Abstract In order to better serve the construction and development of museum websites in developing countries, and based on the user's online experience perspective, an analytic hierarchy process suitable for the construction of a museum website for developing counties utility index evaluation system was used to measure the official websites of 115 national first-class museums in China, and reflect the level of museum website construction and service levels. The results revealed the following: there were obvious differences in the level of a Chinese museum construction sites, showing an overall Rugby-type distribution situation; content completeness and update speed are the most important factors that affect the measurement of the museum website's utility index, which fully reflects the importance of the comprehensiveness, accuracy and timeliness of the website information in the construction of a museum website; the influence is that museum websites are generally weak, with limited spread and power, and fails to form a large positive social influence; the construction problems are mainly concentrated in the two aspects of technology and operation. The display, safety and security technology of the museum website content is relatively backward, and most of the website backgrounds rarely have professionals for daily visitor interaction and operation, and maintenance. The results of the index measured by this system not only allows museum personnel to clearly understand the gaps in the development of museum websites, but also provides more clear requirements for future personnel to design, build and improve the overall usefulness of the website or a single utility index in a targeted manner, which has important guiding significance and practical value.

A framework for risk assessment due to inland waterway transportation of dangerous goods is designed based on all possible event types that may be caused by the inland transportation of dangerous goods. The objective of this study is to design a framework for calculating the risks associated with changes in the transportation of dangerous goods along inland waterways. The framework is based on the traditional definition of risk and is designed for sensitive riverside environmental conditions in inland waterways. From the perspective of transportation management, this paper introduced the concept of transportability of dangerous goods and constructed a transportability assessment framework, which consists of a multi-index evaluation system and a single metric model. The result of the assessment is as an auxiliary basis to determine the transportation permit and control intensity of dangerous goods in an inland waterway specific voyage. The methodology is illustrated using a case study of transporting fireworks in the Yangtze River.

The development of China’s resource industry is facing great pressures from industrial structure adjustment and environmental restraints, and the sustainable risk of the provincial resource industry is different. Considering the development of the resource industry and environmental pressure, this article selects the panel data of 31 provinces from 2015 to 2019 to construct an index evaluation system with six dimensions: influence, induction, supply and demand safety, regional pollution emission, environment quality, and pollution control. The results showed that Shanxi, Anhui, Jiangsu, and Shanghai had the highest sustainable risk in the resource industry, while Heilongjiang, Jilin, Tianjin, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guizhou, Sichuan, and Qinghai had the lowest sustainable risk. The resource industry model of all the provinces is divided into sustainable, industrial, ecological, and unsustainable. Finally, this article puts forward reasonable suggestions for the four scenarios and argues that the balanced development of the resource industry sector and environmental protection is conducive to reducing the sustainable risks of the resource industry.

To improve the evaluation accuracy of educational applications (APPs), the evaluation methods of educational APPs under artificial intelligence (AI) technology are explored. First, based on the principles of establishing evaluation indexes, the evaluation indexes for educational APPs are established. Second, an index evaluation system for educational APPs is constructed, and weights are assigned to the established evaluation indexes of educational APPs with the aid of analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, the availability and effectiveness of the established evaluation system are investigated through empirical analysis. The results show: Five first-level indexes and 20 second-level indexes have been established through the existing index establishment principles, and a framework for intelligent evaluation of educational APPs has been successfully constructed; AHP is utilized to calculate the weight of each index; among the first-level indexes, the weight ratios of the educational and scientific indexes of the educational APPs are larger, whose proportion exceeds 60%; among the second-level indexes, the educational objective, educational principle, and knowledge systematization account for the highest proportion; therefore, the intelligent evaluation system of education APPs is obtained; finally, the empirical analysis has revealed that the score given by the intelligent evaluation system and the actual score of users have a high consistency, which proves that the proposed intelligent evaluation system is feasible and effective. The proposed intelligent evaluation system can be used as the basis for the design of educational APPs to improve the values of educational APPs.

The relationships between marine industrial structure and technological innovation are mutual influence and interdependence. Their coordinated development plays an important role in the transformation of China’s marine economy. By constructing a comprehensive index evaluation system of marine industrial structure and technological innovation, the coupled coordination model is applied to the marine industrial structure and technological innovation of Shandong Province. This paper measures the coupled development status of these, quantitatively evaluate the current status of their collaborative development, and propose corresponding countermeasures.

This study is about the project early operation content of the green road development, takes full account of the operation items of various stages of the life cycle, by the use of special case define the Project Definition Rating Index (PDRI). PDRI assessment framework, defining the need and scope of green road project development operations in the metropolitan area, and inquire set various assessment indicators of the work to complete building the overall indicator assessment system. From research in a policy aspect, as well as data collection out of instances of project case, research program obtains evaluation index operation item, and by semistructured interviews supplements insufficient evaluation index items and particularity needs. Research results will be beneficial to the application in the metropolitan regional overall development project. Building green road index evaluation system helps to avoid the environmental impact brought about by land development, reduce damage to people's life safety as a consequence from needs for road maintenance, alleviate future maintenance and management expenses, and is in line with the expected benefit of green road project sustainable development.
