Legal Review of Medical Emergencies Arising Due to Failure of Abortion

The purpose of this article is to investigate the legal responses to botched abortions. the main characteristics of this style of study are normative juridical, with a combination of a philosophical framework and legislation Following the outcome of the abortion attempt, Article 53 of the Criminal Code was violated, along with those who assisted in the procedure and those who were victimized. Should an abortion result in the baby's death under article 346, 347, 348, and 349 of the Criminal Code Criminals may commit the crimes individually or in tandem. Hence, they are justly prosecuted, so that they can be designated as criminals or assistants. Article 50 was developed in response to failures by the abortion business; and it can't be penalized unless done in compliance with technical and organizational quality procedures. In general, you do not need a permit to use emergency measures. This does not extend to abortions carried out on the basis of medical emergencies except during counselling prior to and during the act of abortion in compliance with Article 75 of Law No. 36 of 2009.

Organizational Quality Specific Immune Maturity Evaluation Based on Continuous Interval Number Medium Operator

This study sets immune theory as breakthrough points, introduces immune theory into organizational quality management scope with a view to evaluating and enhancing organizational quality specific immune maturity symmetrically and permanently. This study establishes an evaluation index system of organizational quality specific immune maturity and constructs a quality specific immune maturity evaluation and decision-making model based on an immune perspective. Further we used symmetrical methods of a continuous interval number median operator and multiple attribute decision making to carry out empirical analysis. The median idea is introduced, and the points in the 1/2 position of the basic interval monotone function are selected in evaluation and decision-making calculation by continuous interval number medium operator method. Empirical analysis research can avoid the influence of extreme value, provide new ideas and methods for effective evaluation and decision making of organizational quality specific immune maturity. The outcomes of this study have important practical significance for enhancing organizational quality specific immune maturity of equipment manufacturing enterprises.

Heuristic decision of planned shop visit products based on similar reasoning method: From the perspective of organizational quality-specific immune

The purpose of this study is to reduce the maintenance time, cost, and scheduling distance and to determine the maintenance priority of planned shop visit products. This study introduces the concept of maintenance map, establishes the evaluation indicators system of maintenance map from the perspective of organizational quality-specific immune, and puts forward two key dimensions named maintenance plan and technical support of maintenance map. Based on the theoretical framework, construct a heuristic decision model of planned shop visit products based on similar reasoning, set the maintenance services data of Harbin Dongan Engine Co., Ltd., as research objects, and use the concrete schemes and cases to solve and carry out an empirical analysis of the heuristic decision of planned shop visit products based on similar reasoning with the help of the ant colony algorithm; the empirical analysis results indicate that maintenance map and evaluation indicators system are the fundamental basis of the heuristic decision based on similar reasoning, the combinations of similar reasoning and ant colony algorithm can achieve the optimal heuristic decision of planned shop visit products, which have effectiveness, feasibility, and operability. This research will be conductive to give out the heuristic decision of scheduling schemes of planned shop visit products, which will be beneficial to enhance maintenance efficiency and quality, promote learning effects and learning pattern paths, and reduce maintenance scheduling distances of planned shop visit products from the aspects of theoretical framework guidance, empirical system enlightenment, and conceptual paradigm reference.
