The current study aimed at the reasons for the gap between the results of the test of high school students in Taif and the results of the general aptitude and achievement test from the viewpoint of students, teachers, educational supervisors and school leaders To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach. Two questionnaires were prepared, a questionnaire for students, and the other was distributed to teachers, supervisors and educational leaders. The study sample reached (343) by (193) students and (150) teachers, an educational supervisor and a school leader. The gap regarding students is ranked according to importance as follows: In the first place, fear of the tests leads to failure to perform with an average of (4.1), and in the second place, "students were not trained in the school on tests similar to the aptitude and achievement tests" with an average of (3.97). With regard to teachers, educational supervisors and school leaders, arranged in order of importance as follows: In the first place is "deficiency in the inclusion of samples of aptitude tests and achievement tests in the curriculum" with an average of (4.49), and in the second place is a deficiency in conducting periodic experimental tests for students during the year for training on exams Achievement abilities and tests, with an average of (4.43). In light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals, the most important of which are: Exercise in awe, attract trainers of the offered mental skills specialists in measurement and evaluation, design tight training bags that specialize in testing general abilities.

Despite widespread caste disparities, compensatory hiring policies remain absent from the Indian private sector. This paper employs novel administrative data on the job search from an elite college and evaluates policies to promote hiring diversity. Application reading, written aptitude tests, large group debates, and job choices do not explain caste disparities. Disparities arise primarily between the final round, comprising non-technical personal interviews, and job offers; the emergence closely parallels caste revelation. For promoting diversity, hiring subsidies — similar in spirit to the government-proposed Diversity Index — are twice as cost-effective as improving pre-college achievement. Conversely, quotas mirror a hiring tax and reduce university recruitment by 7%.

The particularity of E- Assessment is that it allows to combine the assessment of personality with that of personal and interpersonal values. It is this joint assessment that makes all the richness and interest of digital assessment for human resources professionals in terms of recruitment, career management, professional orientation and assessment of soft skills. The platforms dedicated to evaluation cover several families: behavioral tests or personality tests, aptitude tests and value questionnaires. They have the particularity to measure with a certain precision dimensions clearly denied by the editor, in connection with scientific concepts. Then they statistically compare the results to a standard and a reference population. In order to assess the impact of E- Assessment t, we opted during this study at SOSIE 2nd Generation for a digital HR tool that meets the current requirements of human resources professionals for assessment in international contexts. Indeed, the work was carried out on the content of the items, the dimensions, the descriptive and interpretation reports through a reading in terms of percentiles, common behavior styles for a population of Moroccan professionals operating in various sectors of activity.

The developments that occur in psychological measurement have an effect on the development of the quality of the tests used. Differential Aptitude Test (DAT) is a form of psychological test used to measure a person's talent. Measurement of aspects of talent needs to be proven on the success of post-aptitude test studies. Therefore, this study aims to examine: (1) the predictive validity of differential aptitude tests in predicting study success in psychology study programs, and (2) which subtests are influential in predicting the success of studies in psychology study programs. Data collection was carried out using test techniques and documentation techniques. The research subjects were 62 students majoring in psychology at Yogyakarta State University in the academic year 2016/2017. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, where the subtest scores on the DAT were treated as predictors and the Grade Point Average scores were treated as the dependent variable. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) the DAT test can predict the success of the study in the psychology study program; and (2) the subtest in DAT that has the most influence in predicting the success of the study in the psychology study program is the verbal subtest and the numerical subtest

Military members serve in a wide variety of specific jobs that mirror civilian organizations, such as transportation, accounting, and law enforcement. They also serve in jobs unique to the military involving combat. A major contribution of military psychology is developing tests to aid the military in both screening out candidates unable to perform in a military setting, and once they are in the military, assigning them to jobs in which they may perform at their best. This chapter reviews how psychologists developed some of the first aptitude tests, used to select and assign personnel during World War I, to emerging developments in the twenty-first century that focus on noncognitive skills, including grit, hardiness, character, and a host of other attributes.
