Providing quality e-banking services helps banks to achieve customer satisfaction, which in turn affects banks' overall financial performance. Therefore, there is need for banks to monitor the quality of the e-banking services they provide. The present study is a quantitative descriptive study intended to measure the level of customer perception and satisfactions towards e-banking service in Yemen and its quality (i.e, overall e-banking service quality as well as the quality of its dimensions: website design, reliability/fulfillment, privacy/security and customer service). The sample included 454 respondents drawn from the population of customers of Yemeni banks that provide e-banking service. The tool of data collection was questionnaire developed by the researchers. The study revealed that the level of customer perception and satisfactions towards e-banking service in Yemen was moderate, and the overall e-banking service quality as well as the quality of its dimensions (website design, reliability/fulfillment, privacy/security and customer service) was also moderate.

Abstract In order to improve the design efficiency and quality of traditional airborne electronic equipment, the structural forms of traditional equipment are summarized. Based on the creation of basic structure modules, the parametric design of series structure modules and access devices is carried out. According to the functional requirements of the equipment, different series of structural modules are selected, combined and installed in the access device to quickly realize the modular design of airborne electronic equipment. A series of structural modules are repeatedly applied on a variety of equipment to improve the design reliability.

As the demand of safety-critical applications (e.g., automobile electronics) increases, various radiation-hardened flip-flops are proposed for enhancing design reliability. Among all flip-flops, Delay-Adjustable D-Flip-Flop (DAD-FF) is specialized in arbitrarily adjusting delay in the design to tolerate soft errors induced by different energy levels. However, due to a lack of testability on DAD-FF, its soft-error tolerability is not yet verified, leading to uncertain design reliability. Therefore, this work proposes Delay-Adjustable, Self-Testable Flip-Flop (DAST-FF), built on top of DAD-FF with two extra MUXs (one for scan test and the other for latching-delay verification) to achieve both soft-error tolerability and testability. Meanwhile, a built-in self-test method is also developed on DAST-FFs to verify the cumulative latching delay before operation. The experimental result shows that for a design with 8,802 DAST-FFs, the built-in self-test method only takes 946 ns to ensure the soft-error tolerability. As to the testability, the enhanced scan capability can be enabled by inserting one extra transmission gate into DAST-FF with only 4.5 area overhead.

The number of competitors that have sprung up in the field of fashion especially in men's clothing, has caused Cotton.Go need to evaluate its e-commerce services to compete with them. Therefore, this research was conducted to evaluate the attributes of Cotton.Go’s e-commerce services by integrating the dimensions of Electronic Service Quality and Importance Performance Competitor Analysis (IPCA) method. According to research result, seven attributes of services in Cotton.Go’s e-commerce is needed for further research, which are web design, reliability, efficiency, responsiveness, security, flexibility, and fulfillment. This research produced that all of the attributes need urgent action to improve by looking at the negative performance differences value with its competitor. All attributes that need to be improved indicated that the performances are considered to be lower compared to the competitor and need immediate action to improve.

The work purpose - the development of practical recommendations on the spring suspension (developed on the level of invention RU2606409) updating of diesel locomotive 2TE25K body equipped with three-axle bogies and calculation fulfillment for the substantiation of spring suspension basic geometrical parameters. Investigation methods – for realization of the purpose specified there are used modern calculation procedures of adaptive torsion springs that allowed substantiating efficient geometrical characteristics for the central suspension of the diesel locomotive body and there are given practical recommendations on the necessity of such bogies use in practice. Investigation results and novelty – the investigation results are passed to the leadership of the Yelets locomotive depot, it is also recommended to research and industrial heavy engineering bodies both, in our country and abroad with the purpose of its further study and its possible introduction into practice. Conclusions – analyzing the lines offered for locomotive body central suspension updating allows increasing locomotive motion smoothness, improving train crew labor conditions and increasing diesel locomotive design reliability on the whole.
