Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dalam Pembentukan Provinsi Kepulauan Mentawai

As the times grew, leadership began to decline and crisis. This leadership crisis is also inseparable from the church environment. Speaking of leadership in the church is seen from the point of view of the Bible, inseparable from the Great person of Jesus Christ. This paper discusses Jesus' leadership model focusing on the Gospel of John. The author formulates the following problem: : What is the model of Jesus' leadership in the Gospel of John and its implementation in the local church? The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to know and explain the model of Jesus' leadership in the Gospel of John and its implementation in the local church. This study uses qualitative research method with descriptive approach which this method considers that the data collected to be the key to what is studied. The data the author observes is the Gospel of John, literature such as books and journal articles on leadership. The model of Jesus' leadership in the Gospel of John is Jesus as the Leader of the sheep, Jesus as the Ministering Leader, and Jesus discipleship and send. An example for the local church leadership model is to put self-integrity first, lead holistically, and implement a discipleship model. The local church leadership model reflecting Jesus' leadership model in the Gospel of John is expected to be a learning experience for leaders in the local church. Keyword: model, the leadership of Jesus, the local church, the example. Abstrak: Semakin berkembangnya zaman, kepemimpinan mulai merosot dan mengalami krisis. Krisis kepemimpinan ini pun juga tidak terlepas dari lingkungan gereja. Berbicara mengenai kepemimpinan dalam gereja dilihat dari sudut pandang Alkitab, tidak terlepas dari pribadi yang Agung yaitu Yesus Kristus. Penulisan ini membahas tentang model kepemimpinan Yesus yang berfokus pada Injil Yohanes. Penulis merumuskan masalah sebagai berikut: : Bagaimana model kepemimpinan Yesus dalam Injil Yohanes dan implementasinya dalam gereja lokal? Adapun tujuan penulisan dari karya ilmiah ini ialah untuk mengetahui dan memaparkan model kepemimpinan Yesus dalam Injil Yohanes dan implementasinya dalam gereja lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang mana metode ini memandang bahwa data yang dikumpulkan menjadi kunci terhadap apa yang diteliti. Data yang penulis amati ialah kitab Injil Yohanes, literatur-literatur seperti buku dan artikel jurnal tentang kepemimpinan. Adapun model kepemimpinan Yesus dalam Injil Yohanes ialah Yesus sebagai Pemimpin domba-domba, Yesus sebagai Pemimpin yang melayani, dan Yesus memuridkan dan mengutus. Teladan bagi model kepemimpinan gereja lokal yaitu mengutamakan integritas diri, memimpin secara holistik, dan menerapkan model discipleship. Model kepemimpinan gereja lokal yang bercermin dari model kepemimpinan Yesus dalam Injil Yohanes diharapkan dapat menjadi pembelajaran bagi para pemimpin di gereja lokal. MODEL PEMURIDAN AKSELERASI YESUS KRISTUS DALAM MULTIPLIKASI JEMAAT DI GEREJA SIDANG JEMAAT ALLAH SURAKARTA

The objective of this research is to explain the accelerated discipleship model of JesusChrist according to the Synoptic gospels and modern discipleship experts to multiplicate the churchmembers of GSJA (Church of General Assembly) Surakarta.The research method here is a qualitative research with literature study consists of: books,papers, magazines, website, reports, and other writings data related to the research questions.From the result of the research, then the researcher propose a Model of AcceleratedDiscipleship to Multiplicate Church Member in GSJA Surakarta consists some aspects as follow:first, biblical and contextual discipleship history; second, discipleship principles (selection orscreening), training center (training, development, anointing, exampling), multiplication (sending,controlling, multiplication); third, discipleship components, such as: teacher (Jesus Christ-TheGreat Teacher, Hoy Spirit The Councelor, teacher/trainer), relationship (friendship,interdependent), subject matter and curriculum (The Bible, KTBK series), method (inductivecontextual), discipleship acceleration, and output of discipleship; fourth, discipleship acceleration;and fifth, result of discipleship.Keywords: Discipleship, Acceleration, Jesus Christ, Multiplication of Church Member

Model Pemuridan Berbasis Keluarga Era New Normal Pandemi Covid-19

New normal era, with social and physical distancing, has made Christian Javanese family difficult in fulfilling their spirituality need. The churches have tried to fill their need by online service but still had problem. Family based discipleship proposed to solve this problem. Family based discipleship implementation in Christian Javanese family was obstracted by leadership, interpretation, and subject matter problems. This research aimed to develop a family-based discipleship model for Christian Javanese family at New Normal era Covid-19 pandemic by promoting a correct, easy, and right Bible interpretation. This research is an applied research with qualitative approach and fenomenology theology. Finally, this research proposed family - storytelling - inductive discipleship model for Christian Javanese family at new normal era.Abstrak. Era New normal dengan social and physical distancing, membuat keluarga Jawa Kristen kesulitan memenuhi kebutuhan kerohaniannya. Gereja mencoba memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut dengan ibadah online namun masih bermasalah. Pemuridan berbasis keluarga diusulkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini. Penerapan pemuridan berbasis keluarga pada keluarga Jawa Kristen terhalang masalah kepemimpinan, penafsiran, dan materi pemuridan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model pemuridan berbasis keluarga bagi keluarga Jawa Kristen di era new normal pandemi Covid-19 dengan interpretasi Alkitab yang benar, mudah dan tepat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan paradigma hermeneutik fenomenologi. Penelitian ini menemukan model pemuridan keluarga - bercerita - induktif sebagai model yang cocok bagi pemuridan keluarga Jawa Kristen di era new normal.

IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMURIDAN KONTEKSTUAL SEBAGAI PANGGILAN PELAYANAN TERHADAP GENERASI MILENIAL DI ERA INDUSTRI 4.0

ABSTRAK - Arus globalisasi yang mendunia sudah tidak dapat dibendung lagi keberadaannya di negara Indonesia. Indonesia menjadi salah satu dari berbagai negara yang telah dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi dan iptek yang semakin canggih, sehingga dunia kini telah memasuki era industri 4.0. Generasi milenial adalah salah satu kelompok yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi yang serba instan, bahkan peran penting generasi milenial sudah mulai surut tergantikan oleh kemajuan teknologi. Menghadapi tantangan tersebut diperlukan solusi yang solutif yaitu mengimplementasikan model pemuridan kontekstual sebagai panggilan pelayanan terhadap generasi milenial di era industri 4.0, sehingga membentuk generasi milenial supaya beridentitas Kristen dan bertumbuh menjadi dewasa dalam iman. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang melibatkan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa model pemuridan kontekstual layak dijadikan pedoman dalam mengarahkan para generasi milenial di era indutri 4.0 agar mampu bertahan (survive) dalam perkembangan zaman yang semakin canggih.Kata kunci : Pemuridan, Kontekstual, Panggilan Pelayanan, Generasi Milenial, Revolusi Industri 4.0ABSTRACT - The current global globalization can not be dammed anymore its existence in the country of Indonesia. Indonesia has become one of a variety of countries that have been influenced by increasingly sophisticated technological and technological developments, so that the world has now entered the industrial era 4.0. Millennials have become one of those groups influenced by the development of instantaneous technology, even the important role of millennials has begun to subside replaced by technological advances. Facing these challenges requires a solution that is to implement a model of contextual discipleship as a service call to millennials in the industrial era 4.0, thus forming millennial generations so that Christian identity and growing into adulthood in the faith. The approach taken is a qualitative approach that involves the study of literature. This research concludes that the contextual discipleship model deserves to be used as a guideline in directing millennial generations in the 4.0 industry era to be able to survive in the development of increasingly sophisticated times.Key Words : Discipleship, Contextual, Service Call, Milennial Generation, Industrial Revolution 4.0

An Integrated Competency-Based Training Model for theological training

This article examines the relationship between theological training and practical ministry with the purpose of addressing the fundamental problems that hinder theological training from becoming relevant. There exists a general concern about the way theological schools are preparing men and women for church ministry, with the church leadership feeling like graduates are not up to the task of ministering despite the theological training. The research has established that there is a relationship between theological training and practice of ministry and that practical ministry can only be improved through enhancing theological training. Ultimately the article establishes the need for a competent training programme modelled after the New Testament Discipleship Model approach. This model integrates knowledge, being and practical training. The article tries to outline a model of training (i.e. the Integrated Competency-Based Training Model) that will seek to address many of the inadequacies in the training of church ministers with the aim of making theological training translate into the practice of ministry.
