One of the government's efforts to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic which has affected several sectors, one of which is the economic sector, is by launching the Government Assistance for Micro Enterprises (BPUM) program. This BPUM aims to support and maintain the sustainability of micro-enterprises as well as a form of saving the national economy during the COVID-19 pandemic that threatens the national economy. This program was only issued during the 2019 covid pandemic, so it is still very new and there is still not much research on this program. The problem in this research is how the effectiveness of achieving the objectives, integration, and adaptation of the Government Assistance for Micro Enterprises (BPUM) program is. This research program uses a field method using a qualitative approach and uses a descriptive type of research. The results of the research are, firstly, the measure of achieving the goals has not been effective because the targets have not been fully accurate and the management of aid funds is still not in accordance with the objectives. Second, the integration measure has not been effective because there is no socialization from related parties to the prospective recipients of the BPUM program. And third, the adaptation measure has not been effective either because the implementing party did not conduct monitoring before or after receiving this assistance program.

Abstract We construct a noncommutative kappa-Minkowski deformation of U(1) gauge theory, following a general approach, recently proposed in JHEP 08 (2020) 041. We obtain an exact (all orders in the non-commutativity parameter) expression for both the deformed gauge transformations and the deformed field strength, which is covariant under these transformations. The corresponding Yang-Mills Lagrangian is gauge covariant and reproduces the Maxwell Lagrangian in the commutative limit. Gauge invariance of the action functional requires a non-trivial integration measure which, in the commutative limit, does not reduce to the trivial one. We discuss the physical meaning of such a nontrivial commutative limit, relating it to a nontrivial space-time curvature of the undeformed theory. Moreover, we propose a rescaled kappa-Minkowski noncommutative structure, which exhibits a standard flat commutative limit.

We show that it is possible to formulate string theory as a “Galileon string theory”. The Galileon field [Formula: see text] enters in the definition of the integration measure in the action. Following the methods of the modified measure string theory, we find that the final equations are again those of the sigma-model. Moreover, the string tension appears again as an additional dynamical degree of freedom. At the same time, the theory satisfies all requirements of the Galileon higher derivative theory at the action level while the equations of motion are still of the second-order. A Galileon symmetry is displayed explicitly in the conformal string worldsheet frame. Also, we define the Galileon gauge transformations. Generalizations to branes with other modified measures are discussed.

The research focuses on the contribution of the integrated application of <i>Computer Aided Restoration</i> digital procedures as a means to guide the integration measure of an artifact, innovating and implementing the traditional investigation methods. The aim of the study was to provide effective geometrical-formal investigation tools in the frame of the conservation work of Zeus enthroned from Soluntum, conserved in the Archaeological Museum “A. Salinas” of Palermo. The paper describes the workflow of the 3D acquisition and graphical modeling with non-invasive digitalization and high information density techniques to assist the conservation of the legs of the throne, especially the integration of the missing part. Thanks to the technique of the digital fabrication it has been reconstruct the two missing parts following the theoretical criteria as: recognisability, compatibility and retractability. This innovative application of 3D digital technologies have showed as the integrated use of the new technology can be a useful tools for improving the conservation of a work of art.
