Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima artinya secara bersama-sama nilai X memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Y.</p><p><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>Independence is one of the important assets to survive as an adult. Schools are expected to be able to teach and train children's independence through activities that can foster children's independent attitude. One of them is through scout extracurricular. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of activeness in scouting extracurricular activities on the independence of students of SMK Bina Informatika 2019-2020 Academic Year as many as 50 students. This research is an associative research because this research is conducted to find the relationship between two or more variables, and according to the method is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were 50 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Test the validity of the instrument using the product moment correlation technique with the help of Microsoft Excel and the reliability test using the Cronbach alpha technique from the SPSS program version 16.00. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect on the activity of joining a scout estrakurikuler on the independence of SMK Bina Informatika students with a positive coefficient on independence. This can be shown in the coefficient value obtained by Fcount of 7.586 with a probability value of 0.008, Fcount (7.586)&gt; F table (2.754), and a significant value smaller than the probability value of 0.05, or a value of 0.008 &lt;0.05. Then it can be concluded that Ha is accepted means that together the value of X has a significant effect on Y.</em></p></div>

ABSTRACT: In this article, we want to discuss how some research projects use photography as part of their methodological constructions. We present and analyze three research experiences, by considering them from its publication in an academic journal. We also consider a fourth experience, derived from our own Master research project. Looking over these four experiences, we analyze and compare the uses of photography that each of them has performed in research projects as well as in pedagogical projects, carried out in children, young and adult schools. We also consider the relationship between photography and interviews in these experiences. We present some suggestions, derived from our own research project, for the analysis of the photographs produced by the interlocutors. In order to develop these suggestions, we need to consider pictures as a discourse and in a way they can be useful not only to researchers but also to teachers. In this process, we put together contributions from semiotics, narratology and photography and cinema studies.KEYWORDS: photography; educative research; methodological construction; children, teenagers and adult schools.

Through his early studies of the character of adult schools and community colleges in California, Burton Clark launched a set of ideas, sociological and educational, that served as baseline concepts in the study and practice of American higher education. His book The Open Door College ranks among the classic accounts of a type of organisation – the public two-year college – which came to prominence throughout the United States in the post-war period. Its consideration of the roles played by such institutions in the larger education structure and society has been at the centre of international, theoretical and empirical debates for half a century. Foremost among its arguments was the cooling-out function, a conception that enjoyed wide circulation over many decades. Rather less attention has been paid to its analysis of organisational determinacy and the special problems of institutions that straddle secondary and higher education. These are the mass enterprises that do much of the dirty work of higher education. Unlike in the Clark corpus, they do not always receive the seriousness of scholarly treatment accorded to other kinds of educational organisation.

There are a variety of agencies engaged in elementary education in Communist China. Besides the regular elementary schools for children, there are adult schools of elementary grade and spare-time elementary schools for youth as well as older people; there are winter schools in the rural areas, worker-peasant schools, and various kinds of literacy classes. In view of limited space, this article will deal only with the regular elementary schools. Kindergartens and nursery schools are not included in the discussion.

During the summers of 1951–53, small body-cavity tags were inserted in 55,547 juvenile (1-year) herring on the lower west coast of Vancouver Island. Fifty of these tags were recoved from the catches of adult fish between 1953–54 and 1956–57. These recoveries indicated homing by sub-district (the region occupied by an adult population) to be 52% after two years at large, and 64% after three years. Comparable data for herring tagged as adults showed 82% and 81% homing respectively. The greater tendency for the immature fish to mix with other adult populations may result from the fact that these fish join adult schools when the latter are considerably dispersed and intermixed on the offshore feeding grounds. Thus, population studies linking the juvenile and adult stages may require the use of a larger basic unit of area than that encompassing the distribution of the adult population. The dimensions of this unit will depend on the local potential for intermixing of adult populations at the time of recruitment.
