<div class="WordSection1"><p>Kemandirian merupakan salah satu modal penting untuk bertahan hidup ketika dewasa. Sekolah diharapkan mampu mengajarkan dan melatih kemandirian anak melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat menumbuhkembangkan sikap mandiri anak. Salah satunya yaitu melalui ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh keaktifan mengikuti ekstrakurikuler pramuka terhadap kemandirian siswa/i SMK Bina Informatika Tahun Ajaran 2019-2020 sebanyak 50 siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif karena penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih, dan menurut metodenya merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik alpha Cronbach dari program SPSS versi 16.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan keaktifan mengikuti ekstrakurikuler pramuka terhadap kemandirian siswa SMK Bina Informatika dengan koefisien positif pada kemandirian. Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien positif terhadap kemandirian, yang diperoleh oleh Fhitung sebesar 7,586 dengan nilai probabilitas 0,008, Fhitung (7,586)&gt; Ftabel (2,754), dan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0,05, atau nilai 0,008 &lt;0,05 . Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima artinya secara bersama-sama nilai X memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Y.</p><p><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>Independence is one of the important assets to survive as an adult. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect on the activity of joining a scout estrakurikuler on the independence of SMK Bina Informatika students with a positive coefficient on independence. This can be shown in the coefficient value obtained by Fcount of 7.586 with a probability value of 0.008, Fcount (7.586)&gt; F table (2.754), and a significant value smaller than the probability value of 0.05, or a value of 0.008 &lt;0.05. Then it can be concluded that Ha is accepted means that together the value of X has a significant effect on Y.</em></p></div>

eng:Independence is one of the important modalities for survival as adults. Schools are expected to teach and train children's independence through activities that can foster children's self-reliance. One of them is through extracurricular scouts. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of activeness following extracurricular scout against the independence of students in grade V State Elementary School Cibuk Lor Seyegan Sleman Year Teaching 2017/2018 as many as 19 students.This research is an ex post facto research and according to its method is kind of quantitative research. The population in this study were 19 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Instrument validity test using product moment correlation technique with SPSS version 16.00 and reliability test using alpha cronbach technique from SPSS program version 16.00. Data analysis techniques in this study using simple linear regression analysis techniques.The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence on the activity of extracurricular scouts on the independence of students of grade V SD Negeri Cibuk Lor Seyegan Sleman with a positive coefficient value of independence. This can be shown on the value of determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.409, tcount of 3.429 and significance value of 0.003. The low of learning values of students are caused by two main factors, there are internal and external factors. Difficult learning affect the learning values of the student which one of the kinds of internal and external factors. The aim of this study is to determine the difficult learning level, learning values, and to combine difficult learning with learning values of students class VIII science learning at MTsN 9 Agam Lubuk Basung. This research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative research. The sample of study is class VIII students  at MTsN 9 Agam Lubuk Basung Academic Year 2018/2019. Data analyzed using percentage and correlation formulas, then t-test is used to find out the correlation which significant or not significant. The results show that the level of difficult learning of class VIII students  MTsN 9 Agam is very high with a value 87,50%. For the level of learning values class VIII students of MTsN 9 Agam still less with a value 56,89%. Based on the results, the analysis using the correlation  product moment, there is a relationship between difficult learning and learning values in students class VIII MTsN 9 Agam, and the criteria correlation still low (0.23). The result  of t-test = 2,96 is formulated with t-table, each for t 5% is 0,159 and for 1% is 0,210. If looked from the t-table price, t-test is 2,96 more bigger than t-table.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the understanding of knowledge sharing on the achievements of students who carry out field experience. This research uses quantitative research methods with the research design used is descriptive research. The population was 176 students using a non probability sampling technique, so the sample of 64 students was calculated using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests and linear regression analysis with the help of a computer program version 23. The results of this study use the t test, where knowladge sharing (X) has a positive value direction of 4.035 which has a value greater than t table of 1,671 with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05 which means that it has a significant effect. So it can be concluded that the understanding of knowledge sharing (X) affects the achievement of students who carry out field experience.

This study aims to analyze whether promotion, product quality, and price have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions on screen printing Convocation of Surabaya City. This research is quantitative research. Population and sample distributed were 107 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and classical assumption tests. Based on the results of the study show that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a tcount = 2.074> of ttable 1.983 with a significance of 0.041 <0.05 which means significant, and for product quality variables on purchasing decisions shows tcount = 5.968> from ttable1,983 with a significance of 0,000 <0,05 which means significant, the price of purchasing decisions shows a value of tcount = 3,091> of ttable 1,983 with a significance of 0,003 <0,05 which means significant.

This study aims to determine the relations between metacognitive to science process skills on grade VIII students MTs Negeri 3 Parigi. This research is descriptive, the approach used is a quantitative approach, manifested in the form of numbers analyzed by statistics and the results are described. The population is students of MTs Negeri 3 Parigi Academic Year 2017-2018 with a population of three classes, with a sample of 30 students. The instrument used is a metacognitive questionnaire consisting of 50 questions and an essay about science process skills 6 questions test. The result of the prerequisite test of the research result is all metacognitive indicators of normal and linear distributed and based on the regression feasibility test show that all data is feasible for regression test. The result of the regression test and test of determination to obtain a value which is not significant. Based on the results of the research analysis it can be concluded that the relationship of each metacognitive indicator to science process skills was not significant even there were metacognitive indicators that reverse direction significantly. The magnitude of the relationship of each metacognitive indicator with science process skills maximum 15.3%.

This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research is a motor vehicle taxpayer. Meanwhile, the sample in this study is a motor vehicle taxpayer in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique in this research used convience sampling. Respondents in this research amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in research using questionnaires given directly to respondents. Respondents in this study were dominated by male (58 respondents). Whereas female respondents amounted 42 respondents. The analysis techniques in this research used multiple linear regression analysis, with SPSS tools. This study obtained results that perseptions of tax corruption and service quality of tax officers affect taxpayer compliance. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor. Sedangkan, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor yang berada di Kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini didominasi oleh laki-laki (58 responden). Sedangkan responden berjenis kelamin perempuan berjumlah 42 responden. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan alat SPSS. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa persepsi korupsi pajak dan kualitas pelayanan petugas pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.

This study aims to determine and describe the relationship between financing management and the quality of diniyah education in Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah in the Bandung Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation with a sample of 37 people. The data analysis techniques used are research instrument trials, partial analysis, correlation analysis, and coefficient of determination (contribution) analysis. The results showed that the achievement of financing management and the quality of diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah education in Bandung Regency showed a significant relationship between financing management and the quality of diniyah education. The linearity test of financing management (X) and the quality of diniyah education (Y) obtained a value of F = 1.611 with a significance level of 0.218, so it can be interpreted that it has a positive and significant linear relationship. This study has implications for the importance of effective financing management in improving the quality of madrasah.

Introduction: Work is an important constituent of an individual’s life since the experience of work influences well-being and health. The well-being of employees is an important issue in the work environment. The aim was to examine the relationship between satisfaction in the workplace and the well-being of employees in nursing. Methods: Quantitative research based on a cross-sectional study was used, with 640 employees in nursing from eight Slovenian hospitals participating in the study. A structured survey questionnaire was administered. The relationship between psychological well-being and workplace satisfaction was analysed with correlation and linear regression analysis. Results: The workplace satisfaction (x = 3.69, s = 1.13) and well-being ( x=161.27, s = 55.19) of employees in nursing are at a middle level. With the correlation analysis we established that well-being statistically significantly correlates with workplace satisfaction (r = 0.611, p < 0.001). Workplace satisfaction explains 42 % of the total variability of well-being of employees in nursing. Discussion and conclusion: It is necessary for every health care organization to take care of its employees' workplace satisfaction and well-being. Health care organizations can be successful and achieve their organisational objectives if their employees are satisfied with their work and have a high level of well-being.

This study aims to: know and analyze whether the Competence and Discipline Work simultaneously and partially effect on Customer Satisfaction in the Office of State Assets and Auction (KPKNL) Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a study that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 49 customers and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence and Work Discipline affect simultaneously to Customer Satisfaction. (2) based on regression test results obtained Competence variables have significance level t sig. 0.010 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) based on the regression test results obtained variable Work Discipline has significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Work Discipline partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak dan parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 49 pelanggan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Kompetensimemiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,010 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensisecara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Disiplin Kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

RESUMENLos planes de orientación y acogida surgen en la universidad como una de las medidas facilitadoras en las situaciones de tránsito que sobrevienen en esta etapa educativa. Una estrategia reconocida como medida muy recomendable para acompañar a los estudiantes en su primer año de universidad es la mentoría entre iguales. Este artículo pretende, por un lado, ofrecer una panorámica sobre el programa piloto de bMentoría llevado a cabo en el Centro Asociado de la UNED en Sevilla iniciado en el curso académico 2014/2015; y por otro, presentar algunos de los resultados del primer año. La metodología se ha realizado mediante un estudio exploratorio, de carácter cuantitativo, descriptivo e inferencial que incorpora un análisis de conglomerados a fin de detectar grupos o perfiles en función de las dificultades encontradas al inicio de sus estudios. El tipo de necesidades detectadas corroboran los datos obtenidos en otras investigaciones (Callejo, 2001; García-Aretio, 1994; Sánchez-Elvira, Fernández y Amor, 2006; Sánchez, Manzano-Soto, Martín-Cuadrado, Oliveros, Rísquez, y Suárez, 2009), aunque despuntan otras necesidades relacionadas con las competencias digitales que les impide realizarse personalmente y participar en la comunidad educativa. Los medios electrónicos más usados en la relación de bMentoría son el WhatsApp y el e-correo, con un porcentaje de respuesta del 56% y el 40%, respectivamente. Los temas importantes se resuelven en el centro asociado, preferiblemente. El modelo de bMentoría muestra la importancia de combinar espacios formales e informales, presenciales y virtuales en la relación entre iguales.ABSTRACTOrientation and reception plans emerge in universities as one of the facilitating measures in transit situations arising in this educative stage. A strategy recognized as a highly recommended measure to accompany the students in their first year at university, is peer mentoring. This article intends, on the one hand, to offer an overview of the pilot program of bMentorship carried out in the Associated Center of the UNED (Spanish Open University) in Seville started during the 2014/2015 academic year; and on the other hand. The methodoly have been supported through exploratory study , as well as quantitative, descriptive and inferential , in the dame way It implement cluster analysis techniques in order to detect either groups or profiles according to the difficulties encountered at the start of their degrees. The type of detected needs corroborates the data obtained in other similar researches (Callejo, 2001; García-Aretio 1994; Sánchez-Elvira, Fernández and Amor, 2006; Sánchez, Manzano-Soto, Martín-Cuadrado, Oliveros, Rísquez, and Suárez, 2009), although other needs related to digital skills preventing them from personal development and participation in the educational community stand out. The most used social media in bMentoría's for communication are WhatsApp and email, with a response rate of 56% and 40%, respectively. The resolution of important issues is performed in the context of the associated center, preferably. The bMentoría model shows the importance of combining formal and informal spaces, both face-to-face and virtual, in the development of the relationship between peers.
