The purpose of this study is to provide basic data to analyze job and educational satisfaction factors for medical skincare workers and to determine how they affect job adaptation. The survey data of part 327 were collected, and the measuring tool consisted of 4 measurement indicators to compose a questionnaire with 37 items of measurement items for operational definition and research. and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, principal component analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of the study are as follows. Job satisfaction among factors of job experience (β=434, p<.001), working environment (β=245, p<.001) has been shown to have a significant influence on job adaptation in order. Practical education (β=.409, p<.001) among the factors in education satisfaction, theory education (β=.261, p<.001) was shown to have a significant influence on job adaptability in order. Of the two factors, 'practice education' has been analyzed to have a greater impact on job adaptability. As a result, it is believed that increasing job satisfaction and educational achievements through practice and theory education with confidence in the duties of medical skincare workers will strengthen the capabilities of medical skincare workers and help develop the medical skincare industry.

In the era of development, companies and businesses require graduates have to meet specialized skill as well as research skill, job adaptability and soft skills. However, most graduated students only meet specialized   skill, while soft skills and research skills are slow to adapt, this leads to the re-training after the businesses  recruitment. To overcome these difficulties, the article focused on analyzing the importance and reality of  scientific research of Tra Vinh University students. On that basis, the author proposed solutions for improving scientific research in students in order to integrate soft skills training in a practical, effective and consistent with the educational development trend in the new age.

As an important basic component of quadruped robots, mechanical legs provide the robots with excellent maneuverability and versatility, which determine the core application performance such as job adaptability, walking speed, and load capacity. A large number of robotics institutes for the last few decades have studied mechanical legs used by quadruped robots and published many research results. In this article, we collect these research results and classify them into three categories (prismatic legs, articulated legs, and redundant articulated legs) according to the degrees of freedom and then introduce and analyze them. On this basis, we summarize and study the design methods of the actuators and mechanical leg structures. Finally, we make some suggestions for the development of quadruped robot’s legs in the future. The motivation of this review is to summarize and analyze previous research efforts and provide useful guidance for future robotic designers to develop more efficient mechanical legs of quadruped robots.

After consolidation employee productivity was negatively affected by stress, anxiety and fear of losing job. The outcome however, according to Kivuti (2013) among others include; banks are witnessing unnecessary expenses and operating at marginal profit level and at the same time employees found it difficult to meet targets. Using triangulation method the study found that employee efficiency is multi dimensional constructs in Nigerian banking sector. The five factors in descending order are Job Knowledge (14.30%), Job Adaptability (13.96%), and Dependability (13.83%); Interpersonal relations (13.83%) and Compliance (11.73%) indicating that there is more Job Knowledge than other factors in employee efficiency in the banking sector in Nigeria. In total the five factors accounted for 67.06% of the variance in employee efficiency. At 95% confidence level sig. value is statistically significant (.00).The findings of the study lend support to Ha. The study recommended that banks should emphasize on induction courses, training and development and brain storming session for more job knowledge to increase employee efficiency.
