Zebrafish have gained momentum as a leading experimental model in recent years. At present, the zebrafish vertebrate model is increasingly used due to its multifactorial similarities to humans that include genetic, organ, and cellular factors. With the emergence of novel research techniques that are very expensive, it is necessary to develop affordable and valid experimental models. This review aimed to highlight some of the most important similarities between zebrafish and humans by emphasizing the relevance of the first in simulating neurological disorders and craniofacial deformity.

This chapter describes three research techniques used within the field of digital ethnography aimed at understanding the digital culture of adolescents from qualitative and participatory perspectives. The authors carry out a theoretical review of some of the underlying principles of digital ethnography and creative and participatory research techniques. The authors then describe three research techniques based on the following methodological approaches: the mirror method, participant field notes, and digital visual cartographies. The mirror method technique analyses how adolescents construct their subjectivity through the images they use in social networks. Participant field notes are designed to facilitate the involvement of the young people in the field notes taken by the researchers, thus breaking with their private nature and providing opportunities for enhanced reflexivity. Digital visual cartographies aim to help understand, among other issues, the spatial dimension associated with the use of digital devices by young people.

Purpose: This study focused on generation MZ and the changes in their appearance management behavior following the outbreak of COVID-19. The purpose of this study was to design a paradigm model for the beauty behavior of Generation MZ after the spread of COVID-19.Methods: In-depth interviews among qualitative research techniques were used to examine the changes in the in-depth behavior and psychology of Generation MZ following the outbreak of COVID-19.Results: Generation MZ consumes cosmetics and set appearance management behaviors—along with the use of cosmetics as beauty routines—to solve beauty concerns caused by situational factors (such as COVID-19), thereby expressing an individual’s ideal appearance. Following COVID-19, Generation MZ had a variety of beauty concerns that differed from those prior to the outbreak. To solve these concerns, Generation MZ made changes, such as focusing on skincare and simplifying beauty routines. Following the conclusion of COVID-19, Generation MZ is planning appropriate levels of appearance management behavior, in consideration of the pre- and post-COVID-19 era. Conclusion: The appearance management behavior of Generation MZ has changed significantly since the COVID-19 outbreak. Detailed behavioral psychology has transformed as new beauty concerns have arisen following the spread of the virus. Therefore, it is necessary to plan a new cosmetics development and marketing strategy to satisfy the needs of Generation MZ during the pandemic.

This study aims to explain the opinions of Asy'ariyah theology and its comparison with the salaf mazhab. This research is qualitative descriptive research with library research techniques that use normative theological approaches. The results of this study show that Asy'ariyah in various discussions of the creed has its own opinions of Islamic creed, ranging from the first obligation of a mukallaf, the meaning of tawhid, al-imān, asmā' wa ṣifat, kalam Allah, rukyatullāh, to qaḍā' and qadar. Even in one matter, among the Assyrians had different views. As for the comparative study between Asy'ariyah theology and salaf mazhab found a considerable difference between the two. Both in the matter of the first obligation as a mukallaf, regarding kalamullah, the attributes of Allah, destiny, or the matter of faith, so that the defense of the salaf mazhab echoed by Asy'ariyah is only an unproven claim.

Digital transformation and the transition from a competence-based to a meta-subject approach in education require the development of new objective research techniques in education. Cognitive research done with high-tech techniques and neurotechnologies contributes to the research and educational capacity of an educational organization.

As for the project research that had to be done by the researcher, it will be more concentrates on the effectiveness of machine over manual machine in operation line at LGL Technology Sdn Bhd. So, based on the problem research regarding the effectiveness of LGL operation, it will be necessary as to investigate their operation that are mostly depending on manual machine. So, the researcher would decide to exert two research techniques in order to get the information by the first sources is the primary sources that are include observation, and interview, and for the second sources is the secondary sources is based on journal, website, books and also article. By having a simulation as to mimic the real-world system on computer, by making simulation on their current and with the proposed design as to compare which is more effective. So, in the future this project would be able to help the LGL as to improve their effectiveness in their operation as it also can improve their service to their customer.
