Due to the discontinuity of support for one of the database versions most used by organizations, Oracle Database 11g, it is important that companies that still use this version, pay attention to the next upgrade from Oracle. This work was elaborated by means of exploratory research, using as methods and research techniques the documentary and bibliographic analysis, with the purpose of providing steps with techniques and methods of how to proceed with two oracle projects, one of migration from the Linux operating system Red Hat 4.4.7-3 for Oracle Linux 7.7, and a version upgrade from Oracle Database 11g to Oracle Database 19c, presenting strategies using tools and following Oracle's recommendations. This study was built based on real demands that companies have been facing with this great dilemma, the discontinuity of support for the Oracle database 11g version. The observed results were, official support from Oracle, architectural change in order to be prepared for a supposed intervention with updating and migration of services to the cloud.

This research aimed to characterize the ATL epidemiological profile in the municipality of Almenara-MG, between the years 2016-2020. It is a descriptive and exploratory research, with bibliographic analysis and data sheets registered in the Notifiable Diseases Information System (SINAN). For each year observed there was an increase in the disease, with men being more affected, and a higher prevalence in rural areas. The pharmaceutical sector does not give due attention to “neglected diseases” like ATL, because the victims are economically disadvantaged. Although there is a large research volume for the production of medicines such as ATL, most are done in public institutions, not guaranteeing that these drugs will be produced.

PRMT5 modulates gene expression, increases cancer cell proliferation and migration, activates or suppresses signal transmission, regulates cancer cell metabolism, and promotes cancer stem cell self-renewal and differentiation by methylating histone or non-histone proteins. PRMT5 inhibitors may be useful in immunotherapy. However, it is still unknown why PRMT5 overexpression has different effects on different kinds of tumors. More PRMT5 substrates, as well as other rodent or cell line models demonstrating PRMT5 up-or downregulation, need to be studied. Because PRMT5 expression is regulated in both the nucleus and the cytoplasm, utilizing it as a biomarker to predict cancer status prior to obtaining tumor tissue is difficult. Exploratory research on specific PRMT5 inhibitors is progressing, and technical tools for drug development are becoming more readily available. Mechanistic studies of the processes behind the therapeutic potential of PRMT5 inhibitors will also be useful. In animal models, many PRMT5 inhibitors have shown promise, and clinical trials are already beginning. PRMT5 inhibitors have the potential to treat cancer on their own or in combination with other current or future treatment methods. Finally, PRMT5 inhibitors may be useful in the treatment of cancers that have become resistant to checkpoint inhibitors. Because of their coordinated actions on tumor cells and tumor microenvironmental components, PRMT5 inhibitors may prove to be particularly effective in cancer treatment.

Western China is typically sensitive to climate change and ecologically fragile. It also has large numbers of people living in poverty, and it is a hot spot for emigration. This paper takes the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (NHAR) as a case and, employing a mixed-method research combining exploratory research and confirmatory research where quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are made, conducts an empirical study on the dynamics of climate change impacts on migration. Firstly, this paper identified the fragile characteristics of different types of migrant groups (including policy-facilitated migrants, voluntary migrants and economic migrants) in the context of climate change; secondly, based on confirmatory factor analysis, this paper conducted climate change vulnerability assessment at county level, and explored several common potential factors affecting the regional fragility of climate change in Ningxia, include: climate capacity, social and economic development level, human capital, transportation infrastructure, and education level, etc. The result shows that the climate capacity factor accounts for 37.5% of contribution to regional climate change vulnerability. This paper justified that lacking climate capacity in long-term climate change is the major driving factor of climate-induced poverty and migration in the middle and south Ningxia. Based on a DPISR model, this paper developed a theoretical framework with its core concept “climate capacity”. Within this analytical framework, a series of indicators on climate capacity and climate-induced poverty were suggested to assess climate change related migration risks, which can support local migration planning in Ningxia and other western China areas.

Video streaming on the Internet is constantly changing and growing. New devices and new video delivery mechanisms generate huge gaps in the understanding of how video application works. From exploratory research of one among the largest streaming services in Brazil, this work presents a comparison between mobile and non-mobile users, in large-scale lives. This work focuses on metrics such as engagement, interruption, churn, and payload. This work also presents a report-overview of mobile-users, considering the operating system, geolocation, network access, interruption, and engagement. These results might offer potential information for streaming improvement, in addition to serving as a historical mark.

After experimetnal damage to the retina with a variety of procedures Müller cell hypertrophy and migration occurs. According to Kuwabara and others the reactive process in these injuries is evidenced by a marked increase in amount of glycogen in the Müller cells. These cells were considered originally supporting elements with fiber processes extending throughout the retina from inner limiting membrane to external limiting membrane, but are known now to have high lactic acid dehydrogenase activity and the ability to synthesize glycogen. Since the periodic acid-chromic acid-silver methenamine technique was shown to demonstrate glycogen at the electron microscope level, it was selected to react with glycogen in the fine processes of the Müller cell that ramify among the neural elements in various layers of the retina and demarcate these cells cytologically. The Rhesus monkey was chosen as an example of a well vascularized retina and the rabbit as an example of a avascular retina to explore the possibilities of the technique.

As was demonstrated by the present authors that atomic structure of simple crystal can be photographed by the conventional 100 kV electron microscope adjusted at “aberration free focus (AFF)” condition. In order to operate the microscope at AFF condition effectively, highly stabilized electron beams with small energy spread and small beam divergence are necessary. In the present observation, a 120 kV electron microscope with LaB6 electron gun was used. The most of the images were taken with the direct electron optical magnification of 1.3 million times and then magnified photographically.1. Twist boundary of ZnSFig. 1 is the image of wurtzite single crystal with twist boundary grown on the surface of zinc crystal by the reaction of sulphur vapour of 1540 Torr at 500°C. Crystal surface is parallel to (00.1) plane and electron beam is incident along the axis normal to the crystal surface. In the twist boundary there is a dislocation net work between two perfect crystals with a certain rotation angle.
