Blade serial number identification is one of the key issues in blade tip-timing vibration measurement without once-per-revolution (OPR) sensor. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the existing blade serial number identification methods without OPR sensor, a new identification method of blade serial number based on blade tip clearance is proposed in this paper. The relationship between blade tip-timing data and blade serial number can be identified by the matching relationship between blade tip clearance under static state and dynamic state. According to the finite element simulation and experimental data, the accuracy of the blade serial number identification method based on blade tip clearance is verified by using the OPR sensor method. The results show that in the nonresonant rotation speed region, the method can identify the blade serial number, and the identification result is consistent with the result of the OPR sensor method. In the resonance rotation speed region, when the blade tip clearance change caused by the blade circumferential bending vibration is less than the dispersion of initial blade tip clearance, the method in this paper can accurately identify the blade serial number. Otherwise, the inference method can be used. It provides theoretical support and technical basis for the engineering application of blade tip-timing vibration measurement technology without OPR sensor.

The development of information technology in various fields, one of which is in the field of queuing systems. That we know about the queuing system which is so tedious because of the long process of queuing. Therefore, the number of customer queues at several banks so that customers cannot relax to carry out transactions at the bank is a problem that is often encountered, as well as what happened at PT. BPR SARIBUMI Bank Godong Branch, which still uses a manual system. To overcome this problem, a queue display is used that uses text and voice displays and prints the queue serial number so that customers no longer need to queue conventionally. With this queuing system, the queue counter clerk, cashier or teller will have no difficulty in determining the first person to be served in the queue. This is a solution, but the display of the queue display uses electronic equipment that performs a counter so that the possibility of damage to the device exists. In making this final project the author uses Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 software and MySQL database.

Every day, huge numbers of consumers come to shop for numerous goods at mall round the world. lately, shoppers use a handcart or basket when buying the groceries at a mall . additionally, the procurement of products involves a classy process during which the purchasers must bring the items they have to urge to the check-out area, then stand and wait during an extended line so as that the products are often scanned, the whole amount calculated and thus the bill paid. As a results of this problem, this research study presents the event of a sensible cart for smart shopping. A barcode tag is found on every item during a mall , and therefore the smart cart will include a barcode reader on a cart also as cart has its own serial number in order that every cart can identified uniquely and cashier also can keep a track on the item inserted in cart . customer also can scan using his/her mobile devices through application the serial number given on smart cart and track the small print of things added in cart and parallely customer can ask queries also as can give feedback of products and item. While shopping, customers can scan the products then place them within the basket or cart, and therefore the mobile device will record and display the worth and name of every item. Also, the basket will have a weight sensor system which may confirm the accurate pricing of produce during the shopping process. Calculation of the whole cost of the customer's groceries are getting to be performed and stored within the memory of the smart basket's microcontroller. This data are getting to be sent from the basket to the foremost computer's server via a transmitter. Therefore, the proposed smart basket will allow shoppers to avoid waiting in line and having to constantly believe the number of money they go to need to spend.

Thanks to the high photon efficiency and reaction density, the optical fiber monolith reactor (OFMR) for InTaO4-based CO2 photoreduction is regarded as a promising photoreactor. In this work, the OFMR coupling with parabolic trough concentrator (PTC) is proposed to enlarge the daylighting area by several times without increasing the cost of photocatalysts. Based on the Monte Carlo ray-tracing (MCRT) approach and the finite volume method (FVM), a computational model of the reaction module considering the light, heat, and mass transfer is developed to optimize the fiber honeycomb reactor coupled with the PTC. As a result, the volume-averaged concentration of production reaches 1.85 × 10−4 mol·m−3, which is much higher than the traditional OFMR with the production concentration of 9.61 × 10−6 mol·m−3 under the same condition. The optimized structure of the monolith for better photocatalytic performance is obtained. It shows that the diameters of gas channels ranging from 1.5 to 2 mm are beneficial to the reaction efficiency. Finally, the results suggested that the even number of the gas channel should be avoided due to the pseudo-steady zone in the middle of the monolith. The reaction element with the high serial number along the flow direction has the reduced reaction density and endangers the organic optical fibers especially when the serial number exceeds 5.

The deed of the purchase and sale agreement (PPJB). The deed of the sale and purchase agreement is a preliminary agreement prior to the sale and purchase of land. PPJB is used only once. If what is agreed in the PPJB has been fulfilled then the signing of the sale and purchase deed can be carried out, by signing the sale and purchase deed, the ownership of land rights has been transferred. There are still many people who think that when the PPJB is signed, there will be a transfer of land rights, even though the PPJB is not an evidence of a transfer of land rights. This thesis discusses graded PPJB or recurring PPJB made by a Notary on a plot of land based on ownership rights over land use rights of former customary land based on the quotation of the Decree of the Governor of East Java Region Serial Number I/Agr/117 XI/HM/01.G/1970 issued November 4, 1970, or uncertified land. Whether it contradicts the concept of buying and selling in agrarian law and the legal consequences of the PPAT who made the sale and purchase deed based on the graded PPJB.Keywords: Graded PPJB; Recurring PPJB: Proof of Prior Rights.Akta Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli (akta PPJB).

The method of isoportic calorimetry investigated the thermochemical properties of the melt In—Tb system in the range of compositions 0 < xIn < 0,4 at 1625 ± 1 K. The obtained data were extrapolated on a non-investigated concentration interval, given that when xTb = 1 integral and partial to Tb enthalpia mixing is zero. It was established that the first partial for Terbium and the minimum enthalpy of mixing is –145 ± 7 and –40,1 ± 0,2 kJ/mol respectively. Comparison of ΔHmin, the melt of five previously investigated In—Ln systems from the serial number Ln (zLn), together with the data obtained in this papper, showed that they are described by one trend line. For ΔHmin In—Eu (Yb) melts (Yb) are very slight deviations from the trend line. But for dimensional factor, these deviations from the trend line are more significant. Enthalpia of the formation of some In—Ln intermetallides are known, with most of them relate to the LnIn3 compound. But there is no full reconciliation between these data. The results of the most modern work exhibit less dependence on the serial number of lanthanides and are more exothermic for heavy lanthanides, compared with other data. Comparing thermochemical properties of double Sn (Sb) —REM melt systems. It has been established that the energy of the interaction between the data p-elements and REM increases in such a sequence: In-REM → Sn—REM → Sb—REM. This is due to the fact that the stibium is the best acceptor of electrons. Keywords: thermochemical properties, melts, compounds, In, Tb.
