Performing Loans to the effect of Credit Distribution Rates on Profitability. The population of 81 bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018 and which met the criteria of the research sample (purposive sampling) were 22 companies. The research method uses survey methods with quantitative research approaches, the analytical tool used is moderation regression. This study concludes that the level of credit distribution has a significant positive effect on profitability and the existence of the problem loan variable is proven to be a moderating variable that weakens the relationship between the level of credit distribution and profitability.

The objectives of this study are to analyze changes in organizational structure, job design, organizational culture and its influence on employee productivity at PT. XX in Jakarta and to identify variables that have a dominant influence on the productivity of employees. The research method used is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the all variables simultaneously and partially change the organizational structure, job design, and organizational culture has a significant impact on employee productivity at PT. XXin Jakarta.

Infeksi saluran pernafasan akut atau yang sering disebut ISPA merupakan infeksi pada saluran pernafasan baik saluran pernafasan atas atau bawah.ISPA juga kebanyakan terjadi pada anak balita karena daya tahan tubuh mereka tidak kuat dalam menghadapi penyakit ISPA. ISPA mengakibatkan kematiansekitar15%-20% per tahun pada usia balita di Negara berkembang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa peran ibu dalam meningkatkan sistem imun anak dengan ISPA.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan sampel purposive sampling.Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah ibu yang mempunyai anak dengan riwayat dan saat ini menderita penyakit ISPA di Batu Gajah Kota Ambon.Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang. Hasil dari penelitian mendapati 4 kategori yaitu pemberian nutrisi pada anak untuk memenuhi kebutuhan agar sistem imunnya terjaga, kebersihan lingkungan, peran ibu dalam melakukan pencegahan pada anaknya yang mengalami ISPA, dan  peran ibu dalam menjaga dan mempertahankan kesehatan anaknya.   Kata kunci: peran ibu, sistem imun, ispa THE ROLE OF MOTHERS IN INCREASING IMMUNE SYSTEM OF CHILDREN WITH ACUTE RESPIRATORY INFECTION    ABSTRACT Acute respiratory infections or often called ARI is an infection of the upper or lower respiratory tract. ARI occurs mostly in children under the age of five because their endurance is not strong in dealing with ARI. ARI results in deaths of around 15%-20% per year at the age of under-five in developing countries. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the role of mothers in improving the immune system of children against ARI. The research method used in this study was qualitative descriptive with a purposive sampling sample. Respondents and samples of this study were five mothers who had children with a history of ARI and currently suffering from the disease in Batu Gajah, Ambon City. The results of the study found 4 categories, namely providing nutrition to children to meet their needs so that their immune systems are maintained, clean environment, mother's role in preventing children with ARI, and mother's role to preserve and maintain the health of their children. The findings indicated that in terms of coping or improving the immune system of a child to avoid ARI, it is necessary to have role the of mothers in providing nutrition so that the immune system is boosted, besides that the mother can prevent and protect her child from various diseases, especially ARI.
