In article the metaphysics of being of information is considered and her categorical status. The concept of information plays an especially important role in cognitive disciplines – neurology, cognitive psychology, sociology and artificial intelligence theories altogether forming the scientific basis of new epistemology. Information is understood as the objective reality perceived by the subject by means of touch bodies which it fixes and comprehends by means of various semantic pro-positions, logical-mathematical operations and calculations, using it in various communicative practices for achievement of the purposes. On the basis of philosophical traditions of interpretation of category of life and various interpretations of this abstract concept of modern natural sciences the new understanding of category of life as a basic metaphysical concept of science is offered. The philosophical bases of the theory of creative participation of the person in events of the Universe the famous American physicist-theorist J.A. Wheeler who put forward the thesis “all from Bit” (It from Bit), the information paradigm of the universe developed by the prominent modern philosopher L. Floridi. It is demonstrated that the origination and evolution of all objects takes place due to the existence of specific information programs that express the fundamental creativity of the nature. The statement that the category of life in modern interpretation both in natural-science, and in sociocultural aspects expresses life of information, or the information life presented in unity of three spheres of reality – matter, lives and consciousness (reason) is proved.

This paper investigates the impact of artificial intelligence on international trade. We use data on neural machine translation & search engines dominating domestic markets from 2016 to 2019, comprising 196 countries to test for their impact on international trade. Three variations of international trade are used: (1) manufacturing trade (sum of manufacturing exports & imports), (2) manufacturing export, and (3) manufacturing import. We cross-breed artificial intelligence theories with that of international economics. We find that artificial intelligence shows significant results at the 1% level for manufacturing trade, at the 10% level for manufacturing export, and at the 1% level for manufacturing import. We also find that as increasing number of languages are introduced through neural machine learning, there is a decreased need to comprehend the language of another country, which in turn, have significant impact on all three variations of international trade. We also find that domestic search engines are increasingly dominating domestic and global market shares.

The theme of IEEE ICCI*CC'16 on Cognitive Informatics (CI) and Cognitive Computing (CC) was on cognitive computers, big data cognition, and machine learning. CI and CC are a contemporary field not only for basic studies on the brain, computational intelligence theories, and denotational mathematics, but also for engineering applications in cognitive systems towards deep learning, deep thinking, and deep reasoning. This paper reports a set of position statements presented in the plenary panel (Part I) in IEEE ICCI*CC'16 at Stanford University. The summary is contributed by invited panelists who are part of the world's renowned scholars in the transdisciplinary field of CI and CC.

This paper discussed on the conceptual framework of EQ-I emotional intelligence, relevant emotional intelligence theories, current findings and measuring tools for the research methodology that are highly possible correlated to an entrepreneurial culture. Emotional Intelligence scientists such as Thorndike and Gardner pioneered the path for researchers and experts in emotional intelligence. The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i) is the primary scientific instrument and approved as an instrument to measure emotional intelligence. The Multi-factor Emotional Intelligence Scale also known as Mayer, Salovey, Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test is a test of efficacy. Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI) Competency Inventory, designed by Richard Boyatzis and Daniel Goleman, which measured emotional intelligence as a set of skills. Emotional Intelligence Mapping (EQ-Map) is another set of emotional intelligence is the scale of the EQ-Map self-report, parallel to EQ-i. The effort to cultivate creative and innovative thinking among entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs based on the Plan of Education Development Master Plan (PIPP 2006-2010) and (PIPP 2013-2018) capitalised on human and soft skills with emotional intelligence as the core of positive attitude needs to be nurtured from school.
