Abstract In the present social media-bound lifestyle, capturing memories and keeping them accessible is gaining a significant demand globally. For this purpose, a robust, portable camera system for recreational or commercial purposes can be of substantial advantage to society. Aqua-Vision intends to bring an affordable underwater camera system with various innovative features to the hands of consumers. The smart module consists of a waterproof gimbal camera that can be used underwater, providing a hassle-free and reliable user experience and offers rotary motion along two axes. The camera features various general modes like panorama, burst shot, and smart modes using inbuilt computer vision algorithms. The gimbal camera setup can be controlled and switched remotely between all possible modes using a mobile application. All the above features will allow the user to capture photos/videos in any possible setup and use the camera module for various applications. The advent of such innovative, convenient, and robust modules will help cater to the market demands effectively.

The US–China trade war creates significant opportunities for developing countries, as global manufacturers need to relocate their production facilities out of China to avoid future tariff hikes. However, Indonesia as the biggest economy in the ASEAN is not experiencing any substantial advantage relative to its neighbors, especially compared to Vietnam. While there is no clarity on how long the trade war will last, it is important for Indonesia to strategize quickly to capitalize the opportunities. This article addresses the question of how Indonesia should strategize through country comparison and analysis of two types of policy competition, namely, incentives-based (IBC) and rules-based competition (RBC). In the short-term, Indonesia should be more accommodating for investors of all sizes and maximize the trade-related investment assistance. In the longer term, Indonesia should prudently open up to trade, improve cooperation between investment and trade functions, and build a positive public mindset for free trade.

COVID-19 painfully demonstrates how little resilience our societies have to novel viruses. Societies, decision makers, and scientists lack (1) a comprehensive understanding of the complexity of viral outbreaks and their impact on society; (2) intervention portfolios; and (3) a global crisis and resilience policy, all of which are required to develop appropriate measures and to improve societal resilience. We highlight COVID-19 immunity as one key benchmark in preparation for the next wave of the pandemic. Specifically, using network scenarios, we demonstrate the substantial advantage of reintegrating health care workers with acquired COVID-19 immunity in epidemic hotspots, which would not only enable their safe contribution to the health care system but also drastically contain further spread.

Although bibliometrics are normally applied to journal articles when used to support research evaluations, conference papers are at least as important in fast-moving computing-related fields. It is therefore important to assess the relative advantages of citations and altmetrics for computing conference papers to make an informed decision about which, if any, to use. This paper compares Scopus citations with Mendeley reader counts for conference papers and journal articles that were published between 1996 and 2018 in 11 computing fields and that had at least one US author. The data showed high correlations between Scopus citation counts and Mendeley reader counts in all fields and most years, but with few Mendeley readers for older conference papers and few Scopus citations for new conference papers and journal articles. The results therefore suggest that Mendeley reader counts have a substantial advantage over citation counts for recently published conference papers due to their greater speed, but are unsuitable for older conference papers.

Russian military operations since 1991 have displayed a high degree of continuity. Being tailored to specific situations, these operations reveal a nearly constant mix of tactics, evolving with time but remaining fundamentally the same. Russia’s operational use of ambiguity is predominantly aimed at impeding or disrupting an adversary’s decision-making process. Meanwhile, the traditional ‘conventional’ tactics are always present in any operation, resulting in the omnipresent mix, described as the ‘hybrid-warfare’ challenge to the West. The long Russian experience in exercising hybrid warfare represents significant accumulated hybrid operational skills, which give the Russian forces a substantial advantage over the West in terms of operational art. Russia’s post-2014 actions against the West involving its military carry all the features of previous military operations, which suggests that warnings about a unilateral ‘new cold war’ waged by Russia are not hollow.

The issuer content and status of passive voice paradigm in the system of Ukrainian, hierarchy and both – structural and semantic – features of its constituents are still a disputable question. Committee Ukrainian guidelines and reference books, dated by the first decades of the ХХІ century, were the resources of material for this research. Without regard to comparative free development of standard Ukrainian after getting of independence by Ukraine the paradigm of passive voice, that was substantial reviewed in the newest grammatical researches, has the transformation in a modern scholastic, and also in the in modern committee Ukrainian: it’s nexus is formed by constructions with verbs on -ся ending and periphery – with predicative forms on -но, -то ending and by participles on -ний, -тий ending. Choice of passive or active construction type depends mainly on tastes of compilers of professional editions in modern committee Ukrainian, which does not distinguish the syntactic peculiarities of standard Ukrainian and Russian. Substantial advantage of constructions with verbs on -ся above active constructions and other types of passive constructions in the modern standards of documents is the part of history of committee Ukrainian, and it is high time for it to fall off the edge of the earth. Two-part constructions with predicative forms on -но, -то must occupy a central part in the paradigm of passive voice. Their impersonal value predetermines their prevalence in those documents, where attention is concentrated on completion of action and its result, but not on a performer. In documents, where a role of a performer or an action is pulled out on the first plan matters timelessness, active constructions as specific feature of Ukrainian syntax must prevail. Peripheral performance of constructions with predicative participles on -ний, -тий in committee Ukrainian depends not on language sense of specialist, but on the flavour of the constructions meaning – specifically, the establishment of permanent regularity of action or state continuing. Decision of problem of “ideal” correlation of active and passive constructions, explaining of their usage in modern committee Ukrainian, taking into consideration their structural and semantic specific will help to return the national originality to Ukrainian and, in particular, will provide the continuation of folk traditions in the performance of its inherent grammatical models.

In the present economic context, organizations, especially of small and medium dimensions, can draw a substantial advantage by collaborating and setting up flexible, temporary ICT-enabled networks. Identifying the legal issues relevant for virtual organizations can provide a knowledge basis to regulate their activities, thus providing support for their creation and management.
