Abstract There are five wells planned to be drilled in B field infill campaign starting Q3 2020 - Q1 2021 as per development plan. Two wells are planned to be installed with Digital Intelligent Artificial Lift (DIAL) system, which one in single string completion and another one in dual string completion. This paper will mainly describe on the DIAL application in dual strings completion in B field. The DIAL system has circumferential 3 active orifice valves to open/ close selectively or in combination, which is communicated and operated through TEC cable from surface remotely. Given that this will be the second DIAL system installation in the world, a back up gas lift mandrel (GLM) will be installed to mitigate the risk in case the DIAL system fails to work due to any unprecedented reason so that conventional gas lift valve can be installed in GLM and gas lift operations can be commensed. The world's first DIAL installation in dual strings was completed in a different field offshore Malaysia in Q2 2020. During well completion and system installation, all the DIAL units in short string were functioning well, however there were some issues initially observed in Continuity Resistance (CR) inconsistent reading during run in hole completion and then total failure was observed in long string after its installation based on CR test, TDR (Time Domain Refractometer) test, and Scope Test due to unprecedented technical issue which affected the downhole cable to receive and send electrical signal to operate DIAL valves. The risk assessment has been conducted with associated parties based on the failure analysis and lessons learnt from the first DIAL application in dual strings in order to implement mitigation plan and proceed with DIAL application in B field. This step is very crucial to build the learning curves as well as improve the operator's understanding on for future DIAL application in dual strings. This paper will summarize the DIAL tool functionality and its design, failure analysis & lessons learnt from other field offshore Malaysia, and risk assessment & mitigation plan carried out for the DIAL application in dual strings in B field. It marks the second application in the world at present & first successful DIAL application in dual strings worldwide presently.

The objective of this study was to measure and evaluate the performance of a New Pneumatic Harvester (NPH) for harvesting the olives fruit and compare the results with those of similar cases. The study involves two sections, namely, the NPH and the collector system. Two oily types of olive (‘Mari’ and ‘Yellow’) were selected to evaluate the NPH and the collector system. The randomized complete block design and Duncan’s multi-scope test were used for variance analysis and means comparison purposes, respectively. The dependent parameters used to evaluate the NPH were harvesting productivity, harvesting efficiency, and leave downfall percent. Also, the fruit damage was selected for the collector system. Results showed that the NPH can harvest 92% of olive fruits. The highest amount of harvesting productivity belongs to NPH of 29.47 kg/h. The percent of leaves downfall in the harvesting process was found to be 2.55%. Using the collector system can reduce the level of damaged fruit from 60.8% to 25.12% and from 60.54% to 24.54% in the Mari and Yellow variety.

This chapter focuses on judicial review of the European Central Bank’s actions by the EU courts. It does not purport to examine all issues related to the legal accountability of the ECB across its main domains of action. Instead, it focuses on the role of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in reviewing general reforms, in the light of cases such as Pringle, Gauweiler, and Weiss, and asks: what should be the scope, test (or standard) and intensity of review of the ECB’s actions? When should the CJEU defer to the ECB’s assessment? Though the emphasis in this chapter is on monetary policy measures, the final section of the chapter also looks briefly at the role of the CJEU in reviewing the ECB’s actions in its ‘new fields of competence’, namely banking supervision and in the context of financial assistance programmes, where the ECB is a member of the ‘Troika’ (or ‘Quadriga’).

Shielding benchmarks were extensively used for the validation and improvement of nuclear data since many years. Recent evaluations however mostly rely on the validation using critical benchmarks, which can introduce biases and compensation effects. A new Working Party on International Nuclear Data Evaluation Co-operation Subgroup 47 (WPEC SG47) entitled "Use of Shielding Integral Benchmark Archive and Database for Nuclear Data Validation" was started in June 2019 with the objective to promote further development and use of Shielding Integral Benchmark Archive and Database (SINBAD) and thus contribute to the diversification of the nuclear data validation practice by including more extensively other types of integral measurements, such as shielding benchmarks, in the validation and evaluation procedure. Use of shielding benchmarks is expected to provide a wider-scope test of the performance of the evaluated nuclear data and would ultimately contribute to a production of more general-purpose cross-section evaluations.

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors are commonly developed in gastrointestinal tract but in duodenum is less than 3% of all gastrointestinal neoplasm. The early diagnostic criteria are very difficult in these tumors in worldwide and being a challenge for medical team due to difficult anatomical structure of duodenum. The study’s aim is to know the incident rate of duodenal gastrointestinal stromal tumors. The average age of these tumors is more than 40 years but in the current case, 19-years old female patient present with complaint of melena and anemia. Her family history was negative. She was diagnosed by scope test of oral gastric duodenum with biopsy, abdominal x-rays, computerized tomography scan and histopathology. The patient was treated by Classic Whipple’s procedure. According to the oncologist, patient has low risk of duodenal tumor from gastrointestinal stromal tumor. These tumors have no need to treat with adjuvant therapy: chemotherapy (Glavic) and radiation therapy after surgical resection.

The infrared thermal imagery technology receives more and more attention in the civil engineering because of its unique advantages. But there is still room for more in-depth theoretical and experimental studies in the aspect of its applicable scope, test method, the result and the precision analysis and so on. Through the research of the infrared thermogram of water-containing and insulation-free roof specimen and glass fiber insulation roofing specimen, this paper mainly analyzes the factors which influence detection of the roof leakage by using infrared thermal method and gives some suggestion for the application of infrared thermal imaging in the roof leak detection. Thus it provides the theory basis and the technical reference for the actual infrared non-destructive testing.
