The relationships between marine industrial structure and technological innovation are mutual influence and interdependence. Their coordinated development plays an important role in the transformation of China’s marine economy. By constructing a comprehensive index evaluation system of marine industrial structure and technological innovation, the coupled coordination model is applied to the marine industrial structure and technological innovation of Shandong Province. This paper measures the coupled development status of these, quantitatively evaluate the current status of their collaborative development, and propose corresponding countermeasures.

There is a certain subjectivity in the teaching evaluation process, which leads to a low accuracy of the intelligent scoring system. In order to promote the intelligent development of teaching evaluation, based on machine learning, this study briefly introduces the background and current status of teaching evaluation, and describes in detail the relevant algorithm principles of data analysis and modeling using data mining technology and machine learning methods. Moreover, this study describes the establishment process of the traditional classroom teaching evaluation system and uses the classification algorithm in machine learning in the construction of evaluation models to further improve the scientificity and feasibility of teaching evaluation. In addition, in this study, empirical algorithm is used as the basic algorithm to evaluate teaching quality, and the topic word distribution obtained by joint model training is used as the original knowledge. Finally, this research analyzes the performance of this research system through a control experiment. The research results show that the scores of the research model are close to the standard manual scores and can provide a theoretical reference for subsequent related research.

It is not optimistic for the coal resource and its exploration, since the maintenance of coal resource is shrinking and the constraint for the development of economic society is becoming more and more obvious. It is very necessary to carry out the research on sustainable development of the coal industry. This article puts forward an index evaluation system for sustainable development of coal industry composed by three levels and 24 indexes, builds an evaluation model for it and comprehensively evaluates the level of sustainable development of the coal industry in Henan based on it.

The paper constructed an coordination evaluation model which measures the coordinated development status of the development system of Chinese greenfood industry and its subsystems,and established an index evaluation system from the perspective of system. A DEA approach is used to provide evidence for the coordinated development of the scale subsystem and the structure-efficiency subsystem based on the data from the greenfood industry in Heilongjiang province. The results suggest that there exists a dramatic fluctuation of the coordination of the greenfood industry system and its subsystem,and that the coordination degree of the greenfood industry is not so satisfying,in particular there is a downtrend in the coordinated development of the greenfood industry. Further research suggest that it’s feasible to transform the mode of industry development and to enhance the coordination degree of the subsystems,especially the structure-efficiency subsystem to realize the coordinated and sustainable development of the Chinese greenfood industry.

The development of China’s resource industry is facing great pressures from industrial structure adjustment and environmental restraints, and the sustainable risk of the provincial resource industry is different. Considering the development of the resource industry and environmental pressure, this article selects the panel data of 31 provinces from 2015 to 2019 to construct an index evaluation system with six dimensions: influence, induction, supply and demand safety, regional pollution emission, environment quality, and pollution control. The results showed that Shanxi, Anhui, Jiangsu, and Shanghai had the highest sustainable risk in the resource industry, while Heilongjiang, Jilin, Tianjin, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guizhou, Sichuan, and Qinghai had the lowest sustainable risk. The resource industry model of all the provinces is divided into sustainable, industrial, ecological, and unsustainable. Finally, this article puts forward reasonable suggestions for the four scenarios and argues that the balanced development of the resource industry sector and environmental protection is conducive to reducing the sustainable risks of the resource industry.

The current situation in the sphere of district heating is analysed on the basis of use of the cognitive approach. The presence of closed chains of cause-effect relationships of negative factors and conflicts of target settings of the subjects in the field of district heating is shown. The conceptual model of energy efficient modernization of district heating systems is proposed. This model includes indicators of the current status of heat sources, networks and heat consumers, energetic and economic models, restrictions, procedure of forming and analysis of the mutual influence of the recommended projects. The quantitative data on indicators of the current state of district heating systems of the cities of Ukraine are presented. The interrelation between indicators of the current state and projects of energy efficient modernization of district heating systems is shown. Assessment of energy self-sufficiency of municipal district heating systems on condition of thermal modernization of buildings is carried out. In the College, performance evaluation system is directly related to the harmonious development of the school. Taking into account the factors in the evaluation system is fuzzy, so this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. But the model is too subjective, so this paper combines neural network and data envelopment analysis method, which ensures that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is reasonable and scientific, and good school development and teacher self-interest. The performance assessment process, not only enables the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, but also fair and reasonably reflect the achievements of teachers, while this method is easy to use, wide application, and can be well applied in practice.

Purpose Recently, China has been paying increasing attention to how to improve the efficiency of the marine environment and realize a green and sustainable development of the marine economy. Consequently, the industrial structure is crucial to improving efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to introduce environmental factors into the efficiency analysis framework and explore the relationship between marine industrial structure and marine environmental efficiency. Design/methodology/approach This paper uses marine economic data under the DEA-BBC model to measure the marine environmental efficiency of provinces and cities and classifies them by cluster analysis. Then, the marine industrial structure and marine environmental efficiency are studied by an econometric model with human capital, ownership structure, land economic development level, scientific research input and government intervention degree as control variables. Findings The overall level of marine environmental efficiency is relatively low in China, increasing and then decreasing over the research period. The rationalization of industrial structure and scientific research input have significant promoting effects on marine environmental efficiency, while the degree of government intervention has a significant inhibiting effect. The positive effect of human capital on efficiency depends on whether it can be successfully converted into productivity. The effects of industrial structure advancement, ownership structure and land economic development level of on the marine environmental efficiency are mixed. Originality/value The results provide a theoretical and decision-making basis for China to transform and upgrade its marine industrial structure and sustainably develop the marine economy.

Civil architecture energy conservation efficiency evaluation is a kind of multi-factors, multi-hierarchies and multi-criteria synthetic evaluation. Perfect civil architecture energy conservation efficiency evaluation indicators system and reasonably effective synthetic evaluation methodology are keys to do energy conservation efficiency synthetic evaluation. This paper is based on framing civil architecture energy conservation efficiency evaluation system, and uses fuzzy synthetic evaluation methodology to frame civil architecture energy conservation efficiency fuzzy synthetic evaluation model, in order to make the result of evaluation more objective and reasonable.

This study developed an evaluation model of freeway traffic safety facilities system. Firstly, an evaluation system of freeway traffic safety facility was proposed. Secondly, an evaluation model was proposed based on attribute recognition theory. And the evaluation result was identified according to the attribute measure value of single index and the comprehensive attribute measure value of multiple indexes as well as the confidence criterion. Thirdly, the weight of each indicator was decided by variation coefficient. Finally, A case of TAI-GAN freeway (K1+242~K3+259 segment) was conducted to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.

China’s economy is in the critical period of transformation from a traditional land economy to a marine economy. China is rich in marine resources, facing important development opportunities and challenges. The adjustment of marine economic industrial structure is of great significance to promote the development of China’s marine economy. To intuitively analyze and clearly understand the effect of industrial structure adjustment of marine economy in recent years in China, using the data of China’s marine industry from 2008 to 2018, fuzzy entropy theory, and least square regression model, the influence of the scientificity and advancement of marine economic industrial structure adjustment on marine economic was analyzed. Results show that the fitting degree of the model is good and significant, with every 1% increase in the scientificity and height of marine economic industrial structure adjustment, the marine economy increases by 1.88% and 2.80%, respectively. The development of marine science and technology can promote the rise of the marine economy.
